They let us use one of their loaner cars instead of going through the hassle of getting a rental car. The loaner was clean & comfortable. Our new 2018 vehicle obtained some water damage recently. We took it to Chatham Collision for an estimate. From the time we walked in the door till the time we picked up the car we were greeted with a smile and treated with respect. We brought the car back down to be detailed, they loaned us a car to drive and made all the paperwork very easy for us. It was supposed to take a couple of days but they got right on it and called us 4 hours later and said our car was done and we could pick it up. I needed repair to the driver's side back door via RO#13807. They emailed me a quote after viewing. I made my appointment just after the holidays. And, then mailed a reminder notice. Not only did they not mind taking my car a day earlier than expected but it was done in an impeccable amount of time. The door was beautifully done, right down to the pinstripe and you can't even tell that it was sent in not so perfect condition. I was quite impressed. We hit a deer in mid-July with our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and had the vehicle towed to Chatham Collision Repair. This is my first experience with any sort of automobile accident and it could not have been smoother. CCR was great at explaining the process, they provided a very nice loaner vehicle for us to use while our car was being repaired, and the work was finished within just a few weeks (much quicker than what I've heard from other repair shops). Everything replaced on the vehicle is running like new and there is no sign that the vehicle was in any sort of accident. Unfortunately, we have had to make two visits to repair both my and my husband's vehicles. Fortunately, our experience with Chatham Collision Repair were both very positive. They got us in quickly and completed the repairs/body work in a timely fashion. Their prices were very competitive with other body shops locally (I got 3 estimates and they were the most competitive). Both of our vehicles look great! My husband's truck hit a tree during an ice storm, and you can't tell. I got a nasty ding in a parking lot, I was concerned that they would be able to match the color of my car, but you cannot tell where the dig is at all. Chatham Collision is a very friendly, professional collision repair company. The back window of my car was busted out in the accident. I drove directly from the accident to Chatham Collision and they immediately cleaned up the glass, covered the window with plastic, and gave me a repair quote in less than 30 minutes. When it came time to do the repairs, they took care of everything from dealing with the insurance to the repairs to providing me with a loaner car at no cost. Everything was done in a timely manner. I am so pleased with the service I received at Chatham Collision Repair!! I recently had to get a fairly large dent out of my car and they were able to get it fixed within only a few short days! In a short review, I called to get my car detailed . I needed to take my friend somewhere urgent within a week and she is allergic to dogs. Of course, my dog is always in the car with me. I was extremely impressed with the service and quality at Chatham Collision Repair. The staff was great to work with: honest and nice. My car was repaired in a short period of time, as promised. While they were working on my car, they let me have a free rental car which had low mileage and in very good, safe condition. This is our first dealing with this business and had an excellent experience. My wife was rear ended in her jeep (which also shoved into the car in front of her) while stopped for a light. Repair number 14683 I brought my car to Chatham collision because of a small dent in my door caused by my brother. There was also an existing dent about 3 inches from the dent my brother made. My brother paid the bill but I couldn't afford to fix the existing dent. When I arrived to pick up my car, the whole door was fixed. The fixed the existing dent at no extra charge. They also washed and detailed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside. Great service and awesome customer service. I recommend this place. As promised, I have checked out the repair on my 2015 F-150 with a rare factory painted scheme. This repair actually cost the insurance company more than the smashed van I got back two weeks ago. I don't usually post reviews about exceptional service. I believe that if you pay for a service you should get your car back in better condition than what you left it in. I recently brought my mustang in to get the hood repainted. I can honestly say Chatham provides exceptional service. I have never had and issue with their craftsmanship. I have never taken a care back to have them redo it. When I get my car back it is always cleaned. They even took the time to fully clean my interior. Amazing experience! Very friendly people and our car was finished a day early. We arrived a couple minutes after closing due to traffic and the thunderstorm that was occurring but they still allowed us to pick up our car. They also gave us small gifts upon pickup.
