Worst experience and customer service ever! I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing. read more

Great service place uses quality tints 3M with life guarantee for as long as the business is open. The place has been there for many years. 20% rear 35% fronts. Classic n nice! Only defect I noticed was a very tiny scrape mark from his tools on the outside of my drivers side window. That's right the outside not inside where the tints are placed. I know every inch of my car and that certainly was not there when I dropped it off. Sigh I can over look this since it's sooooo minor however GNV I forgive you be careful other than that good job. Better off taking your money somewhere else. Came back to fix a scratched up tint for the front window and ended up needing to replace a new door panel because the wrong "chemical" was used according to the owner even though that was a complete lie. Tried to ask for a half reimbursement for the scratched up window and the owner refused twice. Would not recommend coming here. read more

Tint was nice I guess, but Waited almost 3 hours after he said it would be actually 1.5 hours. We had another car done same thing size & all & it ended up being WAYYYY quicker. Why?
