I thought they were going to vacuum or clean the inside but they did a few swipes with a wet towel and that's it I make my preworkout mix often in my car so I often make a powder mess. This is why I wanted to get a vacuum inside. Overall the car wasn't filthy just a few spots needed cleaning and well they were all missed. Ended up spending time and money on the vacuums outside the car wash to clean it up. Which can I say are too large to fit into most spots read more

I had to go open my trunk for them to do the trim around the trunk. This is Just not the high quality a customer wants when paying shy of $40. Emily provided extremely great quality service to me in resolving the issue finding my vehicle by my license plate and had taken care of the matter. I (nonmember) got there first for a car wash, waiting in the queue. But one guy cut in front of me. The manager Lindsey essentially said that "because that guy is a MEMBER and they wash his car all the time, AND they know him, so it gives him the RIGHT TO CUT THE LINE..." When I disputed, she said if I don't leave in 5 seconds, she'll call the cop. Lolll!! In addition, they have been jacking up prices quite a lot recently. I had a very disappointing experience at Team Car Wash. I paid $35 for the Works package and even left a tip, expecting a thorough clean, but my car came out still dirty, dripping wet after the wipe down, and looking barely cleaner than when I brought it in. It was late morning so they can't blame it on being busy. I asked the worker to spot clean the doors and she waved the cloth twice and walked away. I called the supervisor over and he cleaned the areas I pointed out between pulling cars out of the car wash. I was there an extra 10 mins. For the price I paid, I expected much better service but since the new management took over the service has been sporadic, at best. I won't be returning to have them clean my other vehicles and definitely cannot recommend Team Car Wash in Piscataway. read more

I never had an issue with this establishment l's service when I took my Sonata or Infiniti. I have a Mach-E and the experience has not met my expectations. I understand it's a newer vehicle. However, they should be open to learning how it works so they don't mess anything up. The first time, they didn't know how to open the door & put it in drive. Today, they didn't know how to open the trunk so they just started pressing buttons. When I went to assist, I noticed my car was STILL IN NEUTRAL. Now I'm driving it and I hear a sound. This car is silent, you won't hear so much as a whisper. The automated car wash experience and the people at the cash register are fine. It's the team which accepts the vehicle and the post-wash team which needs help. I'll be looking for another car wash who can handle my vehicle. Team Car Wash doesn't seem interested in keeping me nor my household as customers. This is my second complaint. The first time I was told to provide my name and number (which they should have since I have a subscription and James would view the tapes and follow up with me. I have yet to hear from James or anyone in management. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and upgraded to THE WORKS package in hopes they would improve and they haven't. Because they were white as the snow dust that was removed from mi car in the beginning of why I had to get mi car washed!!!!!! Finally the front clerk she was very friendly and nice to chat wit. Upon paying almost $30 for a car wash, I would expect a decent interior and exterior wash/vacuum. Should have checked the back of my small SUV upon leaving, but I didn't until I got home. Back runner still full of sand and straw that was there before. Pretty obvious they didn't put much effort into cleaning. I give good reviews when it's due. Usually I go to hand car washes. This is the second time I ever brought my car to a automatic car wash. I was very pleased to see the results in my car. They really took the time to clean all the water droplets off the car to not leave residue. I got the full service. At first I wasn't going to add the wax. But, the rep advised me to so to achieve better shine results. He was right and it exceeded my expectations. Literally looks like a mirror. Keep up the good work, boys! Brought one of our vehicles to the Summit location. Entered my phone number for the rewards program. Went home and brought back another vehicle. With 2 cars ahead of me, they shut the system down. Waited 10-15 minutes while the manager and others tried to fix the system. Got to the cashier and tried to enter my phone number again and it said I had already been there for the day. When I explained I had another vehicle, I was told, you can only scan once every 5 hours because people were taking advantage to get a free wash. Cashier would not make an exception. Relatively new, previous owner did better job. The car wash is fine but every time I leave there I am not happy with glass. I have gone through thousands and thousands of carwashes over the years I've been going to this location for at least 20 years but the glass I am not happy I've pointed it out to them and it just doesn't happen I'm not sure if they're using dirty towels on the glass whatever it is I always have a film that I have to try to clean when I get home they charge enough money they could at least do a good job on the glass inside and out not happy. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I went to get my car washed a couple days ago on 8/18/2024. I told the worker what service I wanted and went to pay for the service and wait outside for my car to be cleaned like I normally do at any car wash. As one of the workers was driving my car out, I noticed that one my side view mirrors was broken and was barely hanging on by the door. I was shocked and immediately jumped up. I asked one of the workers what happened and she told me that she is unsure, this has never happened before and that their insurance doesn't cover this type of damage. I said well when I brought you my car, my side view mirror was attached and wasn't like this so what's going to happen? Then she said that she will file a report, take down my contact info, and will give it to the manager when she returns on Tuesday 8/20/2024. I said okay but what's going to happen to my side view mirror in the meantime? She said what we can do is that we can tape it until the manager calls me. I said okay. So, the following day, the manager calls me but I was unable to pick up because I was working. I called her back when I was done with my shift and she proceeded to tell me that since my car was made in 2004 and is more than 10 years old, they can't do anything. Also, she said that they have cameras all over the place and when reviewing the video it showed that my side view mirror was partly coming off. I was like WHATTTT!!!!! I said well I need to see the video. She then said she can't show it to me because of legal reasons. Then I said well how do I know what you're telling me is true and not false. I need to see the video. After going back and forth with her she finally agreed to let me see it the following day. I haven't gone back yet to see the video due to work. The fact that the manager couldn't empathize with me and didn't offer to help in anyway shape or form and was only trying to cover her ass and her business shows her true character which sets the tone of this business. Says it says "full service" when you're driving into the car wash, but that certainly not what you get. The car was put through an automatic wash, barely dried in a very lazy fashion by employees standing outside. When I looked at the inside of the car, the trunk was not even wiped or vacuumed. I asked personnel to do this, which they did. When they brought the car back again, I noticed that the doors and the seats were not wiped. I called the personnel back again and asked them to do this and finish cleaning my car according to the sign that said "full service." They were visibly annoyed, and said that they don't do this kind of thing - wiping the doors or the seats. Apparently they just charge for full service, but don't provide the full service to you here. read more

I found this car wash searching online (we are about 10/15 min away) and reviews seemed positive so i gave it a shot. I was very pleased with everything, i went off peak and got right in, there were numerous people cleaning the interior before it went in and about 5/6 drying after it ran through. I'm SUPER ocd and nothing worse than pulling away with water drips all over... however there were barely any, i didn't even have to point out missed spots like normal places i have tried. First, let me start by saying, I'm not leaving this review to discourage anyone from trying this car wash, but simply leaving the review with hopes the company improves. I've gone to this car wash two times since the new owner took over. The first time I received an ok wash, I figured maybe since it was busy when I went, the workers rushed. I was willing to try them again, as I've lived in the area for a very long time and the previous company never let me down. The young man that worked at the desk inside was very friendly, which is the reason I'm giving two stars. I paid almost $40 for my car's exterior and interior to be cleaned with "the Works" package and I got a car wash that was WORST than my first experience. The exterior has water streaks. The interior is even worst. When I got out of the car I specifically asked for my rubber mats to be cleaned, they weren't. It doesn't even look like the dash board and the radio area was wiped down. I would have expected this result MAYBE had I chose their $12 wash. Unfortunately, I probably will not return to this car wash. read more

Terrible. Had a membership for 4-5 consecutive months and paid in advance for three of them. Twice my car has gone through there wash and my trunk has opened with my work materials because of this wash. The first time the manager accused me of lying about my trunk being closed. The second time I was watching as my car was sent through the wash with the trunk open. I'd give this a 3.5 - decent and friendly service for the price. I got the "shine" package, while it was much cleaner than before, I did notice quite a few spots in the interior that were still dirty. I pointed one area (the cup holder) out to one of the cleaners and she redid it. There were a few more areas not clean like the steering wheel, side complements, and stray hairs that weren't vacuumed. I may be back but need to give it a thorough look before leaving and be assertive and tell them which areas need a re-clean. $1 to clean each mat which was a good price too. read more

As a former Piscataway resident I was in the area and needed a wash. So I popped by this spot. My truck is white so a subpar car wash is easy to spot. For the outcome I felt it was overpriced. Staff was definitely friendly but my truck was not clean to my expectations upon exit. Wheels/Rims still had a sizable amount of break dust, and the actual body of the vehicle still had black break dust debris. I wound up having to pull to the side by the vacuums to try and correct. My opinion, you can hit a hand wash for roughly the same price and get a much better result...although the wait will likely be longer. read more
