Our insurance company recommended we call C&L. They took our Chevy Traverse quickly, but getting the parts took a long time. We needed a new front quarter panel, two driver-side doors, and a back quarter panel. They told us it would take two weeks, but it took over three weeks. Because of the extra time, we had to pay additional for the rental car since the insurance only covered it for a specific number of weeks. They did an excellent job on the repairs, and the Traverse looks great! They have 11 locations throughout NJ.

Unfortunately, we have had quite a few windshields replaced in our household. Today is the second time for one of our cars. I am incredibly picky and highly critical of workmanship. Literally every employee at this shop takes extreme pride in their work. They love cars, they love making them shine, and they truly care about their craft. Chris did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was a bit nervous at first because of my PTSD from other detailers (having to awkwardly point out missed spots), but unlike the other detailers i've used, i barely had to explain my high standards to him. He understood the assignment. He went above and beyond to make sure that literally every spec of dust, chip crumb, dog hair, stain, dirt smear, scuff mark, and scratch was removed from my car. Unbelievable. My company will now be using Care Auto Spa for all of their vehicles.

I went there and told them I needed a new tire. The nice gentleman at the counter asked to look at it, and turns out it's superficial, tire is fine. Any other place would just replace it and try to sell me 3 more! My dad once got a crazy estimate on his car and we brought it to American auto. He didn't need half the work and the price was less than 1/3 of the quote he had gotten. I very highly recommend them. They play the long game in business and are not out for the quick buck. Hence they have the loyalty of our entire family! Again, highly recommend them!

Your choice really is to either pay for the diagnostic or pay them for the parts and labor. I don't think I will ever use them again and don't recommend them.

Worst experience and customer service ever!…read more I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing.
