After getting a bill for over $1100 the noise was the same and I was told my car was 'out of alignment.' The bill stated: "Services Completed" and listed Vehicle serviced, Alighnment checked and Four Wheel Alignment performed" I've been driving for over 40 years and know when the car pulls left or right or is out of alignment. The noise was very noticeable so there is no chance they took it for a test drive. I have 4 children, work two jobs and my wife works so I can't take a whole day off. My time is valuable. I've been using this place for 15 years but there seems to be new workers in the shop and at the front desk. My wife wanted me to take it back but finding another day off was impossible and after a few weeks went by why bother taking it back to the place that didn't fix it? I took it to another place and described the noise and the mechanic took it for a test drive, examined it andit was the stabilizer links on both front wheels. $60 each and with labor $120 my car drives like a new car. Keep in mind that my car is 13 years old with most things original parts. I knew stuff was just breaking down and they did point that out. They provide a "free" vehicle inspection (fluids, tires, brakes, etc.) I give them credit for pointing out the safety items that needed to be replaced and they were not too pushy with the other "non safety" items. I guess it's their place to provide me the option to replace. They are transparent with their prices (parts and labor). The shop itself is very professional for an "independent". They know who their customer base is. When I was there, a couple of Porsches were on lifts and a number of other Audis, BMW, and Mercedes were parked along the property. None of the cars looked "old". They have complimentary loaner cars (needs to be scheduled out)- I was given the BMW. When I went, the labor rate was in the mid 90s. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience. I think they are a very good alternative to the dealer. It seems they are thorough with their work which translates to "options" for the vehicle owner to decide.
