Garden State Car Wash and Detail Center is a full-service car wash and detail center where your pup can ride along as you drive through the tunnel for a front-row seat to all the action: ribbon curtains, rotating scrubbers, jets of water, and lots of soapy, bubbly fun. Depending on the service you choose, you will have the option to step out of the vehicle afterward and watch the hardworking staff add the finishing touches to your sparkling clean car. Garden State Car Wash is a local favorite in HOWELL and the surrounding area, known for its thorough service, so do not be surprised if there is a line on sunny days. They offer a variety of wash packages for every budget, along with detailing, oil changes, and other automotive services. Just a heads-up: the experience is noisy, dark, and full of flashing lights, so use your best judgment if your pup is sensitive to that kind of environment.

I needed detailing ASAP, received the quote within minutes and brought the car in half an hour from receiving the quote and took it back the same day. I reached out for a quote and Vasile was quick to respond and provide a quote that worked for my budget. He was very thorough in explaining the PPF process and the take it will take to install it. Once it was completed, Vasile let me know it was ready for pick up and walked me through the work that was done. The PPF installation was done amazingly - near perfect. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for PPF installation to check this shop out. They also do other kinds of work - I am planning to change the color of my car and have PPF installed on the rest of the car end of the year. Looking forward to hiring Vasile and his team for continue work.

Needless to say, the inside of my car needed some SERIOUS help... it was a disaster in there. I found High End Detail on Yelp (though note that they've got way more Google reviews than Yelp reviews! It was very easy/quick to use the online scheduling on the website, and Becca communicated with me ahead of time by text to work out the details. We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shine Bright Auto Detailing. We brought our car in…read morefor a full detail service and paid $350, expecting a high-end, professional result. What we got was far from it. First visit: The car came back with oily mats that were dangerously slippery, the vacuuming was incomplete, and visible water stains and marks on the visors were left behind. It was clear the job was rushed and poorly done. When my husband called to address the issues, the staff promised to fix everything if we brought the car back. So we gave them a second chance. Second visit: My husband dropped the car off at 9 AM and was told he'd receive a call when it was ready. No one ever called. At 5 PM, he walked over only to find someone lounging on the couch who casually said the car was ready. After inspecting it, it was clear nothing had been done. The staff claimed they were only supposed to vacuum the car--which is outrageous. We left the car there all day, again, for nothing. We were told the poor results were due to a new employee still learning. We were understanding and gave them yet another chance after the manager personally called us, apologized, and assured us he would handle it himself. Third visit: I showed the manager the exact stains and issues before leaving the car again at 9 AM. At 3 PM, we were told it was ready. Once again, the car looked almost exactly the same. The stains I had pointed out were still there, the car was not properly vacuumed, and there were oil stains and fingerprints all over the console. The only thing they seemed to do was wash the exterior--which makes no sense, since it was raining that day. This has now taken three visits and over two full days of wasted time. We expected premium service for the premium price. What we got was something that a $40 drive-thru car wash could've done better. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. Our experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and zero accountability. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
