Good quality washes. The car gets clean and the employees work hard. I have no issues with the service when it comes to the wash. Very happy and would come again for the car wash. I was up-charged for the size of my car which is understandable. Yet, it took me a second to understand since no one mentioned to me and I was confused because thought the price was off when I got the invoice. Management could improve the logistics. Perhaps invest in some more labor. Even though labor cost may rise a little I'm sure more people will get their car washed. I saw a few people turn around in the line cause of the wait. It also doesn't help that one employee has to run back and forth in order to run the credit cards. The waiting area is a small closet. Luckily, it's air conditioned but there could be something to alleviate this. It would make sense to try to run the register out of there. Was second in line. Ram truck in front of me the guy who seemed to belong to a worker maybe not, was being swept out looked like gravel and dust out of the bed. The line got longer while this guy now sprayed it a long time. It should have been shoveled and swept in another location first before holding up the line so long. read more

In the few times I have been here to get my car washed, every time it leaves dirty. There are always dirt spots still on my car when I leave and spots where they "miss". Also your car leaves pretty wet if you don't get the interior package. The only cars I've seen them spend a good amount of time on is the ones that includes the interior, the highest tier package (also most expensive) so I tried it once but do not waste your money. My car still left there being partially dirty and wet. What is the point of a car wash if you're not going to fully wash or dry the car. The employees seem to speed through and get done as quickly as possible without regard for quality of work. When I left there yesterday there was all kinds of spots still left on my drivers side window (bird poop), that was never cleaned off. Half the times I've gone through the wax/dry part of it, the blowers are not even running and then the employees just "slap" my windshield and parts of the car they can't reach with a towel before giving you a hand motion to leave. If you're looking to get the most value in a car wash I would avoid this place and take your money elsewhere. The only reason I give it a star is because they hand wash it instead of with a machine but they definitely do not do a good job! read more

No point on advertising "hand wash" where they are using brushes in the back where no one can see. They scratched my car where the gas pump is and the gas pump door wouldn't close. When I addressed it, everyone had a smirk on their face which is a real class act, what is actually so funny about destroying someone's property who trusted your services? Was able to put the gas door on myself and have to deal with the scratches myself. The damage control presented was disgusting. Never going back there and will make sure to tell everyone I know about their "non hand washing business." they have a sign of not being responsible for damages I get it. I visited the Keyport Hand Wash on 10/2, since I was in the area and had previously been satisfied in the past when using this location. After waiting roughly 40 minutes online, I paid for the super wash which is considered their high-end wash that has all of the extras packaged together. When my car came out of the automated dryer, 4 attendants dried the car down, applied tire shine and cleaned the interior. When the attendants were finished drying the car, I noticed there was still water in the door sills and tire shine was left splattered in the rear wheel well. Once I realized they were not addressing those items, I grabbed a towel and started wiping off the tire shine. I then wiped down any excess water and noticed that soap was left in my rear diffuser, which is a honeycomb type, and asked the drying attendant to fix the issue. She told me it was no big deal and it would dry when I drove the car, which I found to be an unacceptable answer so I summoned the manager. She offered me half of the money back, but all I was asking for was that area to be rinsed and dried. She then spoke with the owner, Sammy, who told her not to offer me anything. When she informed me of the owner's decision, I demanded to speak with him so she passed along his phone number. After trying to call Sammy, he finally picked up on my 3rd attempt. Sammy informed me he had seen pictures of the vehicle and said since I did not want the money back, he would offer me a complimentary car wash while also stating "Do me a favor, do not come back to this car wash we do not need customers like you." Although I found that comment to be rather cocky since he is running a customer focused business, I hopped back on the car line which was longer than when I initially arrived and waited 40 minutes. At that point I called Sammy and told him I am not waiting another 40 minutes, just give me my money back. He then told me "I don't understand people like you and what your angle is." Well Sammy, as I told you I have no angle and just wanted a clean car like I receive at the hand car washes near my home. He then told me he would give me my money back and notify the manager, but clearly re-iterated he does not need me as a customer. Come to find out he told the manager not to give me anything and I can call the police if I have an issue. I called Sammy multiple times, which was sent to voicemail initially and eventually blocked. I am not an unreasonable person, but if I am paying $29 for a car wash the entire car should be clean and not 90% of it. Needless to say, I am not going back there and I do not recommend them to anyone. Sammy also owns 3 other car washes and I would avoid those locations as well. read more

Update: Avoid this place! They sprayed something on the inside windshield that makes everything blurry! I thought it was blurry earlier but now I definitely know it's them. It rained tonight and I couldn't see a thing! All lights were blurry, road signs unreadable and windshield stayed fogged! Tomorrow A.M. I have to get another car wash to undo this one I got from this place this afternoon. AVOID! Cost $17 for exterior wash, inside cleaning and tire wash. I gave an $8 tip because I thought I'd get a thorough cleaning and it was hot out. Honestly I would have paid $100 for a detail. That wasn't even an option here and for good reason. The result wasn't spectacular. Steering came back sticky, some white scuff marks on the door, black scuff marks on the upholstery and black streaks on the body. Someone here also left an empty Fanta soda can inside my car. Not a complete horror but I wouldn't go back here. There's a "For Sale By Owner" sign outside if anyone's interested. read more

Great job but a price was paid. Hand was.. loved that. I did get the top end wash for $23. Plus 4 for wax. Very good job but would prefer to have gone on a cooler day. No place to wait out of the heat. Very good job. I'll need to compare to hand wash place up on 34. read more

They did a nice job with my car on her first bath. I wish there weren't so many people taking turns behind the wheel to move the car up. They also did not replace my floor mats properly. Other than those two things, no complaints. The car looks great. read more
