I know, "It's a car wash" But what makes all businesses stand out from others is the staff. I do have a large Labrador and several times a year I get the Interior Detail. Back to the staff, first. I ask a lot of questions and sometimes want to add a service to the pkg. They are very patient. Never rush me to spit it out. That's a kindness that may get overlooked. Not by me. I appreciate them for that. I usually walk home and leave them to do their thing. The woman that do the interior really pay attention to all the little things. Being a Marine Veteran, I appreciate that attention to detail, as well. Went the first time in June 2023 and was not impressed, decided to give it a try the second time in July and i really inspected my car after it was washed. First of all the brushes in the wash rack hardly touch the car, came out with dirt on the back of my car and sides of my car. The blowers at the end do not blow the water off like previous owners, also previous owners made sure your car was washed with the cloth and plenty of soap, this company hardly uses soap for the cars. Whoever reads this check it out when you go to get your car washed. They charge you $10.00 for regular wash, have to go to this gate and pay, hate it, and they say FREE Vacuum, LOL you have to keep going back to button to turn it on while you are vacuuming your car, what a waste. Also doesn't have the best suction. if you ask for my opinion its a waste of money a RIP OFF and when you talk to anyone there, they do not handle your complaint. so they need to add some more soap, blowers should be stronger, brushes inside need to be a tad closer to car to clean it, and maybe put the timer on longer for the vacuum. you will not see me go back there for sure. read more

i went in for a full detail and noticed damages to my car after going through the car wash. When I called & spoke to the manager Eugene he stated "it's normal for your license plate to be distorted afterwards from the water pressure" only it was not inly my license plate distorted it ripped off part of my grill!!!! My grill had a slight scratch as is is anew lease less then six months old no prior damage. That scratch turned in to my front corner of my grill being ripped off and stuck back in from an employee. When euege stated he can see it hanging off in the video, meaning someone stuck it back on obviously. Not one person told me of the damages from the car wash nor the detail center. Now I am getting run around that nothing can be done from prior existing damages. ONE SCRATCH TO MISSING A CORNER OF MY GRILL??? I have been going here since it opened and I am very bad at waiting until my car is pretty dirty to drive on in. I have always been pleased with the service and how they clean my cars. $18 for a regular inside and out service, seems a bit expensive and other places may be a couple dollars less but I'm never satisfied with those cheaper places. I find their standard of cleaning is higher than those in the area. Everyone is very nice and if for any reason you see something not right they respond quickly to rectify the situation. We have had our cars detailed here for the hour detail and the longer one and they do exceptional work. I also like that they have a loyalty card and after so many times you get a free wash. A little bit of a line - about 5 cars in front of me when I got there- but it look about 18 min for me to get to the wash itself.... very long compared to my usual car wash. There is a normal drive thru car wash (they put your car thru) and there are 3 bays where you can wash your car yourself. There are other services like headlight restoring, and detailing that they promise in less than 30 minutes but considering my line for the car wash, I doubt it. They charge an extra $2 for SUVs and minivans for all car wash packages. As for the wash itself, pretty decent. Car washes run from $20 to $30, you can't buy just an outside wash. But this wasn't even the bare minimum as described for the package. Everything was still filthy, we asked someone working on other cars if it had been done and she assured us it had. We pointed out several spots that were terrible and asked her to go over it again. She wiped over the center console once and completely ignored the dashboard and then ignored myself and my other half. We left, calling and asking for the manager. My other half explained and we were told to bring it back and he would look at it. The manager, Eugene was one of the nastiest people I have ever met. My boyfriend explained and he mostly just told him "they don't do that" and told him that the rag wouldn't take most of the dirt off. When my boyfriend wiped a finger across the console and showed him the dirt that came up, he tossed the rag at him and told him to "show him". When he was proved wrong, he pulled out a wad of cash, told us he'd give us the money back and maybe we should go somewhere else and let someone else do it. They often have coffee and munchkins out to placate my kids (with the munchkins, the coffee is for me). The attendants missed a few places like the cup holders when they vacuumed, but for the most part everything else looked great. My complaint is that something was stolen out of my glovebox. It was an insignificant item that can be easily replaced, but the fact-of-the-matter is that the attendants went into my glovebox when they shouldn't have and stole something from me. Considering I had placed the item in the glovebox just as I pulled into their parking lot, I know there is no chance I could have forgotten where I placed the item. Today was the first time going to this car wash and I feel for the price it is definately not worth it. I paid for a top of line package, which they call 'Ulitimate Package' which cost roughly $28. After they finished, below are all the issues that I found were not taken care of: - My front bumper is still full of dead bugs in which wasn't cleaned off, - The rear window still had bird spots on it that did not get removed. - Vacuum was incomplete since I was told the seats would get vacuumed and the same crumbs that were on the seat when I got out the car were still there when I got back in. The drive through wash is the best I have seen, especially the material on the rollers that actually wash and touch your car. The only negative is finishing, the people rush and miss quite a bit of the water and the towels they use leave a film on the windows. Usually, I only get external wash with tire shine so they do not touch the windows in side. However, this last visit I did the whole inside and out package.
