Aberdeen Car Wash is the best. Julia at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Her knowledge of the different memberships is great. Josue and his team are the best in the business. My car has never been cleaner or shinier! read more

One of the best car washes I've ever visited in the Aberdeen Area. Car goes in dirty and comes out clean. I've been a customer for over 10+ years and not once have o had an unpleasant or bad experience. Workers are super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure your car shines. I would highly recommend the monthly membership if you wash your car more than once a month, to make the price of a single wash worth it. The soap they use is also very high quality and high shine. Highly recommended place to get your car washed! read more

Inside of the car was not cleaned well at all. Crumbs in the cup holders. I'm not expecting a detailing but a simple wipe of a damp cloth would pick up these crumbs. Unfortunately I tipped the crew before I was able to see the poor job they did. I've been here lots of times in the past but this is the worst job they have ever done. read more

My husband and I have been here a few times already with our cats and they never disappoint. We highly recommend the mini detail. It's well worth the spend every few months. The regular car wash is great too. read more

Aberdeen Car Wash was pretty crowded, after all the snow we had we just wanted to get the salt cleaned off the car and apparently so did a lot of other people. There were no pleasantries here. It was like an assembly line. We drove up and waited for a few moments until it was our turn in front of the car wash entry. The two guys working at the entrance asks.... what do you want . We requested only the very basic outside of the car cleaned (under $10.00) and literally that's all they do, just run the car through the wash. You can't ride in the car while it goes through the washing process. Instead you go inside and you can see the car go through the process then walk directly to the cashier and pay. Its just that simple. At first they thought that they were not going to dry the car they just left the door open while it was dripping wet to say, ok her is your car. They thought otherwise while we stood there waiting for them to complete the job. We watched the person who wiped the car afterward spend literally 3 minutes (if that) wiping down the car. He did the wax on and wax off motion with his two hands in a very fast motion while walking around the car just as fast. I mean you couldn't see the salt anymore but there was still mud here and there on the car. I was a little annoyed but residue from the snow and salt were gone which was really our goal. Murphy's law, get a basic car wash and it rains all day the next day, and that is exactly what happened the next day. It just rained all day and believe it or not our car was really clean, mother nature did a better job. read more

Exceptional Service!! Jason and his staff are professional and friendly. Besides the great job they do for Full Service Car Washes, their Interior Detailing package is worth every penny. This is the 4th car I've taken to them for Detailing, and once again, Awesome job!! I'm going to make another appointment this week for my other daughter's car. You feel like you're driving in a new car again. Fresh and clean !!! read more

Do not use this car wash if you have a roof rack. The machines will not clean the space beneath the roof rack cross bars. The staff will not clean those areas manually, even at an extra fee. Also, service is slow. They do not have an express lane for those wanting an exterior wash only. You must wait for the cars ahead of you to get their interiors vacuumed (while the inside wash area is empty). I wonder how many people wanting just an exterior wash simply drive away, rather than wait unnecessarily in line. Lost business! read more

Horrible service! Cancelled my monthly subscription. They are just getting more and more sloppy! Leaving garbage in the car, carpets not vacuumed, console not wiped nor was the dashboard touched! Take care and hope you get your acts together. read more

In my experience I would avoid at all cost. I was going to this car wash for about a year since it was the most convenient car wash and they offered a monthly service for a pretty good price. The last time I went they damaged the front mats of my car with the air compressor. When I addressed the owner he denied that his equipment had damaged the mats. He accused me of having kids in my car with cleats. I don't have kids and I'm the only person who is ever in my car. Not to mention I'm immaculate and get my car washed several times a week. As soon as I got back in the car I knew right away that they had been damaged by to air compressor. The owner became abusive and extremely defensive. Then told me people are always trying to get free stuff out of him. He said he would use the same tool to clean the other mats and if they became damaged he would buy me new ones. I would not let him. Of course he would have lowered the air pressure if I would have allowed him to. Avoid this car wash! read more

The new machines they installed are great the inside waiting area is very nice everything about the place is great the owner put a lot of money into this place! Now here are the downfalls: The staff is terrible the new cashier girl acts as if she is doing you a favor I'm not asking for a hand shake and a hug but just be pleasant she is just there to take your money she is to busy playing on her phone she and acts like your annoying her! The staff at the end of the car wash are terrible also they constantly take short cuts missing whole sections of your car and also not cleaning all of the windows. Im done with this place! read more

Place seems to be getting worse and worse. I have monthly plan ( their most expensive package) and last few times I went they only provided me with the mid priced package. I ask for manager or owner and they are never there. I spoke with cashier and she said it was because they were short staffed. So you can't clean my 3rd row and trunk because your short staffed yet I'm still paying for the most expensive monthly package. They are almost never open their posted hours ( open late and close early) this past weekend it was 90 degrees and sunny and they were closed all weekend???? management / owner just doesn't seem to care. I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere. read more

Took my car for a car wash and vacuum. and paid for what they called a complete package. It was not busy at all at the time and I was the only one there.Vacuum was just rushed and interior of the car was not wiped and cleaned and was left dusty. Friendly staff who accommodate all needs down to each miniscule detail ! I bought the ultimate package and it was worth every penny. Thank you Jason and staff ! read more

I used this car wash last week. It left soap on my car, and that's even after they "dried" it off. Workers were friendly, but it definitely was not worth the money or the time we waited. I would not recommend coming to this car wash. read more

Terrible rush job. The inside of my car looks as dirty as it did when I brought it in. When asked someone to wipe a blatant spot of the mirror that they obviously left I was given an attitude. What a waste of $20. I will never come back here again. read more

I would like to thank the Owner, Jason for assisting me today! I have a monthly subscription to Aberdeen Car Wash and stopped by today since I experienced dark grease located on one side of my suv. I hoped one quick wash would do the trick and unfortunately it wasn't enough. Jason came out and was super welcoming and attentive to my issue! He expressed genuine concern and it was deeply appreciated! He grabbed a couple of cloths and applied a degreaser and guess what, it worked! Jason spent the extra time and went above and beyond for me to make sure I left with a nicely cleaned car! Overall, this place is awesome! Excellent customer service and extremely friendly staff. So I am happy I made the right choice and chose Aberdeen Car Wash! Highly recommended! read more

Very lousy service here. Rushed through my interior only to find my dashboard still full of dust. Didn't bother vacuuming my backseats.

Definitely the best car wash in the area. I am absolutely pleased with the quality of work. I got back from a ski trip and my car was a mess both inside & out. Paid for the ultimate and it was amazing! Great attention to detail. read more

(THEFT FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S VEHICLE) Went for a wash on 6-9-20 and one of their employees stole an item out of my vehicle. The incident was confirmed on their surveillance video and the manager Jason Patel apologized, asvised the employee would be dealt with, and offered me unlimited washes until 7-15-20. I was satisfied with the offer so I decided not to file a theft report. Went for a wash on 6-14-20 and saw the same employee who stole from my vehicle working. I provided the business card of Manager Jason Patel granting me a free wash, and I was advised by the cashier that the agreement would not be honored. To know you have employees unlawfully taking items from a customer's vehicle, but keep them employed is very disappointing to say the least. read more

Absolutely love this place! Not only did I get an amazing wash, but was greeted so kindly by Jay and the crew. It was so good that I came back to get my other car washed but this time I brought my 3 year old daughter who was so amazed by how cool everything lit up with all the bright colors while going through the tunnel. Then went inside to pay where we were kindly greeted by the receptionist. Great experience and by far the best car wash I've been too! read more

Just had my car done at Advanced Car Wash on Rt 34. Just a mile away. What a difference

Place is terrible. Went for my first time today, for some reason they took off my Antenna, end up losing a piece of my Antenna. I've been to many of car washes have never had my Antenna taken off. Now they have to order me a new one and put it in. Plus get my car back and the front is filthy the back of the car is filthy can see where they didn't dry it. His response was sorry it's difficult when there's salt on the car.. your business is a Car WASH that's what your suppose to do.. then he says I'll grab a spray bottle and clean it... how about you run my car through the car wash again and dry it properly? Very unhappy read more

One of my credit cards was returned to me from Carlos at Aberdeen Car Wash. I did not realize it was not in my wallet. Kudos to you, Carlos for your integrity and honesty. In this crazy world if such uncertain times, it warms my heart to realize there are still true, genuinely good hard working people out there. I am a proud I resident of Aberdeen and frequent local businesses, always. Just be kind, you never know what someone is going through. Thank you Carlos for your kindness and Aberdeen Car Wash for hiring honest humans. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

Owner Jason is an awesome trustworthy guy, very welcoming, the workers are all really nice!! Oh and the wash comes out 10/10. 5 stars for this place read more

Terrible just terrible. It's a nice facility. Someone invested a lot of money in equipment. That's not the issue. The staff is unsupervised and horrible. They do half a job. Literally one side of your car gets wiped down inside and the other stays untouched. And it's not like it's cheap. For $24 I expect the car to get done in total. The unlimited deals are great but I hesitate based on the lackluster experience. Car washes pretty much any place else are far superior. If you have an suv they won't vacuum the back, sorry it's no incluida. Wtf? Isn't it part of the car? read more

I started going to Aberdeen a few weeks ago. It was close and efficient, and I'm glad I went. I go the ultimate, I work as a K9 handler so my vehicle is always dirty... and wow was I impressed. My vehicle looked like I just got it detailed! I was extremely happy with the services, prices, and staff. I went back a second time and got the supreme because my vehicle wasn't as dirty and was just as happy with my results. I've been to two or three different car washes over the last year, and Aberdeen has my business. Thank you for the hard work and great washes Aberdeen carwash and staff! read more

So pissed off I just took it home and finished it myself. The machine didn't clean the back of the car or the lower sides of the car at all. Fellow went around wiping it and still missed behind the lower parts by the tires. Missed parts of the door jam. The aluminum rims were filthy and the fellow who put the tire shine on didn't even say anything to anybody. I also had to re-clean the mats because the machine they ran it through left them dirty. I paid $35.00 for the Ultimate Wash and got the ultimate headache. I will never go back. read more

Purchased the monthly car wash plan. I noticed the paint on all four wheel rims starting to peel. Pointed it out to the cashier. She took pictures and my contact info to give to owner. He never called. Today he was in. I asked him about it and he said "I don't give a f*#k, it's not my fault." Nice customer service. Is that any way to talk to a customer? I'd rather wash my own car than go back here again. read more

If I could give Aberdeen Car Wash negative stars, I would. When I was there 2 months back, one of their machines caught the bottom of my rear bumper and ripped it off. Then, the representative who saw it all happen, Rich, apologized profusely to me telling me exactly what happened. Right as this was happening, the manager, Yelena, ran outside and tried to tell me it wasn't their fault, that my car could have had "prior damages". Umm, I think I, as well as the rest your staff, would have noticed my bumper laying on the ground when I pulled up. Next, we went inside to discuss everything and Rich tried to retract everything he said in front of his superior! I couldn't believe it. After arguing with both of them, Yelena finally conceded and referred me to a body shop in the area so they could "take care of the damages". She assured me that Aberdeen Car Wash was going to pay for the damages. So, I complied and went for an estimate while getting one of my own. The body show agreed with my estimate and that this damage was due to the car wash machine, BUT Aberdeen Car Wash then said they refused to pay for it. NOT TO MENTION, they didn't wash my car thoroughly! When I was leaving after my arguments, I had to call someone over to actually clean the interior! So, going forward, I would not refer this place to my worst enemy and I would strongly suggest finding another place to wash your vehicle. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I took my car there for the first time and it is definitely be the last. I am normally not a complainer and this is my first time writing a review on yelp. The service at Aberdeen Car Wash turned out to be A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! WORST CAR CLEANING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager and all she did was make excuses in her arrogant tone. Now I need to find a car wash that will actually provide the service that I pay for. read more

Don't bother. This place sucks! Will only vacuum your trunk with top package and charged me $3 extra after I already paid when I requested them to do it bc I did not know it was not included. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my mats cleaned when it WAS in fact included in the package I chose. So why are you asking me? Why would I not want something that I paid for. Poor customer service and satisfaction. Never going back there again! read more

Was very disappointed with the quality of the wash. My vehicle was no cleaner than when it when in to when it came out. I asked for the complete wash (in and out) and tire shine. When I got home I noticed there was no tire dressing as the tires were still wet when I left. Further inspected the car and there was still dirt and grime all over it. I don't mind spending $20+ for a car wash, but will not be back here. Only plus was the lounge/pay area. But no matter how nice a car wash looks on the inside, my car should look better. read more

The nicest car wash I have ever been to. The kids made such a mess of the car that I felt I had to "pre clean" it went into the car wash. I asked the owner if I could use his garbage can. Which included me borrowing the vacuum cleaner in between cars in order to get SAND out of the car from the beach. Isn't it almost October? Honey how often do you clean the car? Never! read more
