They allowed me to wait inside their heated garage while they washed and detailed the truck. They did a magnificent job. I should have taken pics before hand for comparison. Making an appointment was such a breeze - the owner was easily able to accommodate my schedule. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with A&J. If you're looking for a car detailer with incredible service, quick timeframes, & an affordable price, this place is DEFINITELY worth your time. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys!

I reached out for a quote and Vasile was quick to respond and provide a quote that worked for my budget. He was very thorough in explaining the PPF process and the take it will take to install it. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for PPF installation to check this shop out. They also do other kinds of work - I am planning to change the color of my car and have PPF installed on the rest of the car end of the year. Looking forward to hiring Vasile and his team for continue work.

Needless to say, the inside of my car needed some SERIOUS help... it was a disaster in there. I found High End Detail on Yelp (though note that they've got way more Google reviews than Yelp reviews! It was very easy/quick to use the online scheduling on the website, and Becca communicated with me ahead of time by text to work out the details. I got the full inside and outside cleaning/detailing, and WOW. Seriously, the car is cleaner and more beautiful than when I purchased it!!!! Becca was so nice and professional. We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shine Bright Auto Detailing. We brought our car in…read morefor a full detail service and paid $350, expecting a high-end, professional result. What we got was far from it. First visit: The car came back with oily mats that were dangerously slippery, the vacuuming was incomplete, and visible water stains and marks on the visors were left behind. It was clear the job was rushed and poorly done. When my husband called to address the issues, the staff promised to fix everything if we brought the car back. So we gave them a second chance. Second visit: My husband dropped the car off at 9 AM and was told he'd receive a call when it was ready. No one ever called. At 5 PM, he walked over only to find someone lounging on the couch who casually said the car was ready. After inspecting it, it was clear nothing had been done. The staff claimed they were only supposed to vacuum the car--which is outrageous. We left the car there all day, again, for nothing. We were told the poor results were due to a new employee still learning. We were understanding and gave them yet another chance after the manager personally called us, apologized, and assured us he would handle it himself. Third visit: I showed the manager the exact stains and issues before leaving the car again at 9 AM. At 3 PM, we were told it was ready. Once again, the car looked almost exactly the same. The stains I had pointed out were still there, the car was not properly vacuumed, and there were oil stains and fingerprints all over the console. The only thing they seemed to do was wash the exterior--which makes no sense, since it was raining that day. This has now taken three visits and over two full days of wasted time. We expected premium service for the premium price. What we got was something that a $40 drive-thru car wash could've done better. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. Our experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and zero accountability. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
