Met Jaimie,who is a super nice guy and extremely customer-focused. He took a look at the interior, which was in dire needed of a detail and said he would do his best to do what he can to restore the interior, even though there were some deep saturated stains. Dropped the car off this morning and received a call from Jaimie in the afternoon advising that the car was ready for pickup. My daughter and I couldn't believe the job that Jaimie and his highly skilled team did. The interior was immaculate, dashboard was so clean that the last time it looked like that was the day we purchased the car. Jaimie's team also performed a handwash, wax and dressed the tires. Looked brand new. Was so impressed with this shop that I will be bringing in my wife's car to Medina's Auto Detail to have the headlights restored. They allowed me to wait inside their heated garage while they washed and detailed the truck. They did a magnificent job. I should have taken pics before hand for comparison. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me.
