He also proceeded to spend atleast 30 minutes buffing out all the scratches and got all but 2 out and filled in the dent area and put some anti-rust formula on the dent area that he filled and the two scrapes that were left and said "if and when you decide to fix the car, you will not have to worry about any rusting"....I was very thankful and asked him what did I owe him... He said nothing at all... I said are you sure and he said absolutely and said "my pleasure".... I was in awe of his expertise, but most of all his kindness and generosity!... None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. They replaced the MAP sensor and that was resolved, but I also paid for "The Works" oil service and inspection. Upon day 2 of wondering if my car would be ready the next day, I called around 4pm and left a message asking for an update. Nobody picked up and I never received a call back. The next morning, I again called to see if my car was finished so I could go to work that day. Theresa was short and seemed perturbed that I had inquired about my vehicle's readiness. After driving away from the service center and straight to work... I received a low tire pressure warning pulling into my work's parking lot. I measured all 4 tires and each one were well under-inflated between 15-20 psi when they should have been 35 psi. Lester Glenn didn't check my tire pressure and I'm not confident my tires were even rotated per "The Works." They had my car for 2 nights! For years I have been taking my car here for service, and I always get the impression they just want to sell you an expensive oil change/ inspection with minimal communication during and after. **Update** A week after paying for "The Works," oil service and inspection, my Ford Escape indicated an "Oil Change Needed" message. Essentially, the service tech didn't reset the Oil Life Monitoring System after the oil change. This is just another example that I've noticed over the years of Lester Glenn's service center over-charging and under-delivering.
