My car was a lot, from food and drink spills, dog hair and slobber, sweat and dirt from picking up my sister and her friends from the beach and sports practices and about 4 years of no true internal maintenance - it was gross. The owner, Marco, is friendly and efficient. I appreciated how upon inspection of my vehicle he did forewarn me of any possible issues for removing dog hair from certain material and that it might take extra time but my expectations were exceeded because the interior of my vehicle is unrecognizable and done faster than anticipated. I do want to note my booking experience. I booked my initial appointment online for a Thursday, I was quickly emailed and phoned by Marco to reschedule due to inclement weather. I rescheduled for a Tuesday and had gotten rained out again, only that time i wasn't notified the shop had closed for the day. I gave it another shot and rescheduled online for the morning after and i received a call from Marco immediately after booking. I explained how I wasn't notified about the second cancellation and he was sincerely apologetic and determined to make this detailing happen. In addition to that call, I received an email later that evening confirming the appointment and making it happen "rain or shine". I'm glad I gave it another shot because my car looks amazing and i really appreciated the ease of booking online and the confirmation calls by the owner directly. Makes the customer experience more genuine. Despite any issues with the above rescheduling scenario I still give this a 5 star rating, because honest mistakes can happen and obviously no one can control the weather, but most importantly my car detail looks superb.

There were some spots that still had dirty that could have used an extra wipe. they also didn't clean the trunk at all, although I had some golf clubs in there but they could have removed them. The worker at the gate has to come and help me each time. Just an annoyance. Two guys dry the car for about 10 seconds after the wash. The wheels only get cleaned on the outward facing surface. The car is always dripping wet and soapy after. They only do the exterior. Nothing more. The nearest full service wash is a few miles further from my home and a few dollars more but I go there when I have time to have the interior vacuumed and wiped down.

I signed up for the monthly unlimited for $17.99 which was about $2 less than my old membership in East Brunswick. I love that you have to be a member to use the vacuum cleaners... and speaking of the vacuum cleaners... man, I LOVE that machine that cleans your mats in seconds! The vacuums are super strong as well. Customer service was very attentive and walked me through the process when I seemed to try to figure something out. Oh and they gave me a free upgrade to platinum during my first visit. I'm very happy with this business.

The outside of the cars are pretty much done well since machines do most of the work. The low rating is for the poor job of cleaning inside the car. Old rags are used and leaves your car smelling like a dirty wet rag. Dust, crumbs anything dirty inside the car is missed on a regular basis. Car mats are never put back properly and are not cleaned very well at all. There are plenty of staff members, rushing the interior cleaning is the reason behind the poor quality of service. If they can change out their towels more often and do a better job of cleaning the interiors they would have better ratings. I always clean the interior myself after I get home it's never done properly. I have seen other customers complain about the same issue.

Let me tell you, these guys at Flawless Hand Car Wash & Detail are the BEST!!! I've taken my cars here a few times already. They are meticulous and they pass my OCD inspection.
