Among the items I wanted to purchase was cough syrup. An alert went out for customer assistance to verify I was old enough to purchase that item. 25 minutes later, I was finally approved, and allowed to pay for my order. I'm 70 years old. I have no doubt our future will be better with AI replacing the dim wits employeed at CVS.

First, when I picked up my order, I asked to check the prints before paying and discovered they were printed on 4x6 paper and completely uncut. When I brought this to the employee's (Aali's) attention, he tried to claim that "Walgreens expects customers to cut their own pictures." When I called out that absolute nonsense, he claimed the manager, Douglas, said the exact same thing. When Douglas finally came out from counting money, he doubled down on this ridiculous excuse, acting like customers are supposed to do the store's job. Aali then claimed he couldn't cut them because he had to do shipment, or that he was afraid he'd mess up. Meanwhile, the customer right before me had issues with her order too as the staff struggled to find it. When I came back this morning (September 19), I spoke with Eddie, who confirmed what I already knew: there is no such policy requiring customers to cut their own pictures, and the look on his face told the whole story. Eddie offered a 25% discount, but after being lied to, deceived, missing my pictures for my event yesterday, and dealing with pure laziness and incompetence, a 25% discount doesn't cut it. Walgreens either needs to invest in printers that properly cut 4x4 sizes or train your employees to actually do their jobs instead of making up foolish policies on the spot. I expect these prints for free after the runaround I've been put through.

I recently experienced a problem where Medicare incorrectly billed that prescription. I was being charged a a very large amount of money. Through the efforts of Chee (a pharmacist and one of the owners) the incorrect charge was reversed and the medication was billed correctly. The entire staff is extremely considerate and efficient.
