During my second visit to this store, I had a very particular style of running shoe in mind and fortunately, I was able to find my size quickly. If you are a fan of New Balance products, I recommend this factory store without reservation. Good luck with your hunt." They don't know where I got my dress from, and I'm also someone living in NYC and doing my best. I think people are allowed to charge what they want or think their skill is worth, but I also think the wedding industry has lost their minds. I found an independent professional who did a beautiful job and charged a fair price. I have other dresses to be adjusted until my big day, and had considered saving them if I needed help for my main dress which will be more expensive, but based on this rude and entitled response, I already know to never go back to this business again.

The store was mostly tidy everywhere. There were plenty of staff members all over the floor helping customers and also tidying up different sections. I went in the store to get some shoes for my daughter. Found couple of pairs that had 40% off. Checkout lane was busy, but they had several registers open, so line was moving quickly.
