I have tried to communicate via email about sending them back to get a refund and how to do so. They have chosen to ignore me. Buyer beware with online orders. They send used merchandise and then ignore the customer. This has been going on for months. still no response or way to return and get a refund. I am all about supporting small businesses but this one is a scammer Update: 3/31/26- After posting this review. The business owner Olga reached out to me and personally resolved this matter. She sent me a return label to return the shoes and when she received them back she issued me a refund. Olga was courteous and respectful.
