The staff have always been pleasant via phone and in person and are patient with my client who needs a bit of time to get his words out. The prices on the repair are fair, done in a timely manner and as a result kept him coming back for years. The shop appears to have been around for some time but well stocked, with all sorts of shoes from regular to orthopedic and I like the 1/2 off sock bucket which is encouraging to while you're already dealing with footwear. If you need shoes and bit more, give them a try. There are other shops and restaurants on the avenue if this is an errand stop.
