I am so glad I stopped in today. The staff at this store are great. I didn't catch a name but a lady with dreads was super helpful during my in store visit today. She helped me find a size in the back from shoes and price check some apparel that I found on the clearance rack. I needed a fitting room and a younger male employee caught my attention from across the store and came over to help me in a timely manner. Even the security guard was nice and welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. Check out moved quickly as they had four employees on the register. Overall, I found some really good sales and left with some great stuff. read more

About 8 months back, I bought a gift card for my neice here. We came in, they woudln't honor it. Part of the card was ripped off, but you could still easily make out the numbers. I support Nike. I am a loyal customer to the brand. This is due to their diversity. This store in particular is a dream come true for the sneaker-collector. Very professional sales associates for the most part. Although I cannot say that for all of the associates there, as some of them apparently select who they would like to help. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic store, and I always usually save money whenever I shop there. Also, to the US military veterans: You get to save 10 percent on your purchase. Stopped in this store with family. Kids went wild looking for clothing and shoes. A store with plenty of merchandise, sales were typical of other Nike stores, maybe not as good as outlet stores. Staff were helpful, plenty of sizes. Only problem was street parking - had to drop them off and drive around the block a couple of times until a meter was open. This place is great! Wonderful new factory story located In the middle of downtown newark. This location offers both sneakers, ready to wear, bags, and accessories. It's a great location. Most always clean and orderly. I've never seen is crazy messy. The staff is hit or miss, usually very nice and helpful but I've had some bad experiences. During a sale it could get busy and you could wait on a long line. I highly suggest to sign up for the factory pass, you get exclusive sales and additional discounts that can really make purchases a lot cheaper. What I love about this location is that when you walk in you are always greeted and someone is always willing to help! And even willing to go in the back to go get a size to you. (Working in retail previously, it's appreciated) I wish I got the name of the other name of the young lady who helped me. I had 2 help me. They went above and beyond to help me and exceeded me exceptions! (I have a plate and 5 screws in the left and Plantar Fasciitis in the right) they brought me about 4 shoes to try and I was so thankful for their honesty! ShyAna has been with Nike for years and she knows what to recommend. I work in a gym and I was so thankful she helped me today. Now I can go to work with relief on my feet. Thank you, ShyAna. It was okay. It looks like all the other. Nike factory stores I've been to. It was clean and there were a lot of workers around. They didn't have a large selection of men running shoes but they had a large selection of clothes. The prices are the same as other Nike factory stores (I saw a pair of sneakers I bought at another store and they were the same price). I would return if in the neighborhood. read more

This location was really nice to shop at. The stores extremely clean and organized and the staff are welcoming yand helpful. Isaiah was able to help me locate shoes in the back. They have great discount sales and a good clearance selection a long the wall. They also offer military discounts which is nice on top of the additional savings. Immediately after arrival I was greeted with Jordan's presence and he was welcoming and presistent on helping me find what I needed. Although they did not have what I needed in stock he assured me that he can order something online and have it delivered to the store. I appreciated his customer service greatly and I will be back. The selection of sneakers are extensive and they even have a large selection for sneakers that are on sale. The store was clean, bright and full of the newest Nike sneakers and clothing. If you like basketball shoes this is a great place...If you want running sneakers they don't have the ones you would want. I have been to many Nike Factory stores this one is more geared to basketball head verses a runner. The women's area looks really good if your a woman. read more
