I really enjoyed my time at Bella Bridesmaids a few months back. Jordana was great and I love the service they provide via online. You are able to look at dresses through the showroom and pick out a few styles before trying on. As always, they might tell you to go up a size, but if you know yourself get the size your gut is telling you too. I went with my regular size and I am glad I did. **Please be aware that you sign a contract that you ultimately chose the size. So if it doesn't fit, you will be the one to blame. make an appointment in advance (we didn't -- oops). they were kind enough to allow me to try on a few dresses even when their next appt was due to arrive any minute. there are 2 dressing rooms, with less than adequate lighting, however two large mirrors in the sunny storefront area. an extra star given for the aesthetically pleasing colorful, diverse selection of dresses.. there was a decent amount of long and short gowns to look through. in comparison to other bridesmaids dresses i have looked at, these were on the higher end (i noted several in the $250-$325 range). read more

My least favorite place to find a bridesmaid dress, and I have been in over 10 weddings! The dresses are over priced. The place extremely small with 2 fitting rooms, appointments only. They don't offer alterations. You have to place your order online, they give you a paper to go pay online! They are closed Sundays, not helpful for people who live far and who work full time, they do offer late hours but 7 pm is still difficult to get to. I had to wait for a fitting room until another party of 4 bridesmaids were finished. The sales person whispers to my sales person before I go in the fitting room "hold on this bridal party smells really bad, you should spray something in there first." Wow. Great customer service! I was trying on numerous dresses, mind you sharing the fitting room with the other bridal party and I could not find a good dress. The sales person was completely uninterested. I was blatantly asking her, 'but does this look ok for my figure?' She was not helpful at all, not insightful on what looked better. While I am in the fitting room I hear her whisper to the bride "I have another appointment so she is going to have to finish up now.' Really? If you want someone to give you wish-washy answers to your face and then talk crap about you behind your back go here! I went here with my sister (future bride) to pick out bridesmaid dresses. Although their selection may not be as extensive as other shops, they do have a lot to choose from! Jessica helped us pick out dresses in my sister's very specific shade of fuschia and in our price range. She was so helpful! I really did not have to pick one dress off of the rack! In regards to comments below, all of the dress shops that we went to did not have sample sizes for plus-size women because the designers do not send them any. I would suggest keeping this in mind when inviting your bridesmaids to find dresses with you, as my sister had the same experience. My only complaint is that the appointment before us would not leave, and seeing as they only have 2 dressing "rooms", me and one other bridesmaid had to take turns trying on dresses until they finally left half an hour into our appointment! We were the last appointment of the day, so we really had no time to waste. I feel that this should have been addressed in some way by the store. read more

First off the staff was very pleasant and I feel like they did a nice job keeping people safe during COVID. With that being said here's the BIG negative.. I went with my two friends to try on dresses. I was told that based on my measurements.. the ones they took.. that I would have to order a size 20. In normal dresses I am a 10/12, but I trusted them because they are the experts. When it came time to pay it was explained to me that because of my size there is a $25 "extra fabric" fee. Insulting but not a problem since I assumed this was per the designer. When I got my dress it was almost three sizes too big! I didn't need the extra fabric or the much larger size at all. As a result I had to pay $150 to have it altered because it wasn't anywhere near my body size. The alterations almost cost as much as the dress. This is ridiculous and could have been avoided. I don't know if they received a larger commission because of the extra fee or they really don't know how to measure or what they are selling. I suggest anyone who is going here should go knowing their measurements, taken by a true tailor. Or go to another shop altogether.. read more

If one of your wedding planning priorities is to make it a smooth process for your bridal party as well as yourself, then this is NOT the place for you. Some of my bridesmaids were from a few states away that also had a location of this store, so I figured it would be convenient. It was not. The initial consultation was... odd... but I chalked it up to the girl being new. She was very sweet and certainly tried her best, after all. I chose a dress for my bridesmaids and one for my MOH and was told my girls could order online and it would come in a few months or however long it was and that was that. I followed up a few months later to stay on top of things. Thank God I did. Despite my girls having ordered the dresses, they weren't actually "ordered." Something along the lines of I, as the bride, had to sign off on something once all were ordered. I was NEVER informed of this. If I had been, I would have had all my girls order at the same time. Apparently one bridesmaid didn't order until close to the cutoff time, and ALL of the other dresses therefore were not ordered. I was not informed of this and I was not happy. Because of this, my girls had to pay extra for rush alterations, which, spoiler alert, would have been avoidable had I gone somewhere else. In any event, I signed off on it and away it went. Until I got the confirmation that the dresses were swapped - there were multiple MOH orders and just one bridesmaid order. Again, I caught this. Thank God. The next few weeks I hear the dresses came in, yay! I get an email saying "Natalie's" dress came in to pick up in their NY location. Who the hell is Natalie? She is not in my bridal party... I don't have any girls in NY... I have never heard of this woman. I still don't know why I got this email. The worst part of this entire experience though was that I was 100% misled. The consultant told us the dresses were "custom made." Therefore, no alterations included. I stupidly signed the contract thinking this would be great and convenient. It was not. The exact same dresses I chose, in the exact same model numbers, were available at department stores for FIFTY DOLLARS LESS. They also told my girls they needed to order several sizes up. The dresses were about two sizes too big, thus making the price they had to pay for alterations even higher. Thanks for that. I am very sorry to say that Bella Bridesmaids was the most stressful part of my wedding planning experience. In the end, it worked out. But I felt very bad for my girls. read more

This shop boasted a "vast array" of styles, I was actually extremely disappointed by the number of options they had in store. The dresses that they did have, it was very difficult to sort through because they were crammed onto a rack and the store is tiny. When we originally entered the store, on time mind you, the sales attendant was helping another bridal party. I just stood there for over a minute with my bridal party hanging out behind me. I even said out loud "This is awkward..." The sales associate still did not introduce herself or ask me to just wait a moment. When she did finally come up to me I had to confirm that she worked for Bella Bridesmaids because I was astounded that I had been standing there, in the same room as her, and she didn't even introduce herself earlier. To make matters worse, the ladies in my bridal party who are a size 6 or larger could not really try on many dresses that the store had. But then, after ordering my dress with the advertised price, I was notified that there's a $15 fee for the dress "for the size that you selected to order". I responded by email, and was told it's not us, it's the designer. Definitely not a fan of false advertising for prices. Definitely not a fan of bizarre sizing. I went here to get sized for a bridesmaid dress- they measured, and based on that recommended that I order a size 10 (the dresses aren't custom cut, but also aren't returnable). This is way off my normal size, so I ordered a 6. It was way too big and even after alterations doesn't fit because the top is so structured and can't really be sized down. But I also can't return it! Such a waste of time to be measured, and then given a bad recommendation on sizing. I wonder if they want people to order the wrong size and then order a second dress later when they can't return the too-large one. read more

I'm giving Bella Bridemaids one star becuase I did use them for my Bridesmaid's dresses, which turned out to be beautiful. However, two of my bridesmaid's and myself had unpleasant experiences with the staff. When I first walked in for my appointment, nobody greeted me and I stood in the lobby waiting before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When my sister went to pick up the dress she had purchased, she was told she was unable to try it on in the store. Once she got home to try it on, not only was it COMPLETELY wrinkled, it was HUGE. She is a size zero, and was not told before she ordered the dress that it did not come in her size even though they measured her. When we called the store to see if there was something they could do, they refused to do anything. Not only did we have to pay to get the dress altered (they took two full inches off the waist), we had to pay to get it pressed due to the condition it came in. If you are looking for good, friendly customer service, and a location where you won't feel rushed and crowded do NOT go to Bella Bridesmaids. I had an awesome experience with Bella Bridesmaids! I was able to find the perfect dress for my girls. I loved how easy it was for the girls to go onto the online showroom and order their dresses/see their statuses. As the bride, I also liked being able to see which of my bridesmaids still needed to order their dress :) . Bella Bridesmaids was also able to honor a Dessy coupon that I had, which helped reduce the cost of the dresses for each of my girls, which they very much appreciated. The consultant I worked with was very nice and helpful. Bella Bridesmaids made ordering/selecting bridesmaids dresses very simple. My girls got many compliments on their dresses. I liked the experience I had while at the store, the associate was nice and easy to work with. But the problem came when I received the dress. Like stated in other reviews, they measured me a size 8. I didn't believe it, but not shopping at high end salons, I figured they knew best. I received my dress and it if falling off me. Because of the heavy beading, the tailoring job was estimated at over $130. I didn't feel like dealing with the salon again, so I got my dress for $260 off Macy's (in a size TWO) and it fits perfect. read more

I was not impressed by Bella Bridesmaid. The store was small, dresses weren't displayed well and worst of all the two staff members working on Saturday, October 4th, I believe our girl was named Mia, were rude and uninterested. First and foremost, I think what made this experience a bad one was the girl (Mia) who was helping us. We visited two other stores and she was by far the worst consultant to help us. She seemed uninterested and was basically just throwing dresses at us. She didn't offer any insight about what we were looking at and she didn't listen. When we first sat down, she asked my friend what her dress looked like and then literally 15 minutes later asked her again. My friend also very clearly said she did not want lace and Mia kept showing us lace options. It seemed like we were more of a bother to her and we were inconveniencing her by being there. We all agreed that her bad and blase attitude really set the tone for the appointment and it wasn't a good one. We arrived about 20 minutes early however when we saw how small the store was, we opted to just poke our head in and let them know we were here but would come back closer to our appointment time. When we came back, the girl who checked us was really rude. Despite the fact that we had literally been in the store 20 minutes earlier and had introduced ourselves, when we came back in, she didn't remember us and very rudely said well what's your name. This store does have a lot of options however in my opinion, the dresses are very poorly displayed. Dresses were jammed onto the rack and you couldn't see what anything looked like without shoving the rest of the dresses aside. I personally found it very overwhelming, but that might just be my shopping style. I also didn't like how the dresses were arranged. The two other stores we visited that day had dresses arranged by color, however Bella Bridesmaid opted to arrange them by designer. There's nothing wrong with this approach, but since there were so many dresses on one rack, it was hard to look through stuff and get a good sense for what the dresses looked like. The store is also very small. While we were there, there was another appointment going on and in my opinion, there really only should have one appointment at a time. There are only two dressing rooms and despite the fact that our party was trying on dresses while the other was taking their time browsing, we were only allowed to use one dressing room. At one point, three of us crammed into one dressing room. I wouldn't say the girls at the store were very accommodating. They didn't offer us heels to try on dresses and it would have been nice if she had asked the other group if we could use their fitting room while they were still looking at options. Luckily, I don't live in Madison or NJ so I won't have a need to go back to this store, however as Bella Bridesmaid is a chain, this experience made me not want to go to another one of their stores. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. The service was just terrible. If you are looking for bridesmaid dresses in this area, go to Elizabeth John or the Wedding Suite at the Nordstrom mall. I came here with two of my Bridesmaids last month just to look since I have 9 Bridesmaids and didn't want to get confused with everyone's opinions. My bridal party is a wide range of sizes. While I understand that being able to hold as many options as they do means compromising on other things, I found that they only carried very small sizes to try on. I know Bridal dresses are often 2 sizes smaller than street sizes, but with the average woman wearing a 14/16, making it so no one can try anything on is a way to lose out on a lot of potential business. The one positive thing I have to say is the woman who worked with us was very patient and let us go over our time slot. They also have an enormous collection. I just wish more of my Bridesmaids could try on the dress. I did find several things I liked so there is still a chance I may come back with my group. read more

Here's the thing, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing my dress. Went in last summer to purchase a bridesmaid skirt (myself and the other girls in the bridal party, upon the request of the bride wanting a specific designer.) Now my experience in store was nothing out of the ordinary at a bridal shop, the problem though did (as I UNFORTUNATELY see with comments above) that my sizing was completely off and had to get my skirt completely taken in 2 sizes as well as extremely altered for my height. I am usually a size 6. I am also 5'3. The girls at the store measured me as a size 10, and the dress was made for someone who was at least 5'9. Now never having ordered from this designer, And going against my better judgement, I trusted that the girls whose one job is to sell these dresses and measure accordingly would have at least gotten that right. But alas measuring me 2 sizes to big and wayyy to tall I was stuck with a dress practically falling off. I would never order my product from this shop again!! read more

(1) While they have a selection of beautiful bridesmaid dresses, the sample sizes do run small here. I am a size 8, and was unable to try on a few of the dresses my friend (the bride) wanted me to try on. This put me in a terrible mood...how embarrasing is it to not be able to try on bridesmaid dresses because your too big for their samples?! (2) 3 of 5 Bridesmaids ended up with dresses that are too small (each Bridesmaid ordered according to their sizing chart -- they do not have samples of every different size in the store so you never get to try the dress on before purchasing it). (3) NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES -- If not for the brides wishes, I would never shop here for this reason. All 3 girls were measured in the store...and the bust on each dress was much too small, and in some cases could not even zip up. If you are set on having your bridesmaids order from Bella Bridesmaid be sure to recommend to them ordering a size up...you can always have a dress taken in if its too big...but if its too small... then it's time to buy another $300 dress... read more

STAY AWAY. If I could give this place a negative review I would. This place is a scam. They boast about how they are a wonderful option for people who live in different cities as they have numerous locations, however require that your dress be shipped to the store where the bride originally visited. Then you have to pay $30 shipping on a $300 dress (should be free for how much you are already spending on the dress.) Oh and they put restrictions on your delivery which don't allow you to customize it with FedEx so that you can't actually get the dress delivered. I'm a nurse (yes in a pandemic) and am gone for 14+ hours a day. Because of their restrictions, I couldn't customize my delivery day to actually be delivered on a day where I am home. Does Bella bridal really expect me to abandon my patients in a pandemic to call out of work so I can stay home and wait for my dress to arrive? So now my dress will be attempted to be delivered again tomorrow when I will again not be home and then will be sent back to the store where they will lovingly charge me another $25 to try to ship it again. Probably with the same stupid restrictions so we can keep playing this game. This is a joke and a sad, terrible way to treat your customers. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this store. Even the FedEx woman I talked to was surprised that a company would place such restrictions on a delivery. read more

Prior to receiving my bridesmaids dresses, I had a decent experience with this business. Making the appointment for my bridesmaids to get measured and sized for the dresses was easy and the girls at the store were accommodating. However, they advised many of my bridesmaids on measurements we believed were too big. We went with their suggestions as they were the experts and trusted their opinions. Upon receiving the dresses, some of them were way too big, specifically two of them (see picture attached). These two dresses are not easily altered and would cost almost as much as the dress itself. When they went to Bella to discuss the issue, they explained there was nothing they could do. I was hoping we would receive either a new dress or a portion of the dress refunded for the alteration inconvenience. Now we are stuck in a difficult position with two of my bridesmaids having dresses that don't fit them and when altered wont look the way as they were originally supposed to. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere, preferably a business with seasoned tailors and seamstresses who have years of experiences rather than girls who lack those skills, especially when dealing with more curvy women. read more

The salon is cute and there are a lot of dresses to choose from; however, once you order your dress there is no going back. No returns, no exchanges, even if you receive your dress and it looks like it was delivered from the third circle of hell- which is what happened to me. When I took it to be altered, my seamstress said it was one of the most poorly constructed dresses she's ever seen, and pointed out multiple defects to me. I contacted Bella's about this and they basically told me to go F myself. When you place your order, you're basically selling your soul and there are absolutely no refunds (even in the case of their errors). Let me put this in terms some of you will hopefully understand; You're Ariel and Bella Bridesmaids is Ursula when she's making Ariel sign the contract to steal her voice and basically her entire life. I was a POOR UNFORTUNATE SOUL! Don't make the same mistake as me!!! I ended up having to buy a dress from a different retailer with excellent customer service... but was out $230 from Bella's. You can buy bridesmaid dresses from the same exact designers at Nordstrom and get much better customer service, and have the ability to return if need be. I'm not a psychopath who believes that retailers should fall at my feet and do everything to make me happy... but take ownership for your mistake and sell a product that you can be proud of. Honestly, truly. Go elsewhere! Also, Bella Bridesmaids... your entire business model is not going to cut the mustard against all of the competition you guys have these days... your customer service should be where you shine and be the reason brides want to come to you and not the plethora of other bridesmaid dress retailers they have as an option. The girls are nice but they really don't have any idea of how to measure properly for dress fittings. I feel that's in part because they do not have an in-house tailor that would have enough knowledge in advising and recommending the correct sizes and styles for people. I am part of 2 bridal parties from this location, luckily I was able to go somewhere else for my first dress, all the rest of the bridesmaids in the party had dresses that were either way too large or too small, and had to spend a lot of money basically reconstructing their dresses. My dress for the second wedding i'm in that I did get here fits but is a bit large and needs some taking in, but I ordered the size I felt I needed based on the measurements given by the dress brand chart, most people are not aware or even want to be bothered doing this themselves, that's why it's important to have people working there that know their product and have experience properly measuring people. On top of it none of these dresses have anything available in the seems to even take out, there should be 1.5 inches on each side and there definitely was not even close to that, a few girls had to have material added to the dress to make it bigger. Two of my bridesmaids ordered dresses elsewhere, and after a lot of miscommunication at that awful salon, the rest of my bridesmaids decided we would try Bella bridesmaids. What an AMAZING experience. They jumped through hoops to work with our tight deadline, and I'm especially grateful to Jordana who helped with a last minute order for my moh who had unexpected surgery during this whole process. Brides, I highly recommended Bella Bridesmaids for your wedding. Once all your bridesmaids go online and select their dress and payment, all the bride needs to do is sign off. It's incredibly easy. STAY AWAY! Ordered flower girls dresses at this shop. Owner measured my daughters at a size or two smaller than their normal size. I questioned the measurement but the owner insisted that it was correct. When the dresses arrived my girls could barely get the dresses on. The owners refused to take responsibility for their error and passed me off to a tailor to fix their errors at my expense. Don't make the same mistake. Go to Nordstrom or someplace that values the customer and stands by their service. read more

I got a bridesmaid dress from here and the dress came in 3 sizes too big. They measured me and everything in the store but still thought I was a size 12 which I am normally a size 4 in regular clothes. They kept telling me your measurements are the size of the dress on your charts.. it is obviously WRONG. They made me send them measurements and pictures to try and prove it but a picture you can not see a navy dress and how big it is. The sales lady Jordana sent the dress to the designer but they still would not exchange the dress for me. This dress cost me $270 and it was HUGE on me and Jordana would not do anything about it so instead I had to spend another $250 to fix up the whole dress and take it in 3 sizes smaller. I have never had such a bad experience with a bridesmaid dress and will not use them for my wedding. They are horrible and don't care and will not help you if you have a problem with the dress. Go to a place where you can order and exchange and return for FREE. This place is horrible and would not recommend them. read more

We wanted to try dresses on and she just wanted to show us dresses and colors and next time we could be measured and order. Nothing for plus size women at all! This review relates to the customer service. I'm one of the bridesmaids for a friend's wedding. I arrived at 2 PM for my friend's appointment, and she and her family were running a few minutes behind. Around 2:05, the saleswoman started asking where they were, and told me that she would have to kick us out at 3 PM because she had someone else coming in. When my friend arrived at 2:10, the saleswoman then spent another 10 minutes on the phone, making us wait for service. Around 2:20, we finally started. She then announced to my friend that we would still have to leave at 3. Several of us had come in from out of town, so we pushed back and were able to stay until 3:30. Additionally, when measuring us, she informed me that I should be wearing a 14-16, when I usually wear an 8, and told another bridesmaid that she should wear a 10 when a dress in a 6 had fit her. The other bridesmaid had to inform the sales woman of where to measure her waist because she didn't know where the proper place was. I would not recommend this place. It was rushed, customer service was awful, and it was so disrespectful of a process that should be special. read more

This was my first wedding I have been in and I went here along with the other 7 bridesmaids. The lady who helped me was polite but there to smile and nod and zip you up. The experience was humiliating since the dress that was picked out was available as a strapless or with straps and they only carried dresses that were 4 and 8 sizes too small for me. But, being the trooper I am, I held my breath and fought my way into them. The dresses seemed as though they were being made to order since they took 3 months to come in. The dresses are not made to order! They are oversized and overpriced to add to the injury. Alterations are a must. The reason for this review however is not about the dress. When the dress was picked out after hours of days were spent looking for the perfect dress to fit all of the body types in the bridal party, The One was found! It was a pale pink and would work for busty women and for those who lack curves. We received an email that the dresses had arrived at the store and told that we needed an appointment to pick up the dress but that was not the case. Upon arriving to pick up the dress, I opted to try it on and to my surprise, the color was wrong! It was a peach and pink mix. Not even close to the pale pink which we were all expecting. When the manager was informed of this, she stated that this is the only color they carry and that there was no way that we ordered a pale pink dress. She repeated this even when we showed her a picture of the actual dress that was the model for the rest of the dresses. The staff said that because the wedding is so close, the bride has wedding brain and it is keeping her from remembering what she picked out. Then she blamed the lack of sun coming into the store on the color difference. When calling them back and speaking to someone higher up, explaining that the entire color theme has to be changed to match these wrong colored dresses, she explained that she was sorry that we weren't happy and said they would not be giving any refunds, credits or reorders. It was quit apparent that someone typed the wrong color into the order but the staff explained repeatedly that they do not make mistakes and human error does not occur at their facility. If you want to be sure to not have one of the most expensive and important days of your life compromised, do not use this location for your bridal needs! read more

Terrible experience. Went there with 5 other women and the bride to select a bridesmaid dress. All of us got professionally measured and EVERY SINGLE DRESS was too small when it came in. Instead of offering to fix it they made me come all the way back in to look at the dress then did nothing but give me the name of a seamstress they use all the time (after having been told by my local tailor this couldn't be fixed nicely) which wasn't close. I was then charged pretty much the price of the original dress to get it fixed. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

You can get the exact same dresses at Nordstrom. They say they special order them but it's the exact same size and dress from Nordstrom. And Nordstrom had much better customer service! I am the bride, and I went into this store with my sister who is my bridesmaid, to pick out a very specific colored dress. I wanted a soft pale baby pink, and sure enough I found the exact dress in the exact color that I wanted!! Fast forward four months, and i got a call two and a half weeks before my wedding that the dresses had arrived. So I went with a bridesmaid to pick some of them up. When I got there i realized the color of the dresses was WRONG!!! This color was a peachy pink, not the baby pink I had ordered. I even had a picture of my bridesmaid in the original dress to show the comparison! Upon telling the manager Jordana the dilemma, she proceeded to tell me that the colors were exactly the same. And that I was wrong in thinking they were different. That it was just the lighting in the store was different that day. EVEN after I found the exact color swatch and another dress in the store with the exact same color fabric that I had originally ordered!!After hours of arguing with them and them telling me and my fiancé that " we don't make mistakes in this store" and that they would offer no refund or new dresses in the correct color, I now have to settle for a dress color that I not only dislike, but I now have to change the entire color scheme of our wedding. Jordana and Meredith have our money and that's all they care about. They are arrogant liars who won't cop to making a mistake in writing the wrong color down. And who instead stooped so low as to tell me I'm crazy for thinking the colors are different. This place is HORRIBLE and I will do everything in my power to ruin their business as they did my big day. read more

For my BM dresses, we dealt with both the NY and FP stores, and i will say the FP store was a hundred times more helpful/knowledgeable. The NY store rushed us out after 45 mins for another group, whereas this location never put any pressure on us. They were always curtious and helpful when answering my questions. Please stay as far away from this place as possible. This place is nothing but a scam! One of my oldest friends is getting married and I am one of her bridesmaids- or I was until Bella ruined it! The Bride picked out a designer, color and fabric for her 12 bridesmaids to pick from- sounds good right! Even gave us a place to go pick them out from. Little did we know that the store didn't actually carry any of the dresses we were picking from. They only carried "similar" versions and we had to use our imaginations. Naturally those similar versions were not available in a very wide range of sizes, so once again, more imagination came into play. You may be wondering how then you know what size to get... well the "stylist" measures you. Now, I am not a small girl. Honestly my top and bottom are two very different sizes, but I know this and I was totally prepared to need alterations. This was not my first rodeo. When the stylist measured me she suggested I order a dress that would fit my largest measurement- my hips. I commented on the fact that the dress we were ordering was full length and asked if that was a good idea because the top was fitted. She claimed they always order based on the largest measurement and that anything too big could be altered. So despite the fact that my top was equivalent to a size 14, she ordered a size 22. Actually she didn't order it, you see the store doesn't actually order the dresses. All they do is measure you and provide a place for delivery/pickup. The bride was the one who actually collected all of our sizes and placed the order, oh and they charged them to her credit card... that was a nice surprise. Fast forward 6 weeks, (ya it takes 6 weeks for the dresses to get to the store) I pick up the $200, specially ordered dress and bring it home. When I tried it on my husband laughed so hard he cried. The dress was so big I didn't even have to unzip it before I put it on. It looked like I was wearing a parachute. My first thoughts were, "oh God, there is no way this is fixable", and I was right. I immediately called Bella Bridesmaid and they insisted that their "recommended seamstress" would be able to fix it. So naturally I made an appointment with her. She said she could work miracles, literally, but it was going to cost me another $200. Maybe I am a little out of touch, but I thought that was an obscene amount to charge. She explained the ridiculous amount of work she was going to have to do and that I would need to come back at least two more times, and that the hem alone would be about $65. Not knowing what else I could do, I agreed. Fast forward 2 weeks. The wedding is 5 days away, the dress still does not fit and I'm out $400. The recommended seamstress is "done" and cannot do anymore with the dress, despite her ability to work miracles. Bella Bridesmaid, who "has never had this happen before" doesn't know what to do. I stated I wanted my money back, and the response was well with an altered dress we may not be able to do that. THE ENTIRE SET UP WAS A SCAM FROM THE BEGINNING! read more
