We connected immediately, and she honestly made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We were planning for a small wedding given the COVID-19 pandemic, and Victoria developed a vision for the day based on what we were looking for. She was very considerate of our budget. She helped us pick an AMAZING venue (the W Loft), and the way that everything came together on the day of was great. Beyond assisting with choosing vendors, Victoria supported in the process of getting a dress, making sure the bridal party got what they needed, and more. As with planning any wedding, there were things that came up, but Victoria was there to handle everything at every turn. She was accessible to us whenever we had ideas, questions, or concerns. She is very well connected in the event planning world, and she was able to get us great vendors that made ours spectacular. I honestly do not know how we could have had this wedding without her. Victoria is great to work with, and she has a great deal of knowledge and experience. I still cannot believe how well everything came together on our special day, but everything looked beautiful for the ceremony and reception layout/design. (Indian weddings are exactly a one day affair) She was glued to the hip with me came to look at the venue, coordinated with my decorator, photographer, videographer, makeup artist, the bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl(s) everything she laid out was absolutely impeccable - I am a very hard critic and I can honestly say my entire experience wouldn't have been what it was if it wasn't for Eliana. I did not have to worry about a thing! She was reponsive in getting back if I asked for anything, she went out to look for props for me for different events, found the best deals she could, and most importantly followed up! At the start of the raffle, I observed a blonde staff member quietly place a ticket in front of a bride seated beside me, who showed no reaction. That bride later handed the ticket to her fiancé. At the end of the event, the same staff member returned to announce the honeymoon winner, reading a pre-drawn ticket number. The bride and her mother nudged the fiancé--who hadn't even looked at his ticket--before he finally claimed the prize, awkwardly feigning surprise. It was the same blue ticket placed in front of them at the start. This sequence of events strongly suggests that the outcome was predetermined. It is extremely disappointing to witness such a lack of fairness, integrity, and transparency, especially at an event meant to celebrate such meaningful moments. I am happy for anyone winning an amazing honeymoon - but the fact that it was rigged to gift to someone predetermined soured my experience and trust in attending any future events. Beyond the disappointment in the moment, the implications of this are significant. Many brides came with genuine excitement and invested their time, under the impression that they had a fair chance at the prize. The rigged grand prize not only undermines that trust but also damages the credibility of the organizers and participating vendors. I was not the only witness. For upcoming bridal shows, I will not be attending any run by this company - and I highly advise any brides attending or thinking of it to come in with the expectation that the main prize is likely someone the staff knows or has prearranged with to win.

I apologized that he felt offended but I paid for a service, signed a contract, and am just sharing my experience. He felt that since I paid a low amount for 2 days that I should NOT be complaining. $1 or $1000 or $10,000, someone's hard-earned money is still that....HARD EARNED. I was not pleased with the service I received and am sharing my experience via a public forum which is 100% legal. I even contacted my attorney to be certain and he confirmed that nothing illegal has taken place. Please brush up on your legalities prior to threatening someone. The pictures were taken at the venue by our photographer. They have not been changed or altered in ANY WAY. As you can see the photos are not degrading or lewd. Lesson: if a client is unhappy with how you have conducted a service try and make it right and handle the matter in a professional manner rather than insulting them, passing off their work as your own (via pictures you took at their event, without their permission), and telling them it was the "BIGGEST" mistake to coordinate your wedding after your have given them honest feedback and paid them in full. Handle the matter in a respectable manner and don't have your husband text and call the ex-client (several months later) threatening them because it going to get you nowhere.

But then I went to this event planning expo where I met Asma and she immediately impressed me with her professional/no-pressure approach. My engagement party was coming up in a couple of months, and I decided to meet her for initial consultation which she offered free of charge. She came and met me at my venue on my requested time. I was further impressed with her polite soft speaking friendly behavior as if I was talking to a family member. She noted down every single detail of my event and promised me that everything will take place according to the contract which was very detailed from noting down the catering services/contacts down to the color of table cloth and napkins designs. :) I hired her as the day of coordinator to coordinate my engagement party and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Asma was in touch with every single service provider and made sure everything went according to plan. I had a special surprise for my fiance (the way the engagement ring was to be delivered) which I shared with Asma and it turned out to be the best experience of my life as it went exactly the way we had planned. :) She showed me the worth of what an event planner really is, I would highly recommend Asma for any occasion. The only reason I am taking a star away is because the dj messed up one of our songs (but that's because my own CD was bad :) )

I knew the moment I heard her calm demeanor on the answering machine that she was the one! She was flexible, worked with us on the details and met us right away. She was unfazed by the rushing around we were doing and held space calmly and compassionately. She took charge in a gentle way, guiding us with great elegance. We can hardly put everything in words: Her speeches, her voice tone, the way she made the ceremony so flowy and catchy, her effort, the perfect coordination with every detail we had in mind for our day, everything was just perfect. Most of our guests kept asking for how long had we met her for, since everybody thought we were close friends. Not to mention how she made absolute everyone there (grooms included) bawl out!!
