He's not pushy and truly listens to the bride. Raj made my vision come to life and stroke a perfect balance between traditional red Hindu colors for the ceremony and vibrant jewel-toned magenta and purple for the reception. The indoor mandap looked spectacular with fresh flowers in full bloom lining the top and silk curtains intricately draped. Raj was very flexible and accommodating with setting up the mandap indoors and outdoors. My ceremony was scheduled to be in the garden at Talamore Country Club, and he patiently let us make the call the day of. As the rain started trickling down, the mandap was promptly set-up inside. The large gold Ganpathi statue and small elephants added a nice touch to the mandap and worth the extra cost. The centerpieces and flower arrangements during the reception were beautiful and artistically arranged. They were a fraction of the cost compared to the local wedding florists. All the flowers were fresh with warm pink and purple hues that blended well together. The sweet heart table and chairs were quite nice with a stunning bouquet of flowers. Raj also brought extra pedals for the cake topper. What impressed me the most was Raj's humble attitude and patience. When my mom thought she lost my wedding ring, Raj and his crew did an exhaustive search and looked through all the sheets and decorations. Evan the owner was arrogant and rude to me throughout the process. I stuck with it knowing that we had a good experience in the past. Songs that I requested that were on my plan, were not played. My photomontage had to be edited 3 times and we had to pay $450 extra because I had 30 extra pictures. A week before the party, he told me my package didn't include lighting so we had to pay $1000 extra for some mediocre colored strobe lights. Most of all, the digital zap photos that were on the contract were never taken and played on the 2 large screens that we paid for and he refused to make his mistake right and give any reimbursement after we took care of his crew during the event and gave them each a nice tip. In addition, their prices have gone up tremendously over the years. If you want a good experience, I would recommend looking at other companies for your entertainment.

Very disappointed with lack of communication,lack of details and professionalism…read more I attempted to rate this company in 2021, but Stacy deleted it, so hopefully this review will stick. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The planner at your venue is all you need. Don't waste your money .
