What i found was a person with a wealth of knowledge about all the details that i had no clue about and very much needed guidance. How big of a dance floor do i need for 200 people, how many tables/chairs, high tops, can he get sturdy chairs? Rob knew. Every bit of planning was so easy and delightful with Rob. He was very responsive via email and text/phone. Day of set up and day after break down went equally as smooth. His team worked quickly and professionally, asking my opinion when needed, and moving along when not. They even accommodated a few extra tasks that were unforseen to us. Like i mentioned, an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any party rentals needed, and plan on using them in the future should i need!

Things that I should warn you before you FINALIZE the place and event, the party broker is not responsible for EVERYTHING. - There's a service charge for a bottle service (I was not aware of that) - Make sure the Location you pick has a good selection of cocktails / drinks for your friends and check the average price for each drink (So your friends won't complain about the spot) Also some locations do charge a gratuity AUTOMATICALLY on your credit card. (I told my friends to bring CASH just in case) - Music and crowd.
