I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

The legos/ duplo blocks section was also another favorite of my son. The party was strictly 2 hours - one hour to play and the other hour was for eating, cake and some dancing. The young staff was very friendly and interacted with the kids very sweetly. I was a little upset for the momma hosting the party that she was unaware that there was a birthday party immediately following hers, which caused overcrowding when we were trying to park in the parking lot. She was also telling us that the pricing and what was offered didn't match what was previously discussed. I hope she was able to sort everything out afterward, but we didn't feel rushed in any way. Party rooms were color coded and the bathrooms were right outside so there was nothing to worry about there. For children with SPD, there are strobe lights and they play loud music when they were doing freeze dance, so just be aware beforehand. Owner Shannon was so helpful and patient when we were choosing what class would best benefit Benjamin (new to gymnastics), as well as explaining class costs and scheduling. The Little Gym is always spotless; I frequently see staff cleaning in between class times. The gym has a restroom, a water station, some gym attire for sale, and seating for those watching their little gymnasts in class. The Little Gym has an enormous viewing window (an entire wall), and the gym maintains a comfortable air temperature. Ben has trained with four coaches since we began class. His larger class (up to 18 students at times) maintains a safe ratio of instructors to students every week. Coaches Megan, Eva, Jeremiah, and Lindsay are a dream team. Organized, professional, safety-conscious, and caring, they are teaching my son so much. Not only is he learning a foundation for gymnastics, he is demonstrating better discipline and confidence in and out of the gym. Best of all, he has so much FUN every class! Ben has already decided that he'd like to celebrate his birthday this year at The Little Gym. We've attended parties there before, and they're always a great time.
