Just came back from Tiny Town, my kids very much enjoyed it. You pay for about two hours and can let your kids run through the tiny town. I habe 3 kids ranging from 10 months to 5 years old, they all found something to do. The Tiny Town employee (Nosa, I think) was so friendly and informative. She told me about all the upcoming events and even played with my kids for a couple minutes. They have Frozen party coming up and are hosting holiday family pictures. Tiny Town is amazing! I first went there for a play date with a couple of friends and all the kids had a blast! I ended up booking my son's 1st birthday party right there and then. Sara is an extremely personable and unbelievably helpful person. She guided me throughout the planning (basically did everything for us, including blowing up a balloon arch, ordering food, helping with favors, ordering cake etc) I was expecting a stressful time planning a 1st birthday party, but Sara made the whole process seamless and fun. More importantly, all the kids (and parents!) had such a great time at the event. Such an uncomfortable experience over a measly $20. I first visited Tiny Town with my 10 month old and 3 year old niece. The initial employee (I believe was the owner or owners sister) was super friendly and welcoming! She stated that babies under 12 months are complimentary so to visit Tiny Town as much as possible before baby turns 1 year old before they start charging $20. That's exactly what I did! I returned about two weeks later, this time without my niece, and was kicked out from Tiny Town with my baby just because of some type of miscommunication between their team. The employee (an older woman) literally kicked me and my baby out in front of other families because "the owner is texting me and says she's never heard of anyone coming in for free, she's also watching you through the cámara and has no idea who you are" Whyd the first employee lie about babies being free? Whyd the second employee kick me and my baby out infront of other families? I'm so embarrassed and although it happened a few months ago I always make sure not to visit with my kids, nieces or nephews so they don't have to go through something so degrading like I did read more

We recently had our son's 4th birthday party @Tiny Town. Sara (owner) and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my son and his friends had fun and constantly engaged in every room that they have to play with. The diner and the veteranian room were a huge hit along with the many toys they offer. The party room was setup wonderfully in the theme our son wanted which was a Hot Wheels theme complete with custom cupcakes! Yum! If you want a fun, upscale playtime, or a custom party for your little one and for friends in a extremely clean and fun environment this is the place for you! Tiny town is amazing. It's right in the center on metuchen and both my kids love it. My son and daughter ages 4 and 2 love being there. It's very clean. The owner Sarah is amazing. I once dropped my kids for two hours and she took really good care of them. Highly recommended! read more

Tiny Town is such a welcoming place! My kids had a great time when we visited. The diner was my daughter's favorite. She really enjoyed evEry toy. My son had a blast picking apples from the tree and picking some vegetables from the play garden. It's such a great and enjoyable place that we decided to throw my son's 4th birthday there. Sara was very accommodating and really did an amazing job making our selected theme come to life! My son picked Hotwheels Themed. Our little guests really enjoyed every nook and cranny of Tiny Town. The parents felt safe that the entire place was closed just for our party. They commented on hOw clean and inviting Tiny Town is. I know some came back a few days later. Google original review - Waste of time and all over the place (see owner's response) To future clients, since we want to falsely accuse people of things..... I stated to business owner I want to finalize in person. Owner does not know how to properly communicate through text as she stated best way to communicate. Responses are not direct to the question asked or not answered at all. I decided to stop by the store and was half way in the whole time having a 2 minute conversation the sweet associate asking if the owner was in because I want to finalize in person since owner pressured us from beginning that we have to decide what we would like asap being the party is a little less than month away . She stated she is not but tomorrow she will be. I said ok, thank you I will reach out to owner. The next day our last message has been attached to show the real truth of simply wanting TO DO business but was unable to for time reasons. My response as the whole conversation was professionally and nice. This is really only about the 1 star review that will eat at the owner forever. We had my twin boys third birthday there and everything was amazing! All the kids had such a great time playing (even the older siblings and their friends!), and it was decorated so nicely with great attention to detail. Sara and her staff are a pleasure to work with.
