It's really hard to pick any one thing as a favourite.. my kids have a great time and this place gives me a sense of peace I can't really put into words. Also, it's one of the very few places my mostly nonverbal child actually requests for.. so you can imagine how amazing it must be! Owner Shannon was so helpful and patient when we were choosing what class would best benefit Benjamin (new to gymnastics), as well as explaining class costs and scheduling. The Little Gym is always spotless; I frequently see staff cleaning in between class times. The gym has a restroom, a water station, some gym attire for sale, and seating for those watching their little gymnasts in class. The Little Gym has an enormous viewing window (an entire wall), and the gym maintains a comfortable air temperature. Ben has trained with four coaches since we began class. His larger class (up to 18 students at times) maintains a safe ratio of instructors to students every week. Coaches Megan, Eva, Jeremiah, and Lindsay are a dream team. Organized, professional, safety-conscious, and caring, they are teaching my son so much. Not only is he learning a foundation for gymnastics, he is demonstrating better discipline and confidence in and out of the gym. Best of all, he has so much FUN every class! Ben has already decided that he'd like to celebrate his birthday this year at The Little Gym. We've attended parties there before, and they're always a great time. These kids have been through a lot, not able to finish out Senior year, no prom, no graduation, no celebrations for these monumental events.. we thought we would cheer them up with ballon columns. PAID them well in advance of our date needed and they charged an additional $100 for delivery, so basically would have been over $300 for each order. Well they were NO SHOWS the Day of, I called an hour AFTER they were supposed to arrive for the 18th bday and they said 'oh it will take us a few hours' then they decided they wouldn't come at all because we were 'too far away' (even though they charged us $100 for the 35 min drive) So needless to say we needed to find another company for the 16th bday celebration and boy are we glad we did!! Total Party not only delivered a beautiful bouquet for the sweet 16, but they arrived EARLY!! Absolute Disaster - Do Not Trust This Party Planning Business!…read moreI had the unfortunate experience of hiring Party Bliss to handle what should have been a memorable and joyous event, but it turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to their incompetence, false promises, and complete lack of accountability. If you're looking for a company that excels in disappointment and frustration, then by all means, give them a call. Otherwise, run as far away from them as you can. From the very beginning, Dina promised the moon and the stars - a flawless event, seamless coordination, and attention to every detail. What I got instead was a haphazardly thrown together disaster that could have been organized better by a group of toddlers. My order included light up numbers - Dina didn't call me ahead of time to tell me that she couldn't get them. Her guy shows up on the day of my event without them and when I asked him where they were, he then told me that she couldn't get them. When I called her then she told me she was trying to get them up until the last minute and that's why she didn't let me know. I was promised a certain look with the curtains - the scarf was too short so he had to do something completely different and not at all what I had agreed to. I told her that I needed the set up to be completed by a certain time - that didn't happen. My guests started coming and her guy was still setting it up. He brought the wrong color balloons and had to drive back to New Jersey to get the proper color and this is what made the set up time so long. I kept calling her because I knew he was going to be still setting up while my guests would be arriving. I guess she got sick of me calling and then began to yell and scream at me and told me she was going to have him remove everything and leave me with nothing. All of this on the day of my event. Who does that? Dina is nasty and full of well-rehearsed scripts of excuses, blame-shifting and denial. In the end - the whole thing looked like a last-minute DIY project gone wrong, not at all "professional" looking. In conclusion, Party Bliss is a prime example of everything that can go wrong when a company prioritizes making false promises over delivering actual results. They are experts at under-delivering with a side dish of zero accountability. Save yourself the headache, the embarrassment, and the disappointment by taking your business elsewhere. Your event deserves better than the shoddy treatment and blatant unprofessionalism that Party Bliss has to offer.
