They arranged delivery a few days beforehand and set a pickup time, too. The side was up in no time and it was clean and in good condition. They arranged the pick up time at our convenience and were timely with pick up. Nice people and very accommodating. I'd certainly rent from them again.

I ended up calling asking about what happens if it rains and she explained weather happens so I wouldn't get charged or anything. The day of the party, the 2 gentlemen that came right on time, set up the clubhouse. They were polite and courteous and explained everything. After they left I realized where I asked them to setup was not great as I didn't consider 2 -4 years old running around the inflatable. I asked them if they could come back and move it 20 feet, and they came back after their next delivery. I apologized to them for me not thinking and they said don't worry and moved it for me. The kids had the best time! The bouncer was clean and had no issues. Watching the kids laugh so much made it so amazing. Pickup was right on time and the same guys who delivered picked up and they were just as nice as when they dropped off. They interacted with my daughter as they packed up and were so kind and amazing she thanked them "tank yoo". We will 100% use them again. The one guy was Matt. I apologize I don't recall the second guy But both were amazing. If you want to watch your child have the most amazing birthday I couldn't recommend a better place to order your inflatable.
