Honestly, if you have desserts and GREAT balloons, you need nothing else in my opinion. I contacted…read moremultiple companies in Orange County for my daughters shopkins party. Normally I use a company in LA, but they would not travel..so I started searching for a good OC company, and out of the 12 companies I contacted, I loved how genuinely interested this company was in making sure everything I wanted was right, and giving me excellent customer service. You could tell they weren't just looking for money (their prices are very reasonable), but lifetime customers. Most companies were very cut and dry and only wanted money with really no concern for my wants. They were ready and on time and I really appreciated that since i was using a short time window for setting up the party. I'll definitely be using balloonia for more parties, AND about 5 other parents from my party, got their contact info from me as well for their parties.

This review is a long time coming. I needed some balloon decorations for my graduation party and…read moreBalloon & Co was highly recommended on various residents groups on Facebook. I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.
