Being it was Easter break this past week. We took 2 of our grandsons. The rides they had opened but…read morethey were extremely understaffed. The wait to get on some of the rides was ridiculous. Also the Candy Factory they have wasn't opened, reason when we asked .... Short staffed. They had a sign up on the front entrance saying we are short staffed. We didn't notice the sign . It was small and not on the door we entered. Your spending money expecting what you're paying for is going to be there. I did approach the staff person who checks everyone in. I have to say she was very apologetic and gave his 4 free passes for the next visit. I'm not there to get anything for free , I'm there for my grandkids to enjoy themselves. Not for me having to explain to a bunch of kids there's not enough staff to man the business. GET IT TOGETHER IPLAY OR CLOSE DOWN AND STOP DISAPPOINTING YOUR CUSTOMERS ! I went to a party at this venue 8 years ago and remembered this place to be a magical place for…read morelittle kids under 6. So as my youngest daughter turned 5, I decided to hold it here. I booked it with Nicole who had the party date set and ready for us. Then I get a call from the owner Frank who confirms the package, head count, additional orders for the adults. Then I received another call from Nicole asking to confirm the things for the party, when I informed her that I spoke to Frank, she tells me that he never wrote it in the system. As we get there for the day of the party, Frank has music playing with foul language playing in the background. The party starts late and they try and end the party early. The party only runs for an hour and a half. When I was charged for the party Frank charges me more than what was stated in the invoice that he sent me. When I question him about it, he tells me that he will call me back and see what happened. He never returned my call. If you want a nice experience all and all don't book it here, you will be disappointed all around.

They were professional, organized, friendly, and attentive to any request! MC Daniel did a great job engaging the party guests and working with the event staff to keep the party moving. He made sure to check in with us and our daughter throughout the evening to make sure everything was going as we wanted. DJ Jason played a great set of music. He had every request queued up and ready to go. Party guests, young and old, had a ton of fun dancing the night away. Photographer Roland was very easy to work with. Every time we saw him throughout the night, he was working hard to capture fun memories. We can't wait to see all the photos! And, whether showing the guests some great dance moves or helping to manage the line of teenagers at the photo booth, Ryan and Marc worked hard to make sure we all had a wonderful night. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family. We are looking forward to hiring Royal Entertainment for our younger daughter's Sweet 16 party in a few years.
