This review is a long time coming. I needed some balloon decorations for my graduation party and Balloon & Co was highly recommended on various residents groups on Facebook. I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations. read more

So all I wanted to purchase were some plain balloons but not have them blown up. I figured a place like this would have the colors I needed. I was told I couldn't just pay for the balloons unless they were blown up. I explained that I didn't even need them fully inflated - they were going in a premade decoration box and so they would be smaller than a standard balloon. I was still told I couldn't I just buy the balloons because "we sell the helium". Well even though I didn't need the helium I asked if I could just pay for that as if they were inflated. The answer "no" it's store policy. So even though I was going to pay for something I wasn't even getting, you still just wouldn't sell balloons?? I have gone here before and thought they were overpriced but came back anyway. But now, never again. I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient. read more

We used balloon & co for our sons baptism and couldn't have been happier. They were very easy to work with and helped my vision come to life. Once it was actually put together in the party space it was even better than I imagined. My husband was even impressed and couldn't stop talking about them. They were also very prompt with delivery. Great Balloon Work at Balloon & Co, not gonna lie, but the attitude over shadows what should be a fun experience when purchasing balloons. I have spent good money on balloons for many yrs and enjoyed every minute until going there numeruos times and the attitude of one particular indidual who I got stuck with on more then one occasion made me sick! June of 2023 was the LAST time I go in that store just because of THAT person. Coincidentally, in my shopping venues for my daughters bridal shower, I've heard very simular stories about the rude customer service in the store and their absorbant costs. Kindness and compassion are not words I believe as accurate to describe my experience. This staff member was part of "Party Fair" in Howell which did the SAME work & closed their doors years ago, not sure why and she also had the same demeanor! Balloon & Co. The store front does the inside no justice! Its balloon heaven, I come here for any balloons I need and the online photos do NOT compare to their work in person it is truly breathtaking!! If you go into their store most of the time they have arrangements waiting to be either picked up or delivered. They put alot of time and pride into their work from the simple balloon bouquet on a weight to the gender reveals, balloon arches, balloon centerpieces, custom name balloons, hot air balloon with basket (perfect gift for a baby shower/newborn baby) everything there is simply unremarkable!! read more

Eric and his staff went all out for my husband for a yard sign in recognition of his boot camp graduation (in 1964!) in the Navy. I wanted to do something for my dad and father in law for their World War II service for Memorial Day which is about honoring the war dead. He and his staff created a spectacular yard sign recognizing their years of military service. I will display it in my front yard with pride. It is an honor for me and my family to associate with Eric and his family. He would not take a dime from me for their expertise in the creation of the sign. When I picked it up, I cried.
