I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.

The answer "no" it's store policy. So even though I was going to pay for something I wasn't even getting, you still just wouldn't sell balloons?? I have gone here before and thought they were overpriced but came back anyway. But now, never again. I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient.

I booked it with Nicole who had the party date set and ready for us. Then I get a call from the owner Frank who confirms the package, head count, additional orders for the adults. Then I received another call from Nicole asking to confirm the things for the party, when I informed her that I spoke to Frank, she tells me that he never wrote it in the system. As we get there for the day of the party, Frank has music playing with foul language playing in the background. The party starts late and they try and end the party early. The party only runs for an hour and a half. When I was charged for the party Frank charges me more than what was stated in the invoice that he sent me. When I question him about it, he tells me that he will call me back and see what happened. He never returned my call. If you want a nice experience all and all don't book it here, you will be disappointed all around.

The Deets: When I went to visit my parents on the recent Easter holiday, I saw the glass eggs I had given them in the past and it reminded me of my visits to Hot Sand on Cookman Ave in Asbury Park where they were purchased. I cannot believe I didn't come on Yelp and show some love but fixing that now. Hot Sand is a shop that is more like a showcase or gallery for some of the amazing glass blown/sculpted items they create and sell. Best thing I can recommend is to look at the pics here on Yelp as well as their own website to get a feel for what they offer. Speaking of offerings, Hot Sand also has interactive opportunities to help create your own glass blown/sculpted items with their artists in the workshop area in the back (check out their website for details/FAQ). Their website states the "immersive, exciting hot glass experiences are one-of-a-kind" and I agreed with what I saw on my visits there. Absolute Disaster - Do Not Trust This Party Planning Business!…read moreI had the unfortunate experience of hiring Party Bliss to handle what should have been a memorable and joyous event, but it turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to their incompetence, false promises, and complete lack of accountability. If you're looking for a company that excels in disappointment and frustration, then by all means, give them a call. Otherwise, run as far away from them as you can. From the very beginning, Dina promised the moon and the stars - a flawless event, seamless coordination, and attention to every detail. What I got instead was a haphazardly thrown together disaster that could have been organized better by a group of toddlers. My order included light up numbers - Dina didn't call me ahead of time to tell me that she couldn't get them. Her guy shows up on the day of my event without them and when I asked him where they were, he then told me that she couldn't get them. When I called her then she told me she was trying to get them up until the last minute and that's why she didn't let me know. I was promised a certain look with the curtains - the scarf was too short so he had to do something completely different and not at all what I had agreed to. I told her that I needed the set up to be completed by a certain time - that didn't happen. My guests started coming and her guy was still setting it up. He brought the wrong color balloons and had to drive back to New Jersey to get the proper color and this is what made the set up time so long. I kept calling her because I knew he was going to be still setting up while my guests would be arriving. I guess she got sick of me calling and then began to yell and scream at me and told me she was going to have him remove everything and leave me with nothing. All of this on the day of my event. Who does that? Dina is nasty and full of well-rehearsed scripts of excuses, blame-shifting and denial. In the end - the whole thing looked like a last-minute DIY project gone wrong, not at all "professional" looking. In conclusion, Party Bliss is a prime example of everything that can go wrong when a company prioritizes making false promises over delivering actual results. They are experts at under-delivering with a side dish of zero accountability. Save yourself the headache, the embarrassment, and the disappointment by taking your business elsewhere. Your event deserves better than the shoddy treatment and blatant unprofessionalism that Party Bliss has to offer.

I was highly upset with the service provided here at the end of my Baby shower. I have paid this venue almost or more than $4,000 to rent here. We had to take HAD to take our own garbage out and then gave us a problem about where we placed the garbage when we weren't provided CLEAR instruction on where to put the garbage. NO once said theres a specific bin to put the garbage in. Nothing is labeled outside that says 10PRL only. Both of the garbage bins outside the venue say MAZZA. Then they threatened us that we would be fined because we put the garbage in the wrong bin with NO CLEAR instructions, until we are ALL in our cars about to leave the venue. Long story short, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Then the day before our event because we had extra people they told us we had to pay an extra $750 and saying we have to pay by 3pm like we weren't going to pay them. If my baby shower wasn't yesterday , I would've canceled the venue and moved it to another place where my money would've been appreciated. Also it is not handicapped accessible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this place it is A COMPLETE RIP OFF !!!
