As our guests arrived, the previous party's guests were departing causing a huge commotion and confusion with our guests both being present crossing paths in the lobby. The table for the presents still had the previous child's name on it, as well as food being left out from the other party. It was a mess. In addition, the air conditioning was broken, so it was unbearably hot. All of my guests were verbally complaining and I was so embarrassed. When I complained about it, the girls behind the counter were unsympathetic, and referred me to call someone named Dawn to express my complaints. So, I called Dawn on the next business day. She made an excuse about the air conditioner and then told me she needed the "check the camera" about the food being left out. She claims they have been doing parties for years and no one has ever complained about the transition between parties. She promised me a call back in a few days. Unfortunately, a week went by without a call back, so I followed up with her by leaving a message. I never heard back from her. Ever. To make matters worse, my daughter begged me to have her party here. So, while I was in the midst of complaining with Dawn about my son's debacle, I booked my daughter's 7th birthday here (I tried everything I could to convince my daughter against it, but she is adorable and I love her, so I caved). Her party was yesterday. The pizza was 30 minutes late. The staff broke the candle that we brought (it was one of the giant number 7 candles). They didn't have enough juice boxes. And the overall experience was poor. I will say there was one positive thing this time, and it was an employee, Sarah. No matter what kept going wrong, Sarah was apologetic and attempted to find a solution. I really appreciated her sympathy and work ethic. The other staff could've cared less. I mean, they were okay with the kids during the party itself, but weren't equipped to handle any issues. Sarah was nice and I thank her for that. However, I WILL NOT ever have a party here again. The customer service at this facility is virtually non-existent, as well as from the upper management since I never received an apology or even a call back. Do NOT have your party here.

Owner Shannon was so helpful and patient when we were choosing what class would best benefit Benjamin (new to gymnastics), as well as explaining class costs and scheduling. The Little Gym is always spotless; I frequently see staff cleaning in between class times. The gym has a restroom, a water station, some gym attire for sale, and seating for those watching their little gymnasts in class. The Little Gym has an enormous viewing window (an entire wall), and the gym maintains a comfortable air temperature. Ben has trained with four coaches since we began class. His larger class (up to 18 students at times) maintains a safe ratio of instructors to students every week. Coaches Megan, Eva, Jeremiah, and Lindsay are a dream team. Organized, professional, safety-conscious, and caring, they are teaching my son so much. Not only is he learning a foundation for gymnastics, he is demonstrating better discipline and confidence in and out of the gym. Best of all, he has so much FUN every class! Not only did they host a OUTSTANDING gymnastic party with activities, a bouncy house, trampoline and obstacle course.... They took care of everything, from set up to breakdown!! Including: 1. Asking me what I needed help with at each step 2. group picture of the kids 3. Helping pass out the food 4. Getting everyone organized before singing happy birthday 5.cake cutting & passing out desserts And that the gym was exclusively for us. Diamond, without a doubt went above and beyond our expectations!! And the best part was that both our daughters went home and took a nap!
