I ended up calling asking about what happens if it rains and she explained weather happens so I wouldn't get charged or anything. The day of the party, the 2 gentlemen that came right on time, set up the clubhouse. They were polite and courteous and explained everything. After they left I realized where I asked them to setup was not great as I didn't consider 2 -4 years old running around the inflatable. I asked them if they could come back and move it 20 feet, and they came back after their next delivery. I apologized to them for me not thinking and they said don't worry and moved it for me. The kids had the best time! The bouncer was clean and had no issues. Watching the kids laugh so much made it so amazing. Pickup was right on time and the same guys who delivered picked up and they were just as nice as when they dropped off. They interacted with my daughter as they packed up and were so kind and amazing she thanked them "tank yoo". We will 100% use them again. The one guy was Matt. I apologize I don't recall the second guy But both were amazing. If you want to watch your child have the most amazing birthday I couldn't recommend a better place to order your inflatable. We will use them again for next year without a doubt.

He helped me clean the machine, even though I said I would do that before he got there! The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered. When I explained that my order wasn't completely delivered he had a little chat with the drivers and explained that they had screwed up and were suppose to deliver the whole order.
