However, the "sauces" that each dish came with were literally just bland broth, no flavor, like the just poured low sodium broth on top of pasta. Hopefully their chef beefs up the sauces a little bit, they shouldn't be watery & tasteless. Everything else was delicious so not much to complain about, but they definitely need to fix the sauce situation (although the tomato sauce with risotto balls was out of this world).

We booked a venue which she controls (colts neck, NJ) and told her we wanted her to cater. 2 weeks prior to the date we contacted her asking when she needed to know the catering details and she told us she wasn't catering. We have text messages proving that we told her she was, and that she agreed previously. After scrambling to find catering, she was extremely difficult with the whole venue. We were charged for linens, half of which had holes burned in to them or were extremely dirty - we asked for new ones or discounted (10 dollars per linen) and were told no. On the day of, the soda dispensers (the only thing that comes with the venue other than the space itself) were quite literally ALL out of syrup. It took an hour into the party for there to be any sodas, and by the time we got it running the guests complained about the sulfur smell/taste and I had to get soda delivered anyway. Throughout the whole process Joyce was extremely rude, forgetful, and short. I never write reviews...but this was such a horrendous experience that I feel I need to. Never book this company, ever.
