The truck is not just grilled cheese and fried foods (although they make delicious sandwiches and other amazing bites too!). Truly, Scott is incredible. He worked with us to create our dream menu, and the result was drool-worthy perfection. We did a regular cocktail hour with butlered hors d'oeuvres, a family-style dinner service, and butlered mini deserts. From the mini lobster rolls to the truffle parm fries, the apple-cider mustard BBQ braised short ribs to the duck confit - every single thing Scott came up with or we asked for was spectacular.
