My father recently had a kidney transplant, and as a result is on immunosuppressants that prevent him from leaving the house for a while for fear of infection. I found Chef Feeza by searching "best personal chefs" near Monmouth County, and I sent her an email the week before their anniversary. She said she would be happy to make a personal dinner for my parents and me, and she was super sweet and accommodating and called me to set up a beautiful 5-course dinner. It was a surprise to my dad who was SO excited. Chef Feeza even brought her assistant, who acted as a waitress and server and made us feel like we were in a restaurant right from our dining room. I hired Chef Feeza to cater a surprise 40th birthday brunch for my boyfriend and his friends. From our first conversation , she was incredibly professional and accommodating. Even when we had a slight scheduling miscommunication, she assured me not to worry and that she could still make it happen since we were so close to the date!! She worked within my budget to bring my vision to reality. I was allowed to customize the menu to make the experience extra special, including almost all of my boyfriend's favorite breakfast foods and of course wings before the first nfl games of the season!!! Chef Feeza came very highly recommended to me from a client who uses her exclusively for her parties. I have always done my own preparation and serving for my gatherings although for my son and future daughter in laws engagement party I wanted something a bit more special and less work for myself. I hit the jackpot with Feeza and her team. They are like a well oiled machine. From start to finish they prepped, cooked, served and saw to all of my 60 guests' needs the entire night. The party was staged in my garden on our property. Feeza and team brought in ovens, and all accouterments needed. Once they arrived at 3:00 for a 6:00 start time I stepped away. All of the guests complimented the appetizers and sit down dinner that was served family style. The most delicious salmon, steak and pasta main course dishes! 2 Bartenders were also part of the team. I have had the luxury of enjoying several private events catered by chef Feeza. While most of our gatherings were on the smaller side with close friends, the food was exceptional. Whether it's something as simple as a cheese board with wine or a five course meal chef Feeza never disappoints. One time I requested pasta, I told her it didn't need it to be anything to fancy, just a ladies night. Well she brought out a cheese wheel which most of us had never even seen besides on the cooking shows, we sat around the table as friends, laughed and shared stories while enjoying the best pasta we have ever eaten. I challenged Chef Feeza to just take care of the entire event from the food to the decor! My only request was to have a wide range of food options to cater everyone including my vegan and gluten-free guests. And boy did she deliver!!!All of my guest raved about the spread and they were all able to take home a doggie bag (a nice touch we didn't expect)....She also provided two servers who were amazing and cleaned the entire place after the party. Chef Feeza is nothing short of amazing!! Feeza is a close friend and neighbor - oh how much I love that combo! Especially when I get the, "Hey, are you hungry?" texts, I always know that a delicious meal is on the way! Feeza always surprises me with the most flavorful and creative meals and snacks with everything and anything I have in my fridge on a given night. Her combination of flavors and spices (because she knows I love spicy!), makes me crave her dishes time and time again. I recently had a party at my house and Chef Feeza catered the affair. To say that it was delicious is an understatement, the food was incredible and the cocktails that the bartender made that she provided were amazing. The way her staff set up everything and we just sat back and enjoyed our own party. The staff was incredibly accommodating and so amiable to our guests. It was the only time that there were NO LEFTOVERS!!! for a party we have thrown or had company over. She made Sliced Ribeye Cristini with garlic aioli. Everybody was eating it before she could plate it. Some of the guys who don't really eat salad had three helpings. Sean and Feeza catered my birthday party at my home and everything was on point! From the initial planning stages, to the event. They were very professional and responsive. The food was a highlight. I choose to do all bbq food and everything was delicious and fresh. It's hard to choose my favorite dish but if I had to choose it would be the pulled pork sandwiches.
