Came here for a birthday party. It was great! So much space and a separate area for adults to sit at. The kids had a great time on the bounce houses, ball pit and the zip line. I had my son's 3rd birthday at Kids N Shape and everything was perfect! I highly recommend for a range of ages. We had kids as young as 2 and as old as 9 and everyone had a blast. I booked it for my little daughter 2nd birthday party.. The place is great and clean. The people working there were so very helpful with everything from setting up the candy bar, the tables, taking care of any requests I had.. Everyone was happy had a blast.. There is just a cpl of things that are out of there hands.. They don't have parking, and the 2 hour thing which I know is the same everywhere for these places and you can pay EXTRA to extend.. It was a bit too short but they didnt rush us out or anything since we were the last party... But it makes the party so condensed and everything is right after each other.. read more

Could these people be any nicer? This is a large warehouse-sized space with bounce houses, a couple of games (but not like one of those places that is really about the games and costs an extra $40 because of it), a zip line, a ball pit, small basketball hoop area, and air hockey table. It's a big, fun space, but the best part is the staff. They keep it extremely clean and enforce rules fairly and kindly so it's safe for kids of different ages. As good as the staff is during open play, they are even better during a birthday party. You can't go wrong with a kid party here, and they bring in great food for the adults as well. During open play, they have plenty of seating and fresh coffee for adults-grab a bagel at the spot next door and let the kids run. Just make certain to get there early-they cap the entrance at 50 kids and you might not get in on a hot, rainy, or bitterly cold day. read more

Spreading the word about Kids N Shape and their horrible business manner. My husband and I went to put the deposit down today after speaking via email for 4 days with the owners wife. We get to the place and found out they booked the time slot. Seems there was miscommunication between the husband and wife, even though they confirmed with me yesterday if I was still coming today. I was dealing with the manager on duty today because the husband and wife are on vacation. We spoke to the owner on the phone and he apologized and asked if we wanted a November date with a discount. I said no they need to come up with something and give me the October 12th date. They have ignored my 2 emails and never called us back as promised by 2 PM. I'm so upset I was crying. Now I have to find some place and see if any October dates are open anywhere else. I'm going to try Funworks and Gymboree. It also seems there are others who were in my shoes and this wasn't their first time doing this. Never book with these people. read more

Recently took my 2 kids there on a day that was just way too hot to do anything outside. They both had a BLAST and finding anyplace on the island that is suitable for a pre-schooler and almost toddler to do together is hard. You def. can't sit down and let your toddler play on their own. The place is entirely padded but there's older kids there as well. But my youngest could use most of the equipment and loved it. I took one star off bc the college kids that work there, literally did nothing other then stand next to each other and talk, text and stare at you with miserable faces on. They don't watch the kids either, so perhaps mangement could actually have them interact with the kids somewhat. Ehh, Maybe it was an off day. On a whole though, this place is great and the best "open play" type of place I've been too. read more

I highly, highly recommend Kids N' Shape!!! It is very clean, super safe, and every staff member is professional, polite, friendly, and seem like they are all happy to be there! It is also very affordable. I have 6 children, so we have been having birthday parties and play dates at Kids N' Shape for many years and the kids just love it! At my last party, I had about 60 children of varying ages, and each and every child had a blast! Nicole, Colleen, Christine, Heather and Courtney were amazing!!! Not super impressed. Staff was standing around chatting most of the time. I had to ask a few times to get drinks for the kids while they sat and ate. I also had to ask them to entertain the kids at my party... which I thought that's what I was paying them for. Place is cute, but prob wouldn't have a party there again. If I wanted kids to just run around on their own I would have had it at home. read more

I had my son's second birthday here. We were scheduled 3 months in advance for 8/9/14. My son got sick and they were completely understanding when I called the day before and asked if I could reschedule his party. A lot of places would've told me no because it's a lost slot and lost money. They let me reschedule for 2 weeks later. They were great! My son loves this place and all the kids had a good time. I also take him for open play and he cries all the way out the door every time we leave. Worth the money. read more

We had a 1st birthday party for our son everyone loved the venue the staff was very accommodating and we didn't feel rushed out they made our son feel special while all the guest young and old were entertained. We just had our daughter's bday party here and everything was great. They set the tables beautifully and were very organized. The place was clean and there are a lot of things for the kids to do. The manager offered for staff to play games but the kids were well entertained by the equipment. I liked that there were 3 assistants and a manager on staff. I have been to many parties in other facilities where there are a couple of young kids running the show and it is always chaos. The manager, Anthony, kept checking up on everyone. I've had my son's and daughter's birthday here several times... the staff has been wonderful on all occasions including open play...

Just got done doing an open play sessions with my daughter. The place was alright in terms of activities. They had a bouncy castle, 2 types of ball pits, a big maze with a slide at the end, and then a bunch of toys to keep the kids occupied. My daughter seemed to love the place, however, I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the place as well as the staff lets the children do whatever they like. If you have a young one just be careful as some of the older kids tend to get aggressive. read more

I had a birthday party for my 6 year son this past weekend and he and his friends had a blast. The manager and 3 assistants were excellent. They helped with everything from beginning to end, asking me if I needed anything throughout the whole event. The reason I chose this party place is because it had a lot to entertain the kids, and we had the whole venue to ourselves. You can get food catered, and also bring your own.
