Went to a birthday party reasonably priced I was told. Kids were having a wonderful time definitely geared for 3 to 7-year-olds.

We recently celebrated my son's birthday party at The Jumping Jungle! This was completely based on his decision, he'd been there a few times on field trips and always has a great time. I had checked a few other options before he made his request (JJ came to mind but is a bit far for us.) and Jumping Jungle was actually among the more affordable! The staff is great. I can't say enough about how friendly and efficient they are. We were greeted by Christine, the manager, as soon as we came in, and she remembered my son from Snapology, a program run by JJ that he participated in and also really enjoyed. We immediately felt welcomed and put at ease. We got there just before the party started and I was nervous about setting up before guests arrived, but quickly our party's host Dennis came in to introduce himself. When he saw I was quickly taking decorations out he let me know that he and his co-host Samantha would do all the preparations and I could go out and enjoy the party! Literally, they asked for NOTHING, and when we entered the party room everything looked great. Christine was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend the playtime. We knew it might not be possible because it was a last minute ask but she made it happen and the kids had a great time. Even if you have some children who are afraid of getting on the inflatables, there is plenty to do in the arcade section as well. It was nice to have a private party at an affordable rate and the staff there did a great job in making sure the two parties going on were completely separate so that no children got lost. The party room looked great when we arrived to eat. All of the kids were properly hungry and tuckered out from the extension of play-time so they all sat nice. My son was so excited to sit in his "king chair" a big inflatable(?) chair that he sat on while we sang happy birthday. Everyone was very happy with the food as well. The pizza for the kids came with our package and we added on the unlimited drinks, vegetarian rigatoni pasta, and Caesar salad for the adults to enjoy. It was hard to choose what food to select for the party because there were so many options, including Indian food which was sooo tempting if my budget was bigger I surely would have added on too much food, haha! All in all it was a great experience. All of the parents said how fun it was and how impressed they were with the space and how well run everything was. Had a birthday party there recently and paid for the "ultimate package" . I guess my expectations were too high . The room was set up sub-par. If I knew that it would be very minimal decorations , I would have chosen the premier package and brought my own decorations . I just thought I was saving myself the time and money . There were black tablecloths on the tables that looked like garbage bags and zero to no decorations at all. The paper products were just normal paper products , no "monkey theme" that I was told . That's what I thought I was getting in the room. A cute little monkey themed set up to go with the theme of the place , which is what I was told when I asked what the paper products and tablecloths would look like . My suggestion is to save yourself the money and buy your own decorations for the staff to set up . The goodie bags were a joke that were also included in the "ultimate" package . They are labeled as "deluxe good bags". Again , I guess my expectations were too high . It was a water bottle with 2 lollipop dum-dums and 1 chocolate kiss. My suggestion again , don't get the ultimate package , book the premier and do your own goodie bags . Before the party started and my guests started coming in , it was very chaotic and just a lot of standing around waiting to be told what to do. Eventually , the kids were told to watch a safety video, that was a.) way too low , no one can hear it , b.) no one was paying attention . If there is such concern for the safety it should have been done a completely different way . I also purchased two "add -ons" , that were a waste of money and now I know to never purchase add ons ever again . We did the "Glow party ", where each kid was given 1 glow stick necklace. The way the video portrays the glow party on the website is NOT what we experienced. The other add on was the monkey appearance that was just eh . I'm glad I didn't get more than those two add ons . Save yourself the money and just do the bounce houses. We had 2 hostesses that were ok . One was supposed to take pictures the entire time (this was also included in the "ultimate " package). I feel like I took more pictures than she did . I'll have to see when I get them back . The other hostess was mainly getting the room set up . I just feel as hostesses it shouldn't feel as chaotic and unorganized as this party did .The bounce houses were the only good part . But , they are portrayed a lot differently on the website and there were more on the website that were not actually there in person . So, two good things , the bounce houses and the pizza were good . I definitely would not recommend the ultimate package if your expectations are high like mine, just do the premier package . My son and his friends did have fun which is one of the most important parts . I just feel like I didn't get my money's worth and over paid at this place . I now know better for next time . read more

Additionally, my friend--the host of the party--explicitly refused their request to leave a five-star review and pointed out the staff member's rude behavior. She also significantly reduced the tip due to the poor service. The owner's response on Google claiming they received "great feedback" is misleading and does not reflect what actually happened. I am sharing my personal experience at this Jumping Jungle location. A staff member raised her voice at me and threatened to call the manager in front of my children and other kids at the party simply because I was giving a small balloon to the last waiting child. This experience made me feel unwelcome as a guest. I volunteered to make balloon animals at my friend's daughter's party. From the start, a staff member inspected my balloon toolkit without permission and told me I couldn't use it because they didn't provide helium--even though it wasn't necessary. She later insisted I move my items and even attempted to handle my balloon bag without asking. When I declined, she walked away but later spilled juice on my shoes and bag. She only gave a brief apology and did not clean up the mess, leaving my belongings sticky. At the end of the party, she raised her voice in front of the last child guest, saying, "You can't blow up this balloon." Since my children were nearby, I chose not to engage. She then threatened to call the manager to remove me. The balloon was small, and the child had been waiting patiently. A simple, polite request to step outside would have been enough, but instead, she handled the situation in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. Overall, her behavior left a negative impression. I hope management takes customer service training seriously to ensure that all guests, especially children, feel respected and welcome. read more

Jumping Jungle hosted a wonderful party for my son's 5th birthday! The space was clean, fun, and safe. I liked that our party was contained to an area where the children were visible the whole time. They handled everything from set up, directing the kids, hosting, and clean up. I can't recommend them enough! read more

had my daughters 5th birthday there. ultimate jungle party glow time added and bubble time. Price came to over $600. First of all they don't tell you that when you arrive you do not have a room to put elder guests coats cake etc. They make you wait in a waiting area then you have time to play on part a but not b because there is another party. and remember no room. after part b is opened then you can go over there. Glow time is a waste of time and money as the lights are so tiny suspended in the corners of the room so half of the room is dark.Bubble time another waste of money. There is 1 blower that only covers a little portion. Then we get in the room nothing was set up they were still cleaning it! A worker came to get me to let me know food is here ok so we go in the room to eat. guy who works there comes in and says ma'am so they eating you can't get the 15 min jump time left. I said but staff member just told us we can eat. So party was shortened, all the kids were so upset that there was no more play time. KICKER, they did not refund me anything, except the $9.00 for bubble time which was a slap in the face. I only hope this review allows me to leave a video of "glow time" and the kicker so we can't do anything else for you but we would like our tip with the gratuity being over $100. THE PLACE IS A SCAM. Please don't waste time or money on having a birthday party there. read more

We had our daughters 8th birthday party and it was her first time friends and class Party! She loved it!! All of her friends were exited and all well engaged by the staff. Absolutley zero stars. Don't make the same mistake I did when going here. Took a total of 5 kids with a voucher I had spoken with the owner about using on said specific day and time. I was told go ahead, no problem. Get there and I am told I can't use it. Fine, we pay no big deal - annoyed slightly but we are already there and the kids are excited. You would assume open jump means everything is open for them to jump - but it's not. You have to spend one hour on one side and then you move to the other side for the other hour. Cool, whatever - but could have been mentioned when I was on the phone asking all these questions. Fast forward my kids, niece and nephews are enjoying themselves. Myself and the other adults had to supervise the children on all the inflatables because there was not one attendant on the floor. As untrained professionals, we tried our best and there was more kids than parents, so you could imagine us trying tot control the madness. Eventually one young teenage girl came out to "supervise" but her supervising was stanging on the slide on her phone. Which mind you we had to ask her to watch the slide because it was overfilled with kids, they were piling up at the bottom and just overall madness. She lasted all of 5 minutes and then disappeared. At this point the parents are literally operating the rides. Our hour is up so we see the same girl come and turn the right side off and blow up the left side. We did see another employee at this time. Once the rides were blown up, again not one employee to be found. We saw a child get kicked in the face. We saw another child grab an infant and take on the slide with her. My son fell out of the gaga pit and got injured by a protruding piece of metal. I finally had enough and have to hunt down the "manager" and all she could do was shrug her shoulders. I informed her about the pieces of metal and her soultion was to put duct tape on it but the metal was still there - needed something soft over it. I filled out an incident report and again just shrugging of the shoulders. Yeah, you may think this is overkill, or that kids can't get hurt on a "bounce house" but truth is they can. The NJDCA also has a set of standards in place for this reason - the safety. What is expected of any amusement company/place is that there is at least one trained operator on each attraction at all times. Some attractions even require more than one based on the manufacturer's operating manual. Violations from the NJDCA can also come with HEFTY fines. Hopefully this places learns from this and doesn't continue with their current practices - as they are both dangerous and against the written regulations we are forced to follow within the State. read more

We had our son's 4th birthday party at Jumping Jungle in East Brunswick, NJ, and it was wonderful! The planning process was super easy and the manager was great with recommending a 15 min earlier start time on the invitations so guests end up arriving on time and can view the safety video without taking time away from the actual play time. The staff designated to help us set up our party room and direct our party was great!! They arranged the party room to our exact specifications, took pictures throughout the party, kept the flow of the party on track, and were very helpful to guests with various needs. The kids and parents had a blast! it was the perfect amount of time in each section and the bubble add-on was a a total hit with the kids! The bottle party favor add-on was also very nice and comes with some extra treats inside. The balloon add on was also a very nice touch (we had a guest accidentally pop hers and the friendly staff offered her a new one without us having to even ask). We also opted for the sandwich platter and a garden salad for the adults which were awesome, and any leftovers came home with us. The party was very affordable for 13 kids including our add-ons and worth every penny! We had parents tell us their kids said "it was the best party ever." This is really made us happy as we also had a wonderful experience! We were very impressed with the level of involvement of the staff - we were able to relax and enjoy the party, as everything was taken care of. Highly recommend! read more

Took my 2 year old daughter here for some "open jump" fun on a Sunday! Paid 12$ and she was able to explore the play area and enjoy herself for 2 hours. There was plenty of space to run around and even a little toddler area. The place started to get very packed but I would imagine it not being so packed on a weekday. It's hard finding a kids gym that allows patrons to come in for open play without having a "membership" so I like that this place offers this feature. read more

Very clean place, kids had so much fun, even parents had fun joining the kids in laser tag and the staff was very friendly and super helpful. Also they don't charge entrance fee for adults which is great and very rare since most places charge $15 to $20 just to enter even if they don't play. Highly recommend this place! read more

We decided to go to Jumping Jungle for my son (4) and daughter's (2) joint birthday party because I wanted a place that ensured all of the birthday go-ers would have a fun time, but that I could actually be part of the party and enjoy it. Jumping Jungle took care of EVERYTHING! They called me a few days before the event to confirm headcount and we went through the menu for add-on's. I decided to add in food for the adults/parents since the kids food was already included in the package that I selected. It was catered from a local gem, Maria's, and the food was outstanding! Back to Jumping Jungle - they coordinated the most fun event! They were also safe, and ensured that everyone watched a safety video before jumping. I loved how they rotated the sides to keep everything fresh and fun. Everything was also so very clean! And once the kids were done with one side, you saw them clean the inflatables before they were taken down - it was great to see the cleaning standards in effect. The bubbles were a blast for out little ones, and the toddler area was perfect for our littlest of guests. The party attendants were so attentive, they set up the party tables, set up a couple extra decorations that I brought, set up the cake, and the candles on the cake, ensuring that everything was picture perfect, coordinated the lunch time, and the cake time. The favors were water bottles with some fun things inside and a balloon stick. The presents were able to be sorted in a cart that could be wheeled out to our car. Seriously, everything was taken care of. They even took pictures and sent us the link afterwards. It was an incredible day, one that all of our friends and family said was the best birthday party. Thank you Jumping Jungle, for such a reasonably cost friendly event, and making this my favorite party that we have had for our kiddos - it was the one that I was able to enjoy the most. We planned it last minute and jumping jungle came through with a great package only three days before with Indian food arranged also which was ideal for the guests. The pizza for the kids was great also. We had two hosts who were professional and made sure we were good the whole time. Everything went really well. The kids were really happy the whole time and wish it was longer with how much fun it was. Highly recommended and I would definitely consider a second time for an event. read more

Bounce time goes by fast and so does the private party time to eat and celebrate the birthday kid in the private room. Up-charging for add'l time is advertised surely because of the small windows for bounce and celebratory time. Instead of up-charging for more time consider having better windows of time for bounce and celebratory activities. Too many up-charges where they could be increased time in the services and figured into the packages. Paid $29 for bubble add on and hosts forgot to turn it on for the first 15 minutes on the other side for bounce activity. The bubbles come out of a machine in one area only, not worth the$29 fee as an add on nor did I get $29 worth of the activity. Hosts were ok, hardly any engagement with the the kids, spent most of time in the decoration room together. Didn't see why one host didn't stay on the floor and engage with the kids while the other decorated. Pizza was terrible, kids didn't not want to finish eating it. Manager on duty at the time of the party were friendly and checked in often, however manager on duty at the end of the party was rude in the delivery of her message to wrap up the party. Understand the party needed to wrap up, but message was delivered to me and the entire group, instead of pulling me to the side and being a bit more courteous than so firm in front of the entire party group. I wish I could give this place absolutely no stars. My daughter party was a disaster. The owners never specified that I was renting the backroom for 50$ only for 30 minutes on top of paying 15$ per a child plus taxes. The room I rented wasn't decorated nor was it set up with the items I brought. I was promised my daughter would get a shout out over the loud speaker. The restaurant that delivered the pizza threw our pizza on the table and was very disrespectful and the owners did nothing about it. The way me and my family was treated as if we didn't belong there was disgusting and I advise you to not book no party there unless you want to be disappointed. read more

I brought my 4yr old son here on Tuesday for the open play and he had a great time. This was our first time here and we were greeted by two friendly women at the front. For $10, you get 2hrs of open play which is extremely reasonable. The area is broken up into two sections. The first half is inflated for around 45min and then the other side is inflated. There are big bounce houses and slides and obstacle types of inflatables. There is also a toddler section for ages 3 and below. An arcade is in the front although it is small but we killed some time in there before the open play started. There is also a seating area for parents which also has vending machines (food and drink). I was babywearing our newborn and walking around to be near our son but there was plenty of seating. I would bring our son back as he wants to do the laser tag which they also have at certain times. read more

First time VISITOR. This is probably one of the best places that you can have a party for kids. All the jumping castles the kids can enjoy. The party room is kinda small but it's handled a good number of kids. Definitely a place to bring the kids for party or just to let then burn some energy. This place is horrible,it's dirty,employees have no idea what's going on and there websites are all wrong. We waited a half hour just to get in because there website had incorrect information. Then we get in and have to wait to watch an instructional video about safety. The second 5:30 hit we were immediately rushed out with no warning they were closing despite the website saying they were open until 6. When we said something to the employee she said "oh the website is wrong" like that was any kind of explanation. There are so many other kid play places this is the worst I have ever been to! There are so many other, much better places don't give this place any more money. read more

Glad I decided to check this place out. There was a holiday special today and the kids got the bounce for two hours and then had pizza and a craft. They probably needed a little more pizza but aside from that no complaints. Place was clean, staff were well trained and friendly, everyone was very accommodating. There's a few arcade games, claw machines and snack machines but no cafe or anything. I would say it's best for younger kids up to about ten years old. read more

We had a joint birthday party for my five year old and one of his close friends and they had a blast at Jumping Jungle. It's the perfect place for a party, birthday or otherwise, for younger kids. They had multiple inflatable bouncy castles/obstacle courses/slides that the kids (and adults) really enjoyed using. The staff was tremendously helpful in setting up and cleaning up the party room, and everything was executed seamlessly and efficiently. Finally, it is not as loud and overstimulating as some of the other similar venues in the area (most of the trampoline places around here blast music very loud), so it was easier for parents to chat. The divisions to the various play areas and clear sight lines also make it easier to keep track of your younger kids, and all the inflatables are netted securely, which lets the parents relax a bit more. We would highly recommend Jumping Jungle as a stress-free place to have a party for younger kids. read more

Attended a party last week at the newly renovated Jumping Jungle and was pleasantly surprised at the facility, the attractions offered (included bounce time and laser tag). My 10 year old had an amazing time at Jumping Jungle I would rate this attraction as compared to Bounce U or Chuck-e-cheese because of the attractions, organization of events and catering (these guys offer a mean Veg Pizza make sure to try that out). read more

Jumping jungle refuses to refund my deposit on a party that is not currently possible due to COVID 19. They give me the option to postpone or reschedule my party with no legitimate timeline due to a PANDEMIC. They ignored my response to them via better business bureau. They are clearly only concerned about gouging as much money as they can from unsuspecting families instead of considering the financial burden created by covid. I am a single parent who looked forward to a party for my son and am now out of $100 due to jumping jungle's greed and lack of proactivity when it comes to covid disclaimers. read more

We bring our kid here often. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly, and keeps everything running smoothly. I also love that it is somewhat private, (limited "open jump" sessions, and by reservation only), which keeps the number of people down. read more

First kids played in inflatables followed by laser tag and then staff played some games with kids making it interactive and safe and then the cake and party. We didn't had to do much work, every thing was taken care and kids enjoyed party. We will be back for open jump sessions. read more

Run away! Turn around and don't think of going there. They were unorganized. The hosts were playing around or hanging out with each other. The food was papa Johns and subway! The jumping jungle is a great place! I've gone there with two sets of kids that I sit for and they all had a great time. The place is very clean and it's super easy to keep track of the kids! There's tvs, which I find a little obnoxious, because apparently giant inflatables aren't enough to keep kids entertained! But the place is clean, the staff (or "bouncers") are friendly and it's well run and safe. If you've got little kidlets they'll make you go on the jumping stuff with them. But all in all, it's a good time. read more

I haven't been here in about six months but noticed some changes. The arcade area is 'cleaned up' which was a nice look. The attendants are also more involved with the kids, which didn't happen in the past. The cons - the TOPS of at least two of the blow-up structures were FILTHY with layers of dust. They removed the seating/benches for parents from the toddler area, and some items were also removed from the toddler area. My kids are 2 and 4 and we're bored after 30 minutes. Not much to do here compared to some of the other places, we probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

We did our daughter's birthday party here , overall the party play area was good and kids had lots of fun jumping and playing with bubbles but when it was time for party room , it was a little disoriented, party room was small for a group of 24 kids with some adults , kids were served pizza in tiny plates which we got for cake since they have a policy to bring your own plates and cutlery and napkins if u are getting your own cake , kids were waiting for pizza and drinks too , for adults food they kept the food on one of the benches because they have very less counter space , party room experience was little disappointing, kids loved the jump area but they should improve on their party rooms too and tell their staff to be more energetic when it comes to serving food in part, P:S : the generous tip was already set with the bill and my husband had no option but to give it ,thanks for offering a free jump paas but we don't need it !!!! read more
