It's is just ok. This is a very small facility. When you add in the adults who need to be here too then it really makes it small. The under 2 area is an after thought and the bigger kids still will come over anytime they want. It wasn't that clean. There were some areas in the under 2 space that just had dust or dirt caked on. My husband and I was like -nah. This is only good for a small private party-I wouldn't go on my own. The lil houses aren't even fully stock. It's nothing in them. Good idea though. My son liked the block in the lil construction area but he mostly just kept crawling around the whole place. They don't even have a ball pit. I really wish I could open up a place closer to Trenton bec this was underwhelming. Like why isn't there any shoe organization? Came here recently with my wife and son and we had a good time. There were plenty of toys and interesting play areas, and they even had a cool dark room with games projected onto the floor. I think my wife and I enjoyed kicking the imaginary balls around more than my son, but he'll get there :) I do think the price is a little bit steep, and I can't imagine coming here every weekend or anything, but it definitely seems like a fun side adventure from time to time. I can imagine that it's a good location for birthdays, so maybe we'll keep that in mind. Overall, we'll almost certainly be back, but maybe not on a super regular basis. read more

And a firsthand experience the facility has everything that you need for your child. Alpin the owner is amazing.Every single day she is uploading new content, creating new themes and organizing the most sophisticated events. I've seen at any Kids center If you're looking to host, your kids birthday here look no further this place is so organized and the outcome of the experiences amazing. I forgot to mention her staff is extremely on point. Their customer service is spectacular. Anything you need they are right there within a second to resolve or answer or address anything. Also, she has a membership I believe where the kids can come in on off days and just play in her place so this place is just amazing all around. We have been going to Playspace for over 6 years now since my son started speech therapy there. Throughout the years we have done speech therapy, open play, hosted and attended numerous birthday parties, character meet and greets and the sensory play classes. The staff is amazing and the facility is always so clean and never feels crowded. The cafe area is great for parents who need to get some work done or just sit with while their kids play. Went here today with our two-year-old grandson. It started out in a most magnificent way. I thought the equipment was all terrific as did my grandson. He was having an absolute ball until without notice, "You're a Mean One, Mr Grinch" started blaring on the loudspeaker and a very tall Grinch costumed man entered the play space. Our grandson was frightened out of his mind as were a few other young children. This performance was not short and ultimately we had to leave. Grandson had about 30 minutes of excellent play before Grinch. We would like to try the place again, but would not dare do so without confirming the program for the session beforehand. When we left the woman at the front desk agreed that it scared children. Still trying to figure out what genius thought this was a good idea. read more

We've been here numerous times for birthday parties, a field trip, special events or just to go have fun on a cold or rainy day. It's always a great time. My kids love it. It's clean, well thought out. Lots to do to keep the kids busy. They do special events with characters (Elmo, Mickey, Cookie Monster etc.) so definitely sign up for their email I hear about those events through there. Definitely recommend! read more

My son and I love Princeton Playspace! We come once a week and every time he meets a new friend he can hang with during the play session. The Playspace is clean (including the bathroom!) and it's a shoes off venue so be sure to wear socks (or bring them). Listen, is it kind of ridiculous to pay $16 ($15 + tax) to let your child run around like a maniac? Kind of... unless you have no other good alternatives, in which case $16 sounds like a pretty sweet deal. We went on a cold and wet weekend morning in December, when our other options involved continuing to be trapped in my parents' lovely but not particularly kid-oriented home. My 2.25 year old LOVED it! There were tons of different spaces and things for him to explore and do -- some big motor function things (climbing, running, light game play, etc) and some small motor function things (train set, doll house, shopping cart, etc). I liked that there was a separate (but part of the main room) eating area. When we go back, I'll plan to bring some lunch in. (Ooo, or maybe get delivery!?! IS THAT GENIUS OR WHAT?!) Definitely worth the money to let our kid blow off some steam in a new, totally kid-oriented space. I've been in other indoor play spaces and this one skews slightly pricier, but also much nicer. Will definitely plan to go back next time we're in the area for an extended period of time. read more

Under staffed, broken and missing toys and the staff do not watch or manage the children they are "babysitting" for parents who drop them off. Great place to bring your child. All day schedule includes crafts and snacks or treats. The day I went there was a Leap frog craft and ice cream cone followed by an ice cream social with Halo Pub ice cream. Everything is super clean and looks brand new. There is an area for infant to 2 years old separated by a gate to deter the bigger ones from crashing the party. Tons of toys and four to five "play" scenarios setup. We were in town for the weekend and needed something to do to tire out our two year old to ensure he took a nap, so we went here. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly and professional staff. Once inside the playroom, I was amazed at the size and amount of open space. It is not crowded with a bunch of "stuff" like other indoor playgrounds. It is very organized and clean. I was extremely impressed with seeing a staff member walk around cleaning the toys towards the end of the play session...I have NEVER seen that before do it let me know that they take spreading germs seriously. We stayed and played for two hours, and guess what...my son is napping right now!! My only suggestions would be to make everyone remove their shoes even if they are not going to the carpet (this would reduce the dirt being tracked on to the uncarpeted area. I also think they could benefit from more places to store shoes. However, even with those things, when we are back in area, we will be back. read more

We just left after an hour with our 2 yo and it was not worth the $15 in my opinion. It was difficult to play because all of the toys were thrown all over the room. For example, the market and all the other shops were completely empty so you couldn't really play in them. When I took my son to the children's museum in Cherry Hill the workers were constantly returning toys to the correct play areas so that each kid had the opportunity to enjoy the area. The only workers I noticed here were the 2 women at the door. I did not see anyone actively monitoring the play room, which is why people were not following the rules either. One rule was to eat/drink in the cafe area. At least 6 kids were drinking juice boxes in the play area and one spilled on the carpet, which is messy since most people were wearing socks. Some kids were a bit out of control, while their parents (or caregivers) were on their phones not paying a bit of attention. I had high hopes for this place because it's so much closer than Cherry Hill, but we will not return. read more

I nanny for two year old twin boys. As members of PlaySpace we have gone in numerous times to play in the facility and burn off that extra energy. When we looked at the schedule we saw baby yoga and story time and decided to give it a try, and I am so happy we did! The instructor, Lauren, was wonderful. I never expected the boys to participate and enjoy it as much as they did. She held the classes attention the entire time. And was patient and kind with all the children. I have taken my 18 month old son there twice and both times he has gotten really ill with a potent virus within 2 days which then takes him weeks to recover from! I doubt the staff is taking the time to disinfect toys regularly let alone during the winter months because everything is just so disorganized. I love the open floor concept with different stations but its just too risky to keep taking my son there during winter time. Perhaps I will try again during the summer. Additionally, many parents are not actively monitoring their children from the cafe area which puts more pressure on other parents to referee fighting over toys or other behavioral/safety issues which arise. read more

The facility is great! There are a ton of things to do to keeps kids engaged. There is even a gated area that is specifically for infants and toddlers. The downtown play area is a really neat concept that mimics Princeton downtown. This was a nice touch that really stands out from other places. Also, the oversized light bright and connect four seemed to be great hits. We went on a weekend and it was pretty crowded. Our only gripe is that being as crowded as it was, there were some parents that treat the place like a babysitter instead of staying on top of their kids. I find that absolutely irresponsible because some of these unattended kids were being obnoxious and there was nobody there to correct their behavior. Moreover, others were on their phones instead of watching their kids. This lead to their kids knocking things over and grabbing things that other kids were using because they weren't paying attention. Overall the place is a great concept, I just hope that some parents are a little more responsible next time we come. read more

What a gem this place is! You don't find a facility as nice, warm and as clean as Princeton Playspace. After researching for so long for the perfect play santuary, I am thanking the skies for this place as it is perfectly located, ample parking, plenty of room for the little ones to run around, discover and of course learn skills for brain and child development. They are open week days 9am-5:30 pm , weekends 9am-11:45am. They have the best Birthday parties on weekends too. They also have theme events all year plus amazing classes for the little ones.
