They don't just stand behind a counter, but actively circulate the play structures and even know their regulars by name. It is also incredibly spacious. A field trip of 30 to 40 kids arrived during our visit, yet the space easily absorbed the crowd with plenty of room and activities for everyone. The booking process is quite simple with the waiver sign off and they quickly check you in at the front desk too. The facility is well maintained and top of all safe and "Kid friendly".
