It's a giant obstacle course, plus a huge trampoline park where they're playing dodgeball, plus a big slippery mountain to climb, a ropes course, go-karts, an arcade, a VR situation, and more. (Incoming rant that makes me sound like an old man: These kids have no idea how great they have it. When I was eight, we had birthday parties in a empty gym and we were lucky if they threw us some balls.) On the other hand, for most adults (at least the ones who don't love screaming children, flashing lights, and other people generally in their personal space), it's entirely too crowded, and an utterly chaotic nightmare. Unsurprisingly, Urban Air is a mecca for Brooklyn birthday parties, which is how we've always come in. However, I'm sure you can just pay for a ticket for your kid (I imagine it's more than you want to spend, but you already live in Brooklyn so you know what it is) if you need to get them moving this winter. The food situation is exactly what you'd expect: bad pizza, popcorn, pretzels, chicken fingers, etc. I think I could forgive them for most transgressions if they only offered alcohol, but I suppose we're here for the children. We shared our feedback with the event manager, and she took it with grace and understanding which really stood out to us. It shows they take feedback, good or bad, in order to make the experience better, which we highly appreciated. Our party coordinators, Dylan, Daniel, and Imani were amazing! We were in complete awe with how they handled the kids -- and we had a lot (32 kids to be exact)! They were patient, kind, and were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. They truly made our experience one to remember. I know working with huge groups of children can be tough at times, but their professionalism throughout the whole event was amazing. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and am looking forward to returning with my kids for open play.

Came here for a birthday party for 3/4 year olds. If you're not familiar with the area this area…read morehas a lot of restaurants and night life so it's a bit odd for a kids play yard. When you enter there's a spot to place your shoes which is like a shoe display area which is a bit different and kind of cool. You have to check in at the front desk before they unlock the gate to allow you in. There's a bathroom to your left then another bathroom located on the other side of the under 18 month play area. They have a lot are rideable cars for the kids. The set up is pretty cool too it's like a large tree house. There's also a water area, a make believe grocery store and the 18 month and younger play area. Something for all the kids up to age 6. The back right is the area where they serve food which is equiped with a soda machine. My friend told me all the food was cateredby twinkle. Pizza and pasta was good. Wings were ok. Fruit platter was good especially for the kids and the fries were soggy but my 1 year old didn't mind. The cake was chocolate and vanilla. I had the chocolate which was really moist and not too sweet. Party experience here was really great and it was from 5 to 8 so it was nice we had the entire area to ourselves.

The latest: many people paid anywhere from $500-$1300 before the virus closing. The place was MIA till yestetday. They finally called and instead of offering sessions to continue with no additional cost (the ones that were paid for before the virus), the owner wants us to pay for new sessions PLIS THE $55 REGISTRATION FEE! and use the paid for sessions as make ups. When I said that I was also affected by the virus and can't pay additional money on top of $500 I already paid, he said, this is the only option. I also said I can't come 2x a week amd he said "it's either that or nothing". So if I can't pay for new sessions and can not make up the ones I paid for, he gets to keep my $500??? He's done it to many other paremts as well. Beware .
