I saw numerous very young-looking employees, including teenagers, throughout the space, and the atmosphere felt noticeably unprofessional. One girl at the register appeared extremely young. I considered asking her age but did not want to embarrass or shame her over something that was not her fault, so I assumed she was related to the owners or otherwise connected to the business. I do not blame children or teenagers for being inexperienced. Responsibility lies with the adults who hire, train, supervise, and manage them. It was also astonishing that staff apparently assumed I could not understand them because I was not speaking their language. I am fully Albanian and understood exactly what was being said. I have no issue with them speaking Albanian and absolutely do not think they should stop. They simply need to watch what they say around customers because they never know who understands them. That applies from the youngest employee to the owners. Professionalism should not disappear because you assume a customer cannot understand you. Most disturbing was what happened to my three-year-old son. He was cornered by about five children and repeatedly bothered to the point I considered it harassment. One child even asked to see my three-year-old son's underwear. That is wildly inappropriate and disturbing. He is a toddler and should be able to enter a children's business without being surrounded, intimidated, made uncomfortable, or asked invasive questions about his clothing or body. Children will be children, which is exactly why competent supervision should exist. If several children can corner and continue bothering a three-year-old like this, who exactly is watching the play area? Parents pay with the reasonable expectation that the environment is supervised enough for children, especially the youngest, to play safely and comfortably. I was also concerned by what appears to be a broader pattern of complaints involving racism and homophobia associated with this playspace. I have heard mothers discuss these concerns and seen past Google reviews raising similar issues. To be fair, I will not label an entire business racist or homophobic based solely on secondhand conversations or other people's reviews. However, during my own visit, I personally noticed behavior from a few younger employees that I felt implied racial prejudice, making previous complaints much harder to dismiss. I cannot verify every allegation ever made about this business and will not pretend I can. I can only speak to what I witnessed, and it was enough to make me question the culture and level of professionalism being tolerated. I also worry about what would happen in a genuinely serious situation. In a space that struck me as heavily staffed by very young, inexperienced, and sometimes unprofessional employees, I question how effectively an emergency, conflict, or serious incident involving a child would be handled. Hopefully that never happens, but a children's space must be prepared for it. A lack of maturity, supervision, or professionalism may seem merely irritating during a normal visit, but in a serious situation it could have much greater consequences. That is why the atmosphere I witnessed should not be brushed off as harmless. Although my visit was a couple of months ago, I wanted to share it so other parents can make the correct judgment about whether this playspace is right for them and their children.

Do not book a party here…read more Everything is broken and it's very unsafe too, not to mention nothing was set up and ready to go for us and there's only one person running the whole party. Details: I was here about 2 weeks ago for my nephew's 2-year-old birthday party and while the kids may not recognize the things that adults do that are wrong with this place, this place is extremely disappointing. Let me explain. For starters when we walked in, none of the tables or chairs were set up and we had to set the room ourselves. That cut into our set of time for other things necessary by almost 30 minutes. Second of all, all the toys in the toy section such as the dolls and the cars and whatnot are all broken! And all the electronic toys do not have working batteries in it. I literally saw little girls crying when they saw headless dolls and a lot of the children were so disappointed that they couldn't play with the cars and the electronic toys. Third of all the main attraction in the room, the merry-go-round, was broken! How in the world can that be broken for a bunch of children in a play center! The ball crawl itself is using the cheapest balls you could ever imagine and they all get crushed very easily and the pit itself was not filled enough so when children were going down the slide, their butts were hitting the inside of the ballpit very hard and I saw quite a few kids upset over that. They also have this interesting device that looks like a pachinko machine where you put a ball in it and it's supposed to be sucked up by air and go through a bunch of tubes. They were five tubes and only one of them were working. This in particular upset my nephew. Overall, the place was also pretty dirty and it was apparent that this place was not cleaned up from the last party. Last but certainly not least, they have a wall with these tiny little pegs that resemble Chinese checkers.... These pieces are so small that these are easily choking hazards and I literally had to run across the room to pull a few pieces out of a little child's hands because they were going right into the mouth. I took all hundred of these pieces off the wall and threw them into a plastic bag and gave them to the staff and ask them how can they be so naive to have pieces this small available for small children. The lady just looked at me like I was crazy and said sorry. I would highly suggest skipping this place and spending a few more dollars on a place that actually has everything in working order and is clean.

She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. We walked around the outside of the building and then walked into that incredible room. We immediately knew this was it. We could instantly imagine a perfect wedding with Mackenzie and Ian getting married in front of the Statue of Liberty as the sun went down. We pictured our friends in tuxes and cool dresses raving about us having the best food and great music and the most beautiful venue and the most beautiful bride. We imagined them writing us after, saying that it was the most gorgeous, spectacular wedding that they had ever been to...that it had the best view and phenomenal food...And guess what...it all came true...everything came true. The staff, food and ambience is just the beginning. Jeff is wonderful and made it a magical experience and his kind and supportive words on the day of the wedding were so appreciated. Pam Roman, from the minute we sat down with her a year and a half ago to the last piece of chocolate she brought out to make s'mores overlooking the Statue of Liberty on June 28th.... She made it all happen. She was unbelievably intuitive and inventive...Pam was our own personal wedding planner, wedding psychologist, wedding consultant, food consultant, music consultant, etc....She was EVERYTHING to us.....We could not have done this without her. Well despite attending a beautiful wedding here, our group had SEVERAL issues with the staff. First of all, it's called cocktail hour. Not cocktail 45 minutes. Not to mention they raced to put away the food before guests had a chance to get their final plates. Also, I don't think I've ever attended a cocktail hour where I was told "no" by one of the servers when asking for more than one item (seriously, they had chicken and lamb skewers, I asked for one of each and was told no). The bartenders were messing up drinks left and right, and the waiters (while friendly) made some errors as well. Our whole table was never served cake, and I think this is the first wedding I've ever attended where I actively needed to flag someone down to get a cup of coffee. In all honesty the food was very good, we just wish the staff serving it was up to the same level.
