She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Now I've hit the point of no return because I'm parked and here at the counter with my son yanking on the gate to get inside. There is really ZERO supervision here; I still have no idea who works here and who doesn't since no one has a name tag or a shirt on to tell the difference. Kids are running around, eating donuts in the ball pit, and screaming. You must watch your kids at your own risk. Yes, I understand it was a rainy day, but can you enforce some rules? My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. Can't even imagine when they cleaned down all the toys last; this place is showing its age.

The indoor playground area was nice but it is a bit small. With kids and parents, It got really crowded and stuffy very fast. There's a few racing arcade games. The claw machine has a very high payout. We tried 10 times and still not able to get it. Overall my kids did have a good time and they did enjoy the playground.

Do not book a party here…read more Everything is broken and it's very unsafe too, not to mention nothing was set up and ready to go for us and there's only one person running the whole party. Details: I was here about 2 weeks ago for my nephew's 2-year-old birthday party and while the kids may not recognize the things that adults do that are wrong with this place, this place is extremely disappointing. Let me explain. For starters when we walked in, none of the tables or chairs were set up and we had to set the room ourselves. That cut into our set of time for other things necessary by almost 30 minutes. Second of all, all the toys in the toy section such as the dolls and the cars and whatnot are all broken! And all the electronic toys do not have working batteries in it. I literally saw little girls crying when they saw headless dolls and a lot of the children were so disappointed that they couldn't play with the cars and the electronic toys. Third of all the main attraction in the room, the merry-go-round, was broken! How in the world can that be broken for a bunch of children in a play center! The ball crawl itself is using the cheapest balls you could ever imagine and they all get crushed very easily and the pit itself was not filled enough so when children were going down the slide, their butts were hitting the inside of the ballpit very hard and I saw quite a few kids upset over that. They also have this interesting device that looks like a pachinko machine where you put a ball in it and it's supposed to be sucked up by air and go through a bunch of tubes. They were five tubes and only one of them were working. This in particular upset my nephew. Overall, the place was also pretty dirty and it was apparent that this place was not cleaned up from the last party. Last but certainly not least, they have a wall with these tiny little pegs that resemble Chinese checkers.... These pieces are so small that these are easily choking hazards and I literally had to run across the room to pull a few pieces out of a little child's hands because they were going right into the mouth. I took all hundred of these pieces off the wall and threw them into a plastic bag and gave them to the staff and ask them how can they be so naive to have pieces this small available for small children. The lady just looked at me like I was crazy and said sorry. I would highly suggest skipping this place and spending a few more dollars on a place that actually has everything in working order and is clean.

I do think the parents who attended with their child are pretty diligent. Within an hour of us there almost all the toys had been disorganized and it can be pretty chaotic. We paid $25 for 1.5hour which I thought was reasonable for the area. They have a section for the strollers, a restroom, and a place to buy snacks. They are good about signage, which was helpful! I booked 8 kids for a two hour experience for a birthday. The two hours included one "adventure" and some craft time. We were lucky that my group was the the only ones booked for that two hour window, so they got to enjoy it as a team. The best thing about the two hour experience: it's drop off. The adults literally cannot stay, there is no space for you. They have your number if some thing happens, but this is designed for adults to have your own adventure. HUGE win. If you have more than 15 kids, there's a party package with a custom adventure, side room and time for cake. They have a deal with the Industry City vendors for food options, which sounded awesome. The CREA team was responsive, answering my queries within a day of me sending an email. They were kind about helping me with options and ensuring we were all set. The space is fun. The room is long and has several zones to explore and collaborate in. There are things to climb and bounce on and zoom. The staff are special. They are kind, excited to hang with the kids, and organized. Feedback from my set of discerning and hopefully not too spoiled 7 to 9 year olds was mixed. The girls (7) loved it, and waxed poetic about the blocks and climbing wall and made gorgeous art. The 9 year old boys said great things about the bouncy area, but also reported that some of the interactive sensor games were glitchy and decided they were too cool for the craft. I would probably be back for a CREA date night (Friday and Saturday evenings). Perhaps not for another birthday.

The second floor has billiard tables as well. Place is located on the side street; many people might not even know of this arcade. Though many games are written with Chinese instructions, it's easy to figure out. Overall, a great place for kiddos to spend their time here
