Fun indoor activities for kids. Love the ball pit and obstacle courses. Kids need anti slip socks to get it. Came here for birthday party. They definitely did a great job to keep everyone on time.

Brought my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter here. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. She had a great time climbing up and down the ropes and sliding into the ball pits. Had smaller slides and larger ones. Also a small toddler area -with a small slide, some beanbag chairs and a few swings Had a nice amount of staff on the floor helping and making sure everything was running smoothly. There was also a rock climbing wall! The young man working that - Elliot - was awesome. Older kids were running around as well and looked like they were having a great time. Bring grippy socks or you can buy them there. Adults not allowed on climbing structures. There is a room for shoes, coats and bags. There are lockers but no locks on them. Can buy drinks and snacks to eat on the side. Were a few tables. Would definitely come back.

An incredible place to host children's birthday party. We celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday here recently, and it was spectacular. It's spacious, lots fun activities for kids, including trampoline, multiple party rooms, options to do theme based parties. Booking is very easy though their website. They call to get all the details about 2 weeks before the party. Slight changes can be made upto a week before the party. On the of the party, they help you with hosting the party from start to the end. There's a team dedicated to you to setup the party room (they already decorate the room) with your own stuff such as cake and goodie bags. All the guests are checked in and gifts are collected at the reception. The team does almost everything from with keeping track of time, bringing kids to the room, celebrating the cake cutting ceremony, meal time and clean up afterwards. They pack up left overs, all the gifts and put them in your car. Throughout the 2 hours there are assistances in all places watching the kids, keeping the areas secure and clean. I was so impressed with their full VIP service. They are also very considerate and thoughtful. They charged us for number of kids came to the party, even though our original estimate was a higher number. I totally recommend XE to any parents looking for a party place or to just have some fun time with their kids.

The owners Vic and Norman are very nice and accommodating. Swift responses to all emails. Helped with loading and unloading. Very smooth process with check in and all. Our hosts Emily/Scripture were so helpful too. Took care of everything with our big party! They were always checking in on us if we needed anything. The party package included decorations, cupcakes and all disposables needed. My son's classmates all had fun! So glad I booked his party here and the place didn't feel crowded. Thanks again!

I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. After five years, two birthday parties, and countless visits, I can confidently say this has been a consistently great place for our family.

Parking lot sucked to the point where I parked all the way in the back of the warehouses and walked cuz no one was leaving. I got inside and it was a freaking jungle. All age group of kids were there with at least 12 party rooms, hosting probably 20 kids/adults in each room. My son had a great time, but I watched him like a hawk with tons of older kids around him, jumping in the trampolines and diving into the ball pits. Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best.

We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

I recently hosted my child's birthday party here, and while the facility itself has some strengths, the overall party-hosting experience fell well short of what was advertised. Pros     *    The facility is generally in good condition.     *    It is noticeably less crowded than some other trampoline parks, according to several of our guests.     *    The staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous in general. Cons     *    Communication between the corporate booking system and local management appears poorly coordinated.     *    Reaching the local facility was frustrating. Their voicemail was frequently full, preventing messages from being left. Once, I was able to leave a voicemail, no one returned the call.     *    Even during posted business hours, calls often routed to a recording instructing customers to call back during business hours.     *    Management seemed reactive rather than proactive and showed little attention to detail throughout the planning process.     *    Cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was no floor mat beneath the urinals, leaving the restroom floor wet and resulting in guests running back throughout the facility. Why This Earned a 3-Star Rating? Because Sky Zone operates as a franchise, much of the customer experience depends on local management. The booking process itself is handled through the corporate website, where customers select party packages, food, beverages, and event timing. After the reservation is made, customers are directed to work with the local facility for all event-specific details. In theory, this should be straightforward. In practice, it was not. Our assigned party host never appeared for the entire event. A replacement host was assigned only shortly before the party began, leaving little opportunity to discuss details or confirm expectations. My child specifically wanted extended jump time (90 minutes rather than the standard 60 minutes), and although this was discussed beforehand, several aspects of our plans ultimately defaulted back to standard procedures without much consideration for our requests. The experience wasn't a disaster, and my child had fun.  Now that I understand how this location operates, I would be better prepared if I returned. However, the promise of being able to "Party Like a Boss" feels more like marketing than reality. As matter of fact, mentioning about the missing host, the management never talked to us.  If you're looking for a simple, less-crowded trampoline park, this location may be fine. If you're hoping for a well-organized, stress-free birthday party where the staff handles the details so you can relax and enjoy the celebration, you may find the experience falls short of expectations.

We decided to bring our kids here on a wet and rainy Saturday morning at 10:30AM to let them get some steam out .... and boy did they. First off, all shoes must come off when in the play area. In addition, it's advertised that no outside food or drinks are allowed, but I observed people with Dunkin iced coffees and bottles of water from outside. It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. As for the play area, this indoor playground is prettttty, prettttty big, as in wide and spacious. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Also, other kids were flying around and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying themselves. I rarely say we'll be back at some places, but I undoubtedly feel we'll be back at some point.

Extremely Disappointed - Unsafe Environment & Uncaring Staff…read more I'm writing this review to warn other parents about our experience at Launch Family Entertainment in Little Ferry. What was supposed to be a fun outing with friends and our kids turned into a disturbing reminder of how poorly this place is run and how little regard the staff has for children's safety. While my friend and I were sitting in the seating area, our kids were playing under the supposed supervision of staff. My daughter returned to me upset and in pain, explaining that a young child (around 4 years old) jumped and landed directly on her back and then laughed about it. My other friend, who was watching the kids, confirmed that children were repeatedly jumping without taking turns--and there was absolutely no employee supervising or controlling the area at the time. Only after my daughter got hurt did anyone suddenly appear to "monitor" the kids. I immediately approached the employees, explained what happened, and asked for an ice pack because my daughter was clearly not feeling well. Shockingly, no one apologized, asked if she needed medical help, or showed the slightest concern. Instead of assisting my daughter, the employee started filling out an incident report as if checking boxes was more important than a child who was hurt. The individual who claimed to be a supervisor was just as unprofessional. There was no empathy, no accountability, no urgency--just a cold attitude and an attempt to watch cameras, clearly focused on covering their liability rather than caring for the injured child standing right in front of them. It was only after I became visibly upset that I received a half-hearted apology, and by then it felt completely insincere. To me, if a facility fails to enforce its own safety rules or control the play areas to prevent injuries, that is a direct failure on their part. Parents trust these places to be safe, supervised, and responsive--and Launch in Little Ferry showed none of those qualities. If you are thinking about bringing your children here, please reconsider. A family entertainment center that cannot ensure basic supervision or show empathy when a child is hurt is not a place I feel comfortable returning to. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and frankly, very concerned for the safety of other children.
