I've been here a few times now. The first few times I have come was to celebrate other children's birthdays and my kids always had fun here. Then my daughters wanted to have their birthday here so we booked it. Everything ran smoothly and perfectly. They did all the work for us. They included a cake and favors. It was fun for the kids they jumped around for hours and tired themselves out. It was a quiet ride home they were all so tired.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. She and her friends had a fabulous time bouncing on all the different bounce structures, climbing, and powering through the obstacle course area. The kids were running around like crazy and burning tons of energy, which is always a plus for us parents. The pizza and cake (ice cream cake from Dairy Queen) were delicious and the kids had plenty of food and drink. The two girls who were in charge of my daughter's party were beyond kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They really helped keep the kids behaved and on task. They also made my daughter feel really special and that was so lovely to see. They get 10 stars! I guess the only complaint I would have is that the party does move pretty quickly. You are ushered into one room, the kids run around for about 30 minutes, then you are ushered into the second room (for about another 30 minutes) as another party comes in to the first room. I get that it's a party factory, and they have it down to a science, but for the price we paid I feel like the kids could have used a little more time in the play areas and less time in the eating area. You get 45 minutes to eat pizza and have cake, but it would have been fine with 30 minutes and then give the kids more time to play. Overall, the kids had a great time and it was our first time hosting a birthday party outside of the house so it was nice that Bounce Safari took care of everything. They called about a week before the party to make sure we had enough pizza and what we wanted to do about the cake. Not sure I have ever been to an indoor bounce house type place. Pretty straightforward concept and it was fun for the kids. The bouncey houses were all unique with a lot of different features to climb and jump. They also have a little party room after for pizza and cake. We'd been to Bounce Safari for birthday parties before, and my son absolutely insisted on having his 5th birthday party there. Everyone (parents included) had a great time! Booking was extremely easy - I made the initial reservation online, and about a week out from the party, one of their employees called to confirm details. The party itself was well-organized, VERY clean (even though we saw another party vacate the rooms right before us), everything from cake to food to favors were included, and the fees were reasonable. The place is disorganized, rushed and most of the staff is either rude or disinterested. I don't really think they understand that this is the one of the highlights of a child's year when they are working their birthday party. They jam parties one after the other and literally grab the food out from in front of the kids while they're still eating. I had my sons birthday party there and while he and his friends had a great time playing, I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. For almost $800 for an hour and a half, I am beyond disgusted with the service and the attitude of this establishment. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to Bounce U. It's cheaper and it's honestly so much more fun than this dismal place where the staff are beyond overworked and miserable. Came here a couple of weeks ago for my daughters classmate's birthday. It was a small group so I was able to bring my 4 year old and 18 month old. There was a sweet girl that opened the door for us and greeted us nicely (the small stuff counts). The team was really nice and professional with all the kids. I met the owner, Warren, who was one of the nicest people ever. He was very helpful in finding my youngest an activity that was height appropriate. These places have guidelines they need to abide by and I appreciate them caring about my kids safety. The place was clean, the energy way high, we didn't feel rushed and the kids had a blast. A perfect place for a kids birthday party,two different rooms that you spend about 30 minutes in, with a variety of slides and bounce houses. Both areas with seating for grand parents and family. Staff is usually attentive. The party rooms are about an average size with a throne for the party animal to make their day that even more special. Your in and out with in one hour. Had my son's 3rd Birthday party yesterday. I had 13 ranging from ages 1-10 and all of the kids had an amazing time! My party started exactly on time and ended exactly on time. The hosts were good. Very attentitive, patient and listened to all of my concerns and requests and they were great with the kids which is what matters the most. I only wished the party could have been a bit longer. Had grandchild's birthday party here, having previously been here one other time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized, as I witnessed firsthand, and as the kids left the bounce area in a line, there was someone waiting with spray sanitizer for their hands, before the kids went to eat. The play areas were a source of great fun for all. Both rooms had terrific bounce options as well as play areas for younger siblings. The party went smoothly from start to finish and from the time we arrived, the staff was on top of everything. For sure, we'll be back to play. Highly highly recommend Bounce Safari! From start to end with the party and planning, the staff were 100% on top of things. Everything was provided and included with the party package from printable invitations, party paper goods, pizza, cake, and party favors. The staff made it super easy to book the party and go over all the details from the week before to the day of. Upon entering Bounce Safari, I was happy to see multiple staff members wiping things down, taking garbages out, and vacuuming. The young girls that helped out with the party were very energetic and engaging with the kids. The bounce rooms were tidy, organized, and updated. The kids had a blast! Everyone was all over bouncing around and enjoying. We then were moved to the party room (also so clean) and greeted with hand sanitizer (thank you!) before the kids sat at the table. The room was decorated so cute! The staff handed out plates, pizza, drinks, and checked in on the kids frequently to see if they needed anything. I felt that I didn't even need to lift a finger to do anything extra. The cake was from Dairy Queen and tasted delicious! The day ended with the kids receiving a bouncy ball as a favor. 3 stars for being, "A-Okay." Nestled in an isolated nook within my town, I never knew this indoor bounce park even existed. Boy were we pleasantly surprised when we had our first experience here yesterday for our son's classmate's birthday party. They have something for everyone: massage chairs for the adults, lounge couches, the bounce apparatuses, basketball carnival style, and even toddler toys for the very young. The staff was enthusiastic, attentive, patient, kind, and jumped into action for a rescue when one of the kids got overwhelmed in one of the larger bounce mazes. The employee, Matti, jumped right in as if it were his own child to rescue one of my son's classmates. The down sizes come from the undersized party rooms. Around 15 kids plus 25 adults, not including staff made for very tight quarters, let alone not enough seating space. The bounce times also seemed a bit on the short side as the kids were just having enough time to warm up to the awing environments before being scurried off to the next room. The initial check-in area is equipped with a tv showing friendly kid movies however is also too small where adults were tripping over kids being so tight quartered. The hallway leading from the party rooms to the entrance is also too tight with coat racks taking up half the width of the hallway allowing only one direction of pedestrian traffic at a time. We've attended s number of birthday parties at Bounce Safari but this past weekend we had a reservation booked for my son's 7th birthday. We were a bit apprehensive at first regarding the menu because a number of guests have severe allergies. My husband even called and spoke to Warren who denied us the ability to bring in our own food but did assure us that accommodations could be made. We ended up ordering gluten free pizza without cheese (tons of veggies) that was delicious! Also crudités, fresh fruit & other items got our guests without allergies. Our hosts were attentive, friendly & ensured that everyone was taken care of. Our son & his friends had so much fun and even the parents stated that they enjoyed the festivities! We just had my twins 5th birthday party here last weekend and can't say enough great things about this place. They are very accommodating (especially for twins). They do everything! Cake, favors, pizza, decorations, (btw don't pay for extra decorations you won't need them). They are open and hold parties on Sunday's which was very convenient as most people in Bergen County can't go shopping Sunday's anyway and are free. The staff is AWESOME! Very polite, helpful, pleasant, and very good with the kids. Lots of big fun play toys for the kids and the pizza & cake was very good. Highly recommend them for any kids party. Also, they do have free play sessions which I think were $10/hr per kid. We take the kids there sometimes for that as well when they need to burn off some energy and a change of scenery. read more

Just recently I had my daughters birthday party there . It was our first time ever being at the place. My daughter had a great time which made it that much better , but I myself was very displeased with the staff who hosted our party and the people we spoke with over the phone when booking . Everyone of my 8 phone calls I gave bounce safari before her big day I said countless amounts of times that we were a large teen and adult party and had a few little ones in the mix (including my daughter) this was our first big party at a venue for our 3 year old and wanted to find a place that would accommodate her little cousins, herself , and all of our teenage aunts and uncles . The woman insured me every time that anyone was able to jump as long as they had socks, were under 6'4 and 300 pounds . We were also told we had an hour of jump time , then 45 minutes in the party room . Which for the money we paid we expected to get the exact time . Upon going in the first room we were almost 10 minutes late and that's where all our frustration began . Everyone was excited when going in and obviously all went a little crazy . The entire time the staff sat there and talked crap to each other while we were all right there . Making comments about the adults being too big and shouldn't be in with kids . Which again I made sure was ok before booking . There was one incident where a little one got hit with a ball when they were playing dodge ball . Which I understood it was something they wanted to avoid . But that was the only incident I thought was anything the staff should've worried about . In the second room they had pusses on their face the entire time . Complaining that the bounce houses were rocking and saying the weight limits had now went down to 150 . Which basically they lied to me on the phone cause now the weight went down 150 pounds from what I was originally told . The staff was unpleasant . Didn't come speak to me once about any of their problems kept yelling at my family and speaking nasty to my guests . The last room they stopped the party 10 minutes early and tried to take a picture . I kept telling the girl not to worry they want to play on their short amount of time in the room, she kept yelling at them and telling them to come here and wasted time that my daughter could've been jumping , and took us out of that room 5 minutes early . And when I finally had enough and went to talk to her about it she gave myself and my mother attitude and completely walked away and began talking crap right in front of us to her co-worker .Then my daughter tried going into the party room and she went to go grab her . Right after that I went to Speak to the owner because my head was about to blow off . I will say he was very kind and tried to calm me down . He tried saying the girls were probably stressed out because of the rowdiness of the adults in the blow ups . But again I told him how I was told it was ok and that the weight was told to me at 300 and how even the party host before the party said adults were welcome to go in . It's not like the adults were having wrestling matches in these things . They were jumping in the bounce houses and in the obstacle they were racing. Which is exactly what it was meant to do , race each other to the end . There was a lot of Miscommunication , I think this place would be great as a kid party only . No teens or adults as they clearly weren't ok with them being in the bounce obstacle course or bounce houses . But I couldn't believe the utter disrespect of the employees , their unhappiness all over their faces . We were a large group of adults so every single person at my party saw it all . So sad too because it was a lot of their first experiences at the place also. Hopefully next time they have a large party of adults they will explain it better . And not say one thing on the phone to get you in and say another when you're there . I'm just happy my 3 year old had a great time but my experience as the host who paid a lot of money for this party was beyond disappointing read more
