They were attentive to any kids attempting to leave ( mine included lol). The girl was constantly cleaning, organizing, and restocking the entire time. The men, however, were mostly on their phones, and the reason it bothered me was because the place was nearly empty and the bathroom clearly needed attention. One of them even heard me mention it on the way out and still didn't bother to check it. If my toddler had been potty trained, I honestly would've left to take her somewhere else to use the bathroom. I was really disappointed because when you're serving children, cleanliness should be a priority throughout the entire establishment. If the place had been packed or they seemed understaffed, I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to mention it, but in this case it just didn't make sense.

We chose an Avengers theme, and I was really impressed with how everything came together. The themed setup was colorful, detailed, and looked great in photos. The Avengers cake was especially cute and much more elaborate than I expected, with different superhero details incorporated throughout. Our son was so excited when he saw everything. The entire planning process was incredibly easy. Communication leading up to the party was organized, with clear deadlines for confirming our headcount, theme, cake, catering, and other details. We made a few changes along the way, and as long as we communicated them within a reasonable amount of time before the party, the staff was very accommodating and made the adjustments without making the process stressful. One of the best parts for us as parents was how little we actually had to do. Xtreme Energy coordinated the decorations, cake, activities, food, and overall flow of the party, which allowed us to actually enjoy our son's birthday rather than spending the entire time setting up, serving food, organizing the kids, and cleaning up. A special shoutout to our party host, Pookie, who was AMAZING! She did such a great job keeping the party organized and moving smoothly. She guided the kids from activity to activity, had everyone wash their hands before eating, organized them for pictures, and managed all of the transitions throughout the party. Having someone handle those little details made such a difference and was one of the reasons the party felt so effortless for us. We also ordered catering for the adults. The catering is pricey, but the food was overall good quality and having everything provided onsite was very convenient. I also loved that coffee for the adults was included with our party package--a small detail, but one that was definitely appreciated by the parents! Something important to know when budgeting is that outside food is not permitted, so if you want additional food for the adults, you need to order catering through Xtreme Energy. You can bring your own additional cake or cupcakes, but they must be nut-free. A few other things that are helpful for parents to know before booking: grip socks are required for the kids, so I recommend bringing extras for anyone who forgets theirs. Otherwise, they are $3 per pair onsite. Parents are not permitted inside the actual play area, although parents are still responsible for supervising their own children. The zip line also has a height requirement, so depending on the ages and heights of your guests, not every child may be able to participate in every activity. The kids had SO much fun, and there was plenty to keep them entertained throughout the party. Seeing how excited our son and his friends were made the experience especially memorable for his 4th birthday. Another thoughtful touch was that they gave our son two passes to come back for future visits as a birthday gift, which we really appreciated. This is certainly a splurge for a children's birthday party, especially once you add additional guests and adult catering, but after experiencing it, I understand what you're paying for. Between the entertainment, customized themed setup, cake, food, organization, and excellent service, they take care of almost all of the party logistics for you. Would we spend this much on every birthday? Probably not, but I absolutely think it was worth doing to make his 4th birthday extra special. We decided to bring our kids here on a wet and rainy Saturday morning at 10:30AM to let them get some steam out .... and boy did they. First off, all shoes must come off when in the play area. In addition, it's advertised that no outside food or drinks are allowed, but I observed people with Dunkin iced coffees and bottles of water from outside. It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. As for the play area, this indoor playground is prettttty, prettttty big, as in wide and spacious. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Also, other kids were flying around and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying themselves. I rarely say we'll be back at some places, but I undoubtedly feel we'll be back at some point.

It's a pretty small zoo, which has its pros and cons. Pros are that you can finish seeing everything pretty quickly. We probably spent less than an hour there, including the carousel. Cons are that there was not much to see. There were exhibits that listed certain animals, but they were nowhere to be found. I would say that if you're just looking for an activity to do with the kids, this would be a good option. But if you're looking to actually see any animals, you'll need to go to a bigger zoo.
