Paid a visit to Lily & Liam with my 10 month old daughter after work on a Friday. There was a good amount of things to do for even a 10 month old! For about $17.99 we got one child admission as well as one adult admission. We also had to pay another $4.99 for the an extra adult admission for my wife. This pays for a locker rental and access to the playground and seating area. No outside food or drinks are allowed. I did get a cold brew, scallion pancake, and a ham and cheese panini. The cold brew was surprisingly good. The food was decent. The playground was actually very good for a baby who can crawl and sit. There was a baby only area with a small slide and ball pit. There are lots of padded surfaces for the baby to practice standing and walking. And lots of toys and balls to grab. She especially enjoyed being pushed around the racetrack in a little cart. And the small kitchen to play in is fully stocked. It's also very clean. Staff members are constantly walking through the facility picking up stray balls, discarded toys, and wiping down surfaces. Reviewing here for a friend. You know those parents who think their kids are better then yours? This is this place when it comes to accommodating children who have food allergies. THEY DON'T CARE and that's absolutely shameful. A 16mo old has food allergies and was denied her own parents feeding her safe food from home. The parents were then told they should have fed her before. So now the staff is telling a mother how to parent her own child?! Absolutely ridiculous. I received very poor notice about private parties. I brought my daughters, ages 3 and 2, an hour and a half before you closed at 6 pm, only to be denied at the counter. At this point, my 3-year-old, who has autism, was excited and expected to play, only to be told we couldn't. The place wasn't crowded, and my daughter was very disappointed and couldn't stop crying. I don't want to play the race card, but the patrons were very homogeneous, except for a few Asian kids, like the owners. My 18 month old son had a blast! I went from 3:30-5:30 on a Friday and it was not crowded at all! There were a few families but did not feel overcrowded at all. This place is amazing! My two-year old niece from the UK (where these "soft play" places are more common) took off like a shot the second we got inside. It's extremely clean, with lots of interactive areas and they have loads of great menu items for kids (and adults alike) in the cafe area. Climbing, jumping, just really awesome for getting energy out. The cafe was super clean and the food was presented with care. I hope they keep the level of care as high as it currently is, because they will certainly have people coming back. I wish we had more places like this! read more

I took my almost 2-year-old daughter here on a rainy day to play and spend some time exploring and she absolutely loved it. It was reasonably priced, super clean, and dynamic enough to keep my two-year-old's attention! We didn't stay for food, but it looked great and everyone there was incredibly nice. I am SO ANGRY. I thought prices were steep but still decided to drive 40 minutes with five year old son and 1.5 year old baby to get here on a Thursday. Website says they close at 6:00 PM. I called and called no one picked up and voicemail also stated 6:00 pm closure. There was some traffic but we were able to arrive at 5:20 pm. Finally take out baby and son (baby girl is screaming at this point due to long car ride) and THEY ARE CLOSED, COMPLETELY DARK INSIDE. Had to stick screaming baby back in car disappointed and kicking, had to find a local playground. I am BEYOND ANGRY. No signs or anything or reasoning. I came to Lily and Liam today 11-4-23, and they advised me at 11:45 when I arrive that they were closing at 12:30. I asked the owner to please give me at least a discount since I won't be here for an hour and he was adamant and said no and so rude I would never come here again. The only reason I stayed and paid the money was because I had promised my two year old granddaughter that we were going to the jumpy house. Otherwise I would've walked out. We had a great experience on a Wednesday late afternoon. The staff was super nice. The place seems very clean and organized. Our kid is almost 16M but on the small side; so we had to watch out for these wild toddler boys that were running around and throwing the ballpit balls at her. We ordered an ice tea and corndogs, which came out right away and were yummy snacks. It even came with a cute fruit cup. There were plenty of toys and padded play space to keep our kid preoccupied and separated from the bigger kids. They even have a changing room with a changing pad and an Ubbi diaper pail. The "sandbox" was full of wooden cubes, which were not easy to walk on. We had to avoid it aside from a photo op because our kid kept trying to eat the wooden cubes. I'm honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews and think some parents need to adjust their expectations. read more

Was here yesterday and brought my 3.5 and 1.5 yo. It wasn't open until 3:30 because they had a birthday party going on which is fine so we went at 3:30. Initially when we got there there were only 5 kids which was great due to covid it was comfortable but within 10 minutes the place was packed with another birthday party. There were over 50 people including adults and it was hard for kids to play without getting toppled over and being pushed around. Generally this place is a good place for kids to play and get their energy out but I was really annoyed that they didn't give us fair warning that there was ANOTHER birthday party going on in the afternoon and yet continued to allow other people outside of the party come in. At least give other customers a warning that this place will soon be packed, I definitely would not have paid for an hour to play there had I known a birthday party was in session. Please consider safety measures and let your guests know if a birthday party will be going on instead of jam packing your place and taking their money. Maybe I would have thought differently about this place if I was only bringing one kid, but with two this place is overpriced for the experience. We were there for SLIGHTLY over two hours, such that I was charged $4.26 for the "overtime". Come on. I just spent $29.83 for two kids to play for two hours. It's $5 for 30 minutes of overtime - I get that. So you charge me (AND my friend with two kids) $2 per kid while we're obviously trying to hustle out the door with a zillion things. That's just being petty. We brought you $60 of business and could have been repeat customers. The business model needs an overhaul. The food would be reasonably priced (I didn't see the portion sizes though) if it wasn't for your eating time being included in your play time. You can't bring your own food, I get that, but then offer a significant discount on the play time where maybe you pre-pay for your order while you check in and present your receipt when your kids are ready. What if we wanted to have a play date and stay for lunch? Instead, someone else got our lunch business and didn't charge us just for being on the premises. I've been to LOTS of play places all over the country where your time has not been so rigorously monitored with the swipe out card method. $12-$15 per kid per flat fee entry is already the high end. I wanted to check out this place so close to home, and was thinking about making it a regular thing after deep cleaning closure days. But until that entry fee changes from minutes to flat, I'm not interested in returning, scheduling play dates, or recommending Lily & Liam. read more

Family friendly establishment ! The cafe food is delicious ( especially the chicken and vegetable dumplings). Clean fun . I love the no shoe policy ! The only issues I had was the wood cube play area & the lack of parking . The cubes (phytoncide) are very hard on the babies feet & may be a hazard when the kids are throwing them . I've been to Lily and Liam a couple of Sunday afternoons so my 2.5 year old could release some energy during these colder months. Unfortunately both time the place gets COMPLETELY overrun with parents. I arrived there when it opened and my son had about 30 mins to run around. We were in the Lego area playing for a few minutes and I look up to see the place crowded. The space is small already and feels even smaller when every child has both parents and then some watching over them. Unfortunately, once the adults took over the play space my son stopped enjoying because of his stranger danger phase. I'll likely continue to visit but I would STRONGLY suggest they limit the amount of visitors. read more

Absolutely loved it! So it's winter time and I just got back from Miami and my 15m baby girl found her love for slides at a park in Miami so as soon as I got back I said I need to find an indoor park for her to play during the winter. So glad I tried Lily & Liam. I love that when you walk in you have to take off your shoes, not only do most Asian cultures follow this but it's so necessary to avoid the spreading of germs and bacteria. Especially in places where kids are crawling or touching with their hands and then putting it in their mouth. They have a nice cafe area for parents and children truly very comfortable environment. The kids area consist of toddler area and an older kid area. Only reason I didn't give it five star was because I wish they didn't do parties at the same time the public is there it's just too much kids lol a lot ! Also I wish they were a bit stricter with older kids I feel like over 6 is too old for you to be in that indoor playground because the kids their are so tiny and small and 7 year olds and over are so active and tough it can get dangerous. But besides that I loved it super clean. I mean I did notice the outside of the slide was dusty I wanted to wipe it down with some windex but besides that it was super clean, tidy and the staff was on point. I can see myself coming again till my baby girl is 6. And we also have another baby on the way so this is perfect. Totally loved it. Also they have three rooms one with a changing table, a toddler kid bathroom and a regular adult bathroom super cool! About 2 months ago I reviewed this place for their prompt attention and assistance when I inquired about my son's BDparty. Well... I have to update post Birthday party!!! If I could give Lily and Liam's more than 5 stars I totally would! My son's 4th Birthday party celebration occurred this past Sunday, October 2nd. We booked a private party therefore had the entire venue to ourselves. We had almost 30 kids and about 45-50 adults. Everyone fit comfortably and then some. The staff did an AMAZING job. It was such a pleasant surprise to see a wonderful back drop, table decor, wall decor and much more for our Star Wars themed party. They went out of their way to blow up high quality balloons, special star wars balloons, including the huge darth vader ones from Party City! The staff was attentive (they watched the kids carefully and cleaned up after them) throughout the entire party. The owners along with The managers were there for our every need, ie cabling to hook up music, our laptop, to access their projector, etc. I can easily go on and on because they even helped with ny decor once I arrived after they had already decorated as well. I am so fulfilled that our son's 4th was a success! Each and every person thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I have to thank the staff/owners of the establishment. Every single family / guest was impressed by the cleanliness, service and food. Oh even the kids bathroom is amazing! This place is a gem. A few reviews mentioned that it is costly, well you get what you pay for. They really made our day memorable! I thank them from the bottom of our hearts because I know that they went out of their way before, during and after our party! Again, a big big THANK YOU!!! I love this place as it offers a clean and great place to hang out with your toddler or baby even weather is down. Compared to other indoor play ground, I praise how they keep this place clean and energized! Few constructive observations I made over last couple months, up to the readers to take them into consideration however it fits the need. Of note following observation only apply to Saturdays as I have been there on Saturdays. - Saturday can be crowded especially there are birthday party. Someday like today (2/11) I saw few parents fight over the table. Some were nice enough to let the other strangers to join. However, when you are only one caretaker for baby and need a table to sit down to feed the little one, how would you feel if you have no place to sit? - After you eat, how should you leave the table? I saw few individuals leave the left over food and garbage on the table. I do not think sanitizing the table is necessary but at least garbage should be taken away or is it the owner's responsibility? Perfect place to burn off your toddlers energy (or at least half of it) there's a station to accommodate what every kid likes. From legos to shopping to a jungle gym, there's even 2 ball pits in case one fills up. Now the bad..it can get pretty crazy crowded over the weekend. The food was average and over priced. What surprised me the most was that using the cafe eats into your playtime even though we paid for everything seperately! So why charge such an inflated price for food and subpar coffee? My wife, our 3 year old daughter Kayla and I visited Lily & Liam on a rainy Saturday. We thought it would be a great alternative to beat the crumby weather. After visiting Kids Cafes in South Korea, we knew what to expect, but thought that any Kids Cafe in the U.S. would not be able to compete with the immaculate facilities we've experienced overseas. With that being said, we were only set out to judge 4 main factors that would make us loyal customers: Cleanliness, Safety, Fun Factor and Staff. So here are the results: 1) Cleanliness - 10/10 - We've never met the owner, but it's safe to say that he/she has OCD! The place was literally Spotless... my wife and I could not believe our eyes so we went around purposely looking for flaws, but could not find a speck of dust anywhere. Their staff is also on top of organization. Any toy or play ware that was out of place was immediately returned to its designated play area. Lastly, they had an air filtration machine that tirelessly worked to filter dust and airborne bacteria. 2) Safety - 10/10 - Super soft flooring, foam cushions/padding, security cameras monitoring all play areas and attentive staff members. Your child couldn't injure themselves if they tried. Bravo! 3) Fun Factor - 8/10 - Lego building area, Mini ball pit, eco friendly wood cube pit, Mini market place, push car race track, foam gymnasium area, and soft play jungle gym. Plenty to keep kids entertained for hours. They did a great job putting the place together to make it fun for all kids. The 8/10 is not because it was lacking in fun and excitement, but because Korea's Kids Cafes have spoiled us... -_-; 4) Staff - 100/10 - Where did you find these human robots? They see everything and multitask with providing a safe environment, keeping the place tidy and keeping a smile on every kid and parent. Kudos to management/owners for training staff so well! Your staff are very professional but at the same time make kids/parents feel like they are family. I've been to so many Kids Cafes that had Staff that just stood around. I even observed a dad of two kids (one around 4 yrs old and the other an infant), struggling to chase the 4 year old and pay attention to the infant. The staff ensured the safety of both children and provided a helping hand to the dad who brought the kids by himself. Again, great staff quality! We didn't get to try the food so we can't really review the food, but the visuals/presentation gets an A in my books. We will provide an update on food once we try it. To sum things up, Lily & Liam is an awesome inexpensive activity for you and your kid(s) to do rain, sleet or shine. We would highly recommend this facility and vouch for its superb quality all around. We will be back many many times! read more

If you have a toddler or kid, this is an amazing place. The indoor playground has a climbing gym, a "sandbox" made of small wooden blocks, a toddler ball pit, and a "race track." There is a great cafe area for parents to hangout too. Parents are free admission, and kids pay per hour. My wife is playing with the baby while I sit and chill with a cup of iced coffee. We are switching off soon, and I think I will enjoy playing with my daughter more than sitting around lol. Awesome place. Coming back! read more

Recently had my son's 5th birthday here! The booking process was a breeze, and they did answer relatively quickly with any questions I had.. The place itself was nice and clean - lots of things for the kids to do to keep them occupied. The one thing I didn't like however is that you have to pay extra if the adults wanted "VIP seating" and it's really just a table.. Also once the party is over, they literally tell you: "if you don't leave at xxx time, you will be charged per person". I wish my guests had more of a pleasant exit rather than feeling like having to be rushed out. Regardless, the food was good and the staff was amazing. read more

We live out of state but have family and friends in NJ. We decided to hold our son's 1st birthday party at Lily & Liam's so we wouldn't have to worry about decorations and clean-up, and it turned out to be a great idea. From the initial planning to the actual day of the event, everything was so easy. The staff is professional, the decorations were perfect, and the place is immaculately clean! This is a place for toddlers (or younger). I went on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't crowded. No shoes are allowed. The children's play area is small but it was sufficient (for the amount of children that were there). My son had a great time. I had a good time too because I was able to play (with him) and watch him play as I relaxed to the background music of Frank Sinatra and other classics. Order children jumped into ball pint which designed for little ones as 24 months and below. There were more than three staff walked arounnd, but they didn't care. NOT FRIENDLY for younger ones.
