If you want to play with the machines and other games inside you have to fill your card (which they give you upon entering). The slides are so much fun. This is a great place for kids especially between 3-10 I'd say as the perfect age group to bring here. The digs are cavernous and it's a perfect place for kids to really burn some serious energy and run around to their heart's content. I also like the fact this place is generally cleaner than some of the other kids indoor playgrounds that lot the nearby landscape. It's also in a big mall so there's plenty to do before/after the experience as well for the family. However this place has some serious issues too when it comes to the staff, especially during the weekend morning hours when they are consistently late when it comes to opening their doors. It's actually shockingly unprofessional when they keep people waiting as long as 15 min or more before anyone even shows up to unlock the doors. On a recent visit I saw a parent who was stressing out because she booked a birthday party and was told to come at 10am to setup and none of the doors were open. It's ridiculous that something like this happened and she should have gotten a refund for the stress she endured (as of course even after opening the pace of getting through the crowd of people in the door was glacial at best) Honestly if you can deal with the poor staff experience this is a big place for kids to go crazy in. On Easter Sunday, my mother took my young daughter to this establishment to play. When I arrived to pick them up, I was unable to reach my mother by phone, as she was not answering her calls. I approached the front counter and politely requested to enter briefly--no more than a minute--to retrieve them. Despite the facility being nearly empty and multiple employees visibly idle, the manager on duty refused to allow me entry unless I paid an admission fee. This rigid adherence to policy, in the absence of any reasonable operational burden, reflects a concerning lack of discretion and customer service judgment. It is deeply troubling that a family-focused business would prioritize an inflexible rule over common sense, particularly in a situation involving the pickup of a minor child. While businesses are entitled to enforce their policies, those policies should not be applied in a way that defies logic, human decency, or basic safety considerations. I had read bad reviews about the customer service, but I went ahead & planned my daughter's birthday party anyway. It was HORRIBLE. I kept calling, no one would answer, then left voicemails, no one called back. I called many times & it would then ho to y voicemail & say it was full. So I started sensing emails. I wanted to let them know headcount & ask a few questions. Nothing. I finally wrote the better business beareau & only then did someone call me back. The lady's name was Roxy..she was very unapologetic, with an attitude of what-do-you-want....no im sorry for the struggle, inconvenience. This Roxy lady literally had the audacity to not even apologize for any of it, literally said to me, "we are separate from the company we are an answering service." If you are planning a birthday party here then this review is for you. I planned my daughters 3rd bday here recently. The most important thing for me was that the kids have fun and I had a stress free party. Our party host was SO nice. He was very organized with schedule once we were in the room and very helpful. My biggest issue was the lack of communication leading up to the party. You book online and it's pretty easy but good luck trying to talk to an actual person. They responded to a few of my questions through email but the week of the party I got zero responses and no one ever answered the phone. It was so frustrating! My second issue was lack of decorations. The receipt stated "decorations and digital invitations included". When I arrived there were just table cloths and plates on the table and leftover deflated balloons from another party. I had to quickly clean those up. I was expecting at minimum a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" banner but nope just a blank dirty wall. My sister was able to go purchase one at a store nearby for pics. You are only allowed to bring cake and desserts but no outside food. The pizza was ok and we brought coffee for the adults in addition to pastries. Overall bring decorations (backdrop for wall), cake and sweets. The kids will definitely have fun but don't expect much help/info while planning. This place is expensive, I expected better service. Fabulous fun place for toddler and kids of all ages. This place is full of fun things like maze tunnels, curved and big slides, basketball arenas and few other activity spots. Kids can easily have 1-2 hours of entertainment. They tickets are relatively cheap, kids around $20 and adult for $7. They strictly enforce checks between parents and kids. Inside the play area there are free storage shelves and also got paid lockers, $3 for first hour for a small one. Every who play are required to take their shoes off. If you're a kid, this is heaven. If you're a parent, this is hell. Like it's spiritual ancestor Discovery Zone, Billy Beez is a massive maze of pipes, ramps and slides for kids to climb through. I thought it would feel small given that I am a grown adult now; nope, felt much bigger because it is. The pipes go higher, the slides are bigger and definitely designed for small bodies (I missed the pad a few times), and the addition of other elements like a ball shooting room and trampolines make it more substantial than the place I grew up with. Most rules here function like suggestions. Once you sign waivers, pay, and get inside, it's a free for all. The only employees man the front desk, food stand, and maybe there's 1 or 2 people walking to clean (they do keep the place clean somehow) or watch kids. Way too much ground to cover, so it really falls to the parents. There are a handful of arcade games to play and crane machines--which are worthwhile--but they are supplementing all the physical activity. There is a small toddler play space in front, however there are also legitimately massive 20' slides in the back. Suffice to say, the age range is pretty wide based on what part of the place they're playing in. My favorite part were the rainbow wave slides in the back, which while huge are a bit more doable for little ones. Contrary to what 1 other person wrote, they do check on the way out to ensure kids/parents are matched up. Prices are a little high but that's expected with this kind of place. We visited our daughter's friend B-day party.We had a party room for 2.5 hours.The staff didn't bother to check on us,and we didn't have enough water bottles,utensils and napkins for kids.Parents served thekids to ensure everyone had thei pizza slice and water bottle.We also cleaned the tables before a B-day cake was served. There was an issue with a guest count,but the management refused to resolve it properly. It was escalated to the main office, and their CEO was threating us to call a security cuz we created too many problems.. We loved Billy Beez! Our family of four met up with some friends and their kids and loved that the kids could run around and play independently or together. Tons of different things to do and a completely new experience that we've never had before. While it wasn't cheap (you pay for the kids and parents.. plus special socks) you do get to stay and play all day long and can even pop out to the mall for a bite to eat and come back. We loved all of the climbing elements, slides, ball pit, trampoline, air hockey, ropes, and more. I think you could be there for an hour without doing the same thing twice. As a parent is was a little hard to keep your eye on your little one and at one point they let us leave without checking our wrist bands to make sure we were leaving with our own children. And at one point a child threw up and it took a few minutes for staff to arrive and clean it up with quite a few folks accidentally stepping in it and tracking it around the area. Ew! read more

Planning a party at Billy Bees Palisades was a wonderful experience in the end, but I have to start by addressing the only real hiccup: communication. Getting in touch with someone directly is nearly impossible at first. Calling the number listed online won't get you far--it's a centralized line for all locations, and the incredibly sweet young lady Shayla is handling every inquiry solo. Be patient with her; she's doing her best! What worked wonders for me was filling out the online contact form. Just a heads up: once she calls you back (usually the next morning), be sure to answer. If you miss it, you can't return the call, and you'll have to submit the form again to start the process over. A bit inconvenient, but manageable if you're prepared. Once I was contacted by Ashlynn from the actual Palisades location during the week of the party, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. Truly, it was a breeze from that point on. Special shout-out to Aslynn and Summer, who were absolute dolls. Despite the place being packed--over 700 guests!--they were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. A big gold star to Ashlynn, especially, who I was told is new. She handled everything with such poise, juggling a huge crowd and still making sure all the party rooms were being serviced on time. That is no small feat. In the end, the celebration was a hit, the kids had a blast, and I'd book here again (now that I know the system). Just don't forget that contact form! A few tips that helped make the overall process go smoothly. Tell all your guests--adults and kids, whether they're playing or not--to fill out the waiver online before arriving. I told my guests to do it the day before, and it saved a ton of time at check-in. The location is right next to Best Buy, so let guests know to park in that area to avoid confusion. Start your celebration 1.5 hours BEFORE your private room slot. For example, our private room slot was from 3:45-5:15 PM, and our party was from 2:00-5:30 PM. That way, any late arrivals didn't eat into our precious 90 minutes in the room. Pack Light: Don't bring a huge bag of personal stuff (only your decorations, should you be using your own). Came here for my two year old's school friend's birthday party and really wasn't sure what to expect. I've taken my son to an indoor playground in Paramus, but this place was a lot bigger. For those who have never been here (like myself), this is located on the first floor right next to where Best Buy is - for your reference since this mall is so big and there's literally no sign outside the mall to direct you Upon arrival, there's a line waiting to get in for those who are walking in. I was one of many who was in line for the birthday party who had already signed the waiver (you need to do this before going inside). I recommend doing this way before hand to make your check in process a lot faster. There was only ONE person working at the counter which was ridiculous- trying to get parents to round up their kids and sign waivers...definitely not a good time already. After standing in line for at least 15 mins, my son and I got our wrist band and we were directed inside ....except no one told us where to go for the party room. I walked through the huge play space to find that the party rooms and bathrooms are located all the way in the back corner of the space. Not convenient holding my 2 year old and a huge present bag, but ok. Walking through the space gave me a good perspective. There is a big empty space to the right as soon as you walk in where there were seating for food- it faces the play space perfectly for you to watch your kids play. The party space was decent. There were about twenty or so adults and a few kids in the space for the party and we fit comfortably. The place provides kids with their socks which is nice and my son had a good time running around. The place itself is somewhat clean...I guess as clean as an indoor playground can be. Truthfully, those who are still nervous about COVID; this place is not for you. No adults or kids wore masks and let's be honest, I highly doubt this space is getting sanitized on a daily basis. The only good thing was I went around 4:30pm on a Saturday and I was expecting this place to PACKED and it wasn't at all. The space was big enough to run around where you're not running into TOO many people, so my son and I were fairly 'social distanced' from other kids. My son is also only 2 so I crawled through a lot of spaces with him, giving me a good perspective on the cleanliness. It's a decent place to have a kids party, but they were extremely strict about being in the party room. It seemed like we only had the room for 2 hours because we had pizza and cake probably within 45 mins of being there and then we ended up moving all our things OUTSIDE the party room to the tables. I'm not sure I'd come back. There are plenty of other indoor playgrounds that are smaller and cleaner where they'll provide better customer service. read more

This is a great way to spend the day with a young child!!! Kids 1 and a half until 13 or so will have a blast here! I came here recently with my 13 month old, and he was a hair young still, but he did seem to enjoy himself. He is too young to understand what to do, so my wife and I had to do everything with him. Hopefully he figures it out better next time. Its 17 per kid 1-3, first adult 8, then 11 after that. So my wife and I paid more to watch him then he did to play lol!! No biggie. The best part is you can stay from opening till closing. So if you want to stay 3-4 hours, it is less than10 an hour! Not too shabby. The longer you stay the ore worth it it is! Since my kid is so young, most of the place is too advanced for him. We stuck with the little kids area to the left as soon as you get inside. It is a nice little climbing thing and it ends in a slide. He did it about 15 times lol! After an hour or so we took a walk around the place, and boy is it HUGE!!!! One day we hope to have our kids bday here when he is older and can play there better. I will say that staff is friendly, but super overwhelmed... Place is very clean! This was my first time here and I must say, I agree that it's pricy but I will also say that it's well worth it. This place is huge, great for adults and kids. I must've counted 15 slides and just a huge open space to play and climb. My 5 year old son had a great time, my teens also had a great time. There's a basketball area, there's a floating ball area, trampoline area and games. They have food and drinks. Food is reasonably priced. $2.99 for pizza and $2.99 for hot dogs? That's not bad at all. Some other little snacks for kids and nachos. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves, we will come again. Reason for 4 stars, the slides hurt if you're not wearing long sleeve shirts and pants. Adults should be free or cheaper and workers could be more friendlier. My 9-yr-old daughter is autistic and non-verbal. She changes all the time and it is hard to tell what activities she will respond to, especially since we can't really communicate with her. Today, I decided to try taking her to Billy Beez. As it happens, this was not something she wanted to do. We walked in, she looked around, took me by the hand and led me back out again. Okay, no big deal, it was worth a try. To my shock, the manager (who is the same person who checked us in 30 seconds prior) refused to give me a refund. She told me, "We can't give a refund because she didn't enjoy it." I explained the situation to her: that it wasn't a matter of enjoyment, she didn't want to do it at all which we had no way of confirming in advance due to her autism, and we were only in there for 30 seconds, as the manager was well aware. She steadfastly refused to issue a refund. She gave me a credit for another visit, which is useless to me since my daughter didn't like the environment. So all in all, I drove 40 minutes to this place, stood in line for it, spent 30 seconds inside at a cost of $33.49 (more than a dollar per second) and then got sent out for another 40 minute drive home with a worthless credit for another session that will never be used. If my daughter had played there for even 10 minutes, I wouldn't have asked for anything back, but we literally walked through the gate and walked right back out. I understand not issuing refunds for every little thing, but we obviously didn't receive the service we paid for, and due to the mitigating circumstances, I think a refund was more than called for. It is difficult enough to raise a special needs child without businesses exercising "gotchas" like this to screw you over. Billy Beez took advantage of my daughter's disability to steal from my family today, pure and simple, which is disgusting. Other consumers should beware. read more

I think when you work at a place and you are dealing with customers. Customer service is key for repeated business. I asked her excuse me where can I get my wristband and she looked at me like I was her worst enemy. She then said to me who helped you, but I had just explain to her that I didn't know, and then I finally looked at the receipt where it said the cashiers name when I said that to her the name of the cashier her response was " well then that's who you need to go to!!! " What really gets me was her attitude the look on her face like she was doing me a favor? I think the problem nowadays is the new generation doesn't want to work they want to be social media superstars. When I asked another associate, what was the manager's name she gave me the runaround and didn't want to tell me her name. They charge adults $10.95 just to sit down, I get it it is not cheap to rent a place like this, but when they force you to buy their socks and charge the adults, I think they get a little bit too, carried away. I took my 5&7 year old here last week right when it opened at 10. Not even an hour later, a camp of no less than 150 kids came all at once. Aged 8-13 I'd say. They sprinted into the play area like a stampede of bulls. No regard for little kids around. Running up slides, pushing each other. The camp counselors were no older than 18, playing tag with each other. There were no eyes on the camp kids and the ruckus they were causing. I saw multiple families complain to management about how the kids were breaking a lot of the establishment rules. To which one staff member came and "checked things out" and walked back to the desk. I asked management for a refund stating we were there not even an hour and now the establishment was not a safe place for young children to play. It was a mad house. Management was very off putting. Stated coldly refunds were not something they did. The least they could do was give a warning to the families that arrived before the camp that a large group was coming at this time to let us decide if we would be okay with that. Billy Beez is a huge indoor gymnasium equipped with Giant Slides, basketball/soccer courts, trampolines and anything you can imagine. ..they have. My favorite part is the Giant Drop slide. Feels like a Roller Coaster without the cart. Just a Tip: When sliding down throw your hands in the air so you don't get a blister from the friction of the slide. It hurts...bad. Admission is $11.95 for children under 4 and $6.95 for Adult Admission. You receive a card that allows admission. Your full name and phone number is programmed into it for emergency purposes( like when you lose your kid on the obstacle course like I did). I would like to see Billy Beez change: 1. Their Cafe. Terrible cold popcorn that was not fresh. Overcooked nuggets that I'd never feed my Maltese let alone my daughter. Get it together. 2. I'd also like to see some lockers programmed with those cards they give us to gain access. That way the fear of new Jordans being stolen or a North Face won't constantly be on anyone's mind while enjoying their time. 3. The Trampolines need to have more children jumping at a time. It's honestly one of my sons FAVORITE places to play for the past 3 years. He loves jungle gyms and this is one on steroids. What I love about it is the size there's space to run and so many different slides, tunnels, balls machines, trampolines, baby gym etc.... parents can sit by the cafe and there's seating in the back and space between seating and the play gym. It used to be where you can pay for the whole day and have in and out privileges. But it's no longer in and out. 4-17 years is $21 1-3 is $10 Adults is $10 Seniors is $7 I'm subtracting a star because of the pricing even though it's so worth the $20 for your kids I don't think adults should pay. OBVIOUSLY YOUR KID CANT COME IN UNLESS THERES AN ADULT. I don't physically go in the gym even though some parents do I don't think adults should pay. Also the crowding is INSAAAAAAAANE On the weekends. Bronx crowd is worse on the weekends. Also the price has increased by $3 in 3 yrs...which I get we live in a world of inflation. But the facility remains the same Security is pretty good I guess...there's no secret back door where pervs can come in or your kid can slip out. I had a party booked for my daughter and put a deposit down , it just so happened that the day of party The Taconic parkway was closed due to a State emergency.. not only were my guest and I unable to attend but to speak with someone was impossible the day of my party . Days later I got a call and ask for my deposit back due to the circumstances and was told no exceptions . So there I was no party and lost money . FYI - Never book at a place we're refunds are non exceptions . Circumstances can happen to anyone .. you shouldn't be punished for it . read more

This place is amazing for any kid, my daughter almost 5 loves to come here every time we come to New York to visit family. I don't give this place 5 stars because of the people who works there... so sad to see the employees bad attitude pretty much for everything. If you work in a place where there's kids you should at least "pretend" to smile, they all look like they hate to work there. Time to change your employees Billy Beez! read more

Absolutely horrible experience here with terrible and inconsiderate Management and staff. The place is advertised everywhere as closing at 6pm, I arrive with my toddler son at 5:03PM and they just arbitrarily say admission closes at 5PM. I offer to pay cash or whatever and guarantee I will leave at 6PM but the Manager just rudely says "admission closes at 5PM" while my son is standing there now hysterically crying because he got excited to go in. I don't understand how someone could be so inconsiderate and rotten working at a children's' place, and why this business wouldn't publicly disclose when admissions close, if that's even true that they close at 5PM. I don't see how this place will stay in business much longer. Avoid it at all costs. There are more fun and cheaper things to do with your children anyway than taking them to this dump. read more

Billy beez is a great concept , tons of slides, stairs and fun play but... it is very poorly ran. Visited this location for a birthday party. This location was very busy when I visited, very few employees were visible and the ones on the floor seemed like they didn't want to be there. The cleaning lady I saw often, all around. The food seemed to be made in a microwave. I get it's not a restaurant but how can you get soggy fries and nuggets, which tasted like they were out from the night before, yuck! The teens at the entrance/exit wouldn't even confirm that the children exiting were with the corresponding adult... big red flag! I definitely will not be patronizing this establishment. read more
