In the back is a birthday party area, where there is also a basketball hoop toss, kid-sized air hockey table, and a small Lego table. We came on a day when they had a character meet & greet which was cool as the kids got to take photos with them. Rates are reasonable and you can book 1-2 hours or a day pass. Mon-Fri from 10-11am is "Toddler Hour" for kids 4 and under, with a discounted admission rate. They seem quite popular for birthday parties and sometimes the whole place gets booked out for private parties so call ahead or check their IG/FB page for any schedule announcements. It's well-located in a corner of The Shops at Nanuet (an open-air mall), ground level under Regal cinema, so easy parking and places to eat close by. 4 stars but bumping to 5 because there's just a lack of good indoor kids playgrounds/gyms in this area.

Gradually this place is getting more popular and crowded. But it also becoming repetitive for us. Maybe the management can introduce some rotating activities to keep it interesting for the kids. The staff do a nice job of keeping the place organized and clean. They are very friendly as well. I can't comment on the pricing/rates and what they include for parties since we were just attendees, but it's definitely a great, intimate spot for hangouts and parties.
