I was very impressed with the room setup, as it was a big room with chandliers, nice tables and chairs, and looked very beautiful for an event. Even had an upstairs part where one can hang out if a person wants to. We met with a person who is no longer working there, but she was very nice. There are lots of options if one is planning a party: there are breakfast/brunch options, a buffet option, and a sit down option.We would have done a sit down option, which included salad, pasta, fish, steak and chicken dishes. (ask for a sit down menu for specifics) Including options like an open bar. She did a good job answering all our questions and concerns.Also just a small feedback, they should have samples of food around so that a person planning the party knows how the food tastes. While we encase our trust in them to make good Salmon for instance, i think it would be benefical for all party planners to know how the food is. We also checked the restroom, which was clean, and was big and roomy. It is also a little more on the expensive side. While we decided on another venue, I really liked this one despite not really being on the water, but having a small waterfall from the view of the window. We ordered tons of drinks and food, and lingered around about to have some beer and play some ping pong. The staff here is always wonderful and helpful. Our bartender, Ben, was perfect and whipped up some a beautiful spicy margarita and blackberry cocktail. This place is located in historic grounds smack dab in the middle of Letchworth. There you'll find a beautiful building with a nice bar and restaurant, axe throwing, air hockey, golf simulation, pool and a nice area to host your events. I know this is popular with the golf community and have seen them host the volunteer fire fighter events as well. Would love to get the pickleballers up in here one day as the go-to spot since the courts in stony point are so close. The real ones should know about this place hence why I decided to write a review. I recommend checking out their events calendar for upcoming activities to do with your friends so you can get the most out of your experience there.

I love that they have various different rooms so we could hang out with the adults while the kids had their own space during cocktail hour. The space felt comfortable and the food which included stations and past hors d'oeuvres were delicious. When we headed into the party room the DJ and staff were on fire. Everybody seemed happy to be working there, and even the bartenders were smiling. The dinner food was eh and not something I would run back to try. Bathrooms clean and well taken care of throughout the evening. Even though we didn't have an opportunity to see the grounds since this was an evening event they seemed lush and plenty full.

Their online planning portal was also so incredibly helpful for figuring out exactly what we wanted for music and how the flow of the day would go! And when we finally got to the day, DJ Mario was amazing! He did a perfect job of blending me and my husband's music tastes and playing crowd pleasers that got everyone hyped and on the dance floor. He dropped so many bangers during our first dance set that our Best Man turned to us and said "this playlist is TOO good! I can't sit down!" Mario kept the reception flowing perfectly, and I was THRILLED when he handed me the mic for a little karaoke session. It was truly the most fun I've ever had! A Perfect Blend Entertainment handled the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as…read morewell as our DJ booth for our June 24, 2023 wedding.  Mario was our head DJ and he was INCREDIBLE.  We met about 8-10 months out from the wedding to discuss our general vision, at which point we secured his services and gained access to our web portal where we were able to start loading content (song choices for each segment of our event, must pays, do not plays, etc) and get started on the general vibe of the party.  Then as we approached the wedding, we had more contact to select our custom photo booth strips (they make you a scrapbook with everyone's photo strips!! how cute!!) and to solidify choices, get the mixes right, and make sure everything is cohesive.   A Perfect Blend is VERY familiar with our venue (FEAST at Round Hill) so they also provided uplighting and were able to mount speakers in the entire venue, making it a fully rounded experience. I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!
