Went to see Aries Spears 9:15 show Friday evening, first off if you're going to the second show of any comic don't expect the show to start as advertised time. Comics tend to run over. At 9:15 we were still outside the theater waiting for entrance. The 7:00 audience didn't start exiting until about 9:35-9:40. By the time my party and I were seated it was 10:15. The opening act started about 10:45 however the cocktails we ordered at 10:35 still hadn't arrived. Once the headliner appeared was when the server came to take our food order in the middle of his set. I've been here many times but generally our food and drinks are served prior to any act coming out. Food and drinks were fine, just the service SUCKED THIS TIME. read more

Had tickets to go see Gary Owens on Friday for the first show. Unfortunately serious storms rolled over Pearl River and Nyack before the show 7:00 show started. We were on our way to the venue when we got emergency notices from the State, with flood warnings, telling us not to drive. I tried to call the theater and asked if they can get us into the later show, nobody answered so I left a message with my number. Nobody returned my call that evening. I tried again on Saturday, nobody answered i left another message, to see if we can get into one of the Saturday shows. Nobody returned my call. IEverybody knew there was a torrential downpour, We were willing to come to any other show. They never even gave us the opportunity. Very disappointed. It's one of those places you pass by and think nothing of it. Well I was invited to a comedy show and yes I was amazed by the venue. From without it doesn't seem as big as it is but it's quite large but the stage is clear to the view. I enjoyed the show but my only negative was the seating arrangements. I visited West Nyack Levity Line in West Nyack, NY [4210 Palisades Center Dr A-401] on Saturday, 03/14/26, around 9 PM. On this specific date, I was fortunate enough to see the comedic icon, Eddie Griffin. As anticipated, he did a spectacular job of keeping the crowd entertained and laughing the entire time. I was seated at a table that provided a great, close view of him. The visit was well worth it. Given that this establishment is a comedy club, there is a two-item minimum requirement. You have the option to choose between alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, or even food to meet the requirement. I'd like to note that it took a long time to receive my two drinks. They were both delivered in the middle portion of Eddie Griffin's act. I've come here with my girlfriend on numerous occasions, and unfortunately, we've been harassed, disrespected, and treated poorly by the staff time and time again. I don't understand what they get out of being rude, disorganized, and dismissive toward paying customers, but I do expect a basic level of decency and professionalism from any establishment I spend my money at. Instead, this place seems more interested in overcharging customers for mediocre food while treating them disrespectfully right to their faces. At this point, the experience is more frustrating than enjoyable. If you're looking to have a good time, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I visited this comedy club and I was completely impressed. They have a variety of small appetizers and small entrées for ex. street tacos, buffalo bites, burgers, mozzarella, sticks, etc. with an array of options for cocktails. The food was by far some of the best food I've had in a comedy club. I had those street tacos and fries along with some buffalo bites and everything was phenomenal. You order on a QRcode and the bartenders and waitresses just bring you the food which is one of the best experiences all the servers were absolutely friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and the service all around was 10 out of 10. There is ample parking highly recommended. First time coming back in almost 10 years and they've made some major upgrades and updates to this location! We came for a comedy show on a Friday night and arrived a full hour before the show started as seating is done on a first come first serve basis except for the booths. We were able to order or two items per person minimum as we treated it as a date night and ate before the show. Starting off with drinks I ordered the lychee lemonade mocktail. It was refreshing and tart however the lychee flavor was definitely not what I was expecting. The bottled Evian water was great as I just took it to go. My boyfriend ordered the space dust ipa on draft as it was the only option that really stood out to him. Next for food we started off with an order of the fried pickles. These were way better than I expected as each pickle held its breading well and was extremely crisp and fresh with the perfect crunch level. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was perfect as it was a light and refreshing meal with the vinaigrette and mandarin oranges. My only complaint would be it should've been in a bowl and not a plate as it kept falling off the back of the plate. There were definitely way too many wontons and the grilled chicken was slightly dry. My boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. His fries were crisp and perfectly salted. The sandwich was delicious however it had a delish on the bottom that oozed out with every bite. Definitely recommend ordering food before the show as it gets extremely dark once the show starts. Went to West Nyack Levity Live to see Mark Viera and had a fabulous time. The comedy club is located on the top floor of the Palisades Center Mall, it has various seating selections (general admission, VIP), has a two item per person minimum, great service from start to finish, and has a large/well lit stage. During this visit, I ordered the following: Grand Margarita (Mi Campo Blanco Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar). This Margarita was VERY GOOD and served in a large glass. I also ordered the Key Lime Pie dessert (key lime filling, graham cracker crust, whipped cream, sugar-dipped lime). I enjoyed every spoonful of this dessert. Every layer was mouth-watering and the graham crust was the perfect bottom layer to make this delectable. ORDER IT! If you haven't experienced Mark Viera, please see him when he returns. My friends and I went to see Jessica Kirson at Levity Live. I wasn't sure how seating worked, but I arrived right on time and realized others had gotten there much earlier to grab the better seats. If you're going, show up early if you want a good spot. The venue was decently clean, though it could definitely be better. The wait staff was clear and firm about the two-item minimum per person, which is fine, but the food options weren't great. Drinks were pricey and tasted watered down, so I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for quality. That said, the show itself was the highlight. Jessica did about 30 minutes of hilarious crowd work before diving into her stories, and she had the whole room laughing. I'd come back again now that I know how the setup works. There's a two-item minimum per person, which isn't bad -- even two sodas count, so you don't have to order alcohol or a full meal. We ended up overspending since we didn't realize how fast the show would go, and the drinks were pretty watered down. The tempura shrimp was kind of small, but the breading was right and it blended well with the cheese sauce and soy sauce. Even the lettuce leaf shockingly tasted good when I dipped it in the soy. Looks can be deceiving when receiving the Asian chicken salad. While the salad has a plain, non-artistic appearance, its taste was phenomenal. Mixed with mandarin oranges & chicken chunks and topped with crispy noodles, this salad was very fulfilling. Like the Chunky Soup slogan, it eats like a meal. The burger was piled with toppings and kind of hard to hold, which is a good thing because it was packed with flavor. The sandwich cookies were wrapped in dough like a zeppole. Came here for the first time for a comedy show! Had a blast. It's a really cute place. Not huge but a nice size. Very clean. Staff were great and service the same! My only issue was seating. They don't place you across from each other as you sit next to each other. And when there are tables in front of you and the waitress or waiter came to take their order, they block your view of the stage when taking other orders. So that was kinda annoying at times. Also make sure you're familiar with this mall and parking because it took us like 20 minutes on finding how to get out. Lol. As I don't go to the Palisades Mall lol. I was just here last night with my siblings for an early Mother's day comedy and it was Puerto Rican Comedians! It was great! I mainly went to see Mark Viera. We did order some drinks and I had the dragon fruit cosmo and it was perfect! My sister had Caesar salad and my brother the burger sliders were ok. I had the boneless chicken in shape of meatballs with honey bbq and was delicious!service was good. Mark Viera was great as always! This was my 3rd time seeing him and Gina Brillon were my favorite! My only complain would be when the servers were constantly walking back and forth when you trying to watch the comedian with their facial expressions/ performing. It's on 4th floor, right next to Target. Took us forever to find it. We were at Levity for the first time to watch Russell Peter. Gate opened early, 2.5 hours before the show time, as seats are first come, first serve. We got there 1 hour before the start and got table on level 2 front row. It's a pretty good setup, everyone has clear view of the stage. Comedians mainly interact with guests sitting in front row right next to the stage. It was 2 items minimum for each guests to order from menu. We got some drinks. They were okay. Among the dishes we got, Nachos were decent, burger was average, shrimp tempura was probably the best one. In terms of the show, there were three performers before Russell. Think Floyd who was the host and two others. Vishnu Vaka was best among them. Finally Russell came and performed for about an hour. He was magnificent, still got so many unique unheard jokes. It was a blast. Time flew while he performing. Now that we know about Levity, we will keep an eye to attend shows of other comedians here. read more

The comedian line up for tonight was ok, given that went i arrived to the mall where the venue is located, fire alarms were activated, NYFD was on site, and while the public announcement indicated a complete evacuation, i still went in to the comedy club. The show started 6pm, the olace was half full. Got a small table to the side if the stage. We order a cheeseburger, soft pretzels and drinks for a table of 3. It was weird that while they want you to use QR code for ordering with little or no assistance from server, they automatically post a 20% tip on the bill. That is unless you are smart to change it to the 15% which by the way the servers DO NOT deserve. The food orders came in pieces, food first and the drinks last and it came out one food item at a time. I was expecting little or no service but bad food to? My frozen burger patty was overcooked, fries were ok, no flatware, not even extra ketchup because different servers bring out the food, so i had no idea who is in charge of my table. We order the soft pretzels with cheese and mustard, were ok, taste like frozen dough with a side of sauce. Apparently some of the beers on draft were not available, eventually after 15 minutes somebody came by to tell me that stella draft was out so instead they gave me a modelo. My wife order a tonic water with ice, took over 20 minutes to get to the table and they were not even busy. Overall, a mediocre experience at best, which assured me that I will never be back to this decrepit lounge with bad food, extremely poor service and they still expect a tip, hilarious to say the least. read more

The Comedy show with Nephew Tommy was AMAZING I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. The food was also very good. I had the chicken quesadillas and my daughter had the chicken sandwich and salad on the side.We enjoyed it all. The only thing that was a little off was the service... The waiter took FOREVER to bring us our drinks. I even had to get up and speak with the manager. I don't know if he forgot about us or what, but we were completely finished eating when he finally bought out the drinks, and I never got a fork with my food. Saturday night was amazing! My brother and sister in law scored extra tickets and invited my husband and I to see the NY Kings Of Comedy, Rob Stapleton, Capone, Talent and Mark Viera. Hubby and I are from the Bronx and remember seeing Mark on Castle Hill at a small restaurant when we were younger. Needless to say that with this lineup, we were stoked to see this show. Levity Live is located in the Palisades Mall. The closest parking is likely upstairs near Target. We parked downstairs on the ground, near the Best Buy entrance and that was fine. The show was at 7p but doors open and 530p so we decided to get there around 5p and I'm soooo happy we did. There was already a line formed and we were the third group in line which meant that we got a front row table. One note is that they opened the doors a little late so be prepared. If you're a group of two you might be sharing a table with other people so keep that in mind. We were luckily a party of four so we had our own table. Each side of the table has its own QR code for ordering. Justin was our server and you have the choice of ordering through the QR code or through the server. Surprisingly, despite how packed the venue became, we did not have to wait long for our orders. There are multiple bathrooms but I will say that the bathroom closest to the stage is just pure dank. I'm unsure why it smelled so horrible when we were at the first show. It really should not have smelled that badly. I could understand it getting to that stage towards the end of the night but it was 530p. The bathroom in the rear of the venue was much cleaner and smelled ten times better. The show was great from the beginning. DJ Ty Brand killed it with the music. He brought us back to the 90s and earlier. The throwbacks definitely set the mood. Rob Stapleton emceed and did an awesome job. He was funny asf. We were all laughing our butts off. Next was Capone and the laughs kept rolling, Mark Viera brought us back to the BX and Talent was an amazing closer. Event Talent Jr. came out and started off the show with a bang. Keep in mind that some of these jokes can and will be raunchy and downright offensive to some but, it's comedy and if you're not ok with being politically incorrect at times, this might not be the show for you. I will say that I became flushed when I heard some of those sex jokes, sitting next to my brother. OMG The entire night was filled with laughs. The food is basic bar food. I wouldn't get too creative or adventurous. We ordered sliders and fries, keeping it simple. They were decent. The food came out very fast so don't expect gourmet fare. It served its purpose. I neither enjoyed nor hated the food, if that makes sense. I ordered an old fashion and I would probably just get a double tequila in the future. Again, don't get fancy. KISS - keep it simple, stupid. You're required to purchase two items. Checking out was easy. Justin came by and checked out each table discreetly so as not to ruin the show for anyone in the audience. The crowd was energetic and the show was amazingly funny. Frequently visit this venue for great comedy shows! Their tickets are reasonably priced and often do coupons and promotions making it a really fun and affordable night out! Usually we eat dinner before we go so I can't speak to their food - other than their deep fried oreos. We get them every dang time. They're heavenly - served with cookies and cream ice cream. 2 item minimum which is easy with the assortment of food and drinks they have. It's a 200 spend fee For the vip table but it's definitely worth it. The seats are so much more comfortable and your not on top of each other like the tables. Ordered pretty much the whole menu. I attended a comedy show on a Friday night. The doors opened at 6 I arrived about 6:15 for a 7:30 show. I was promptly seated and saw there was a QR code on the table to view the menu and order. A few minutes later I was approached to ask if I was able to access the menu. I ordered the burger with fries and a beer. The prices are a little high but to be expected since it is a venue. I received my beer and was told the burger would be coming soon. The burger was a little dry and lacked seasoning but had lots of toppings but also lacked the smokey sauce that was listed. The fries were also lacking seasoning. The service wasn't awful but since I didn't need anything else I wasn't checked on. My fiance and I had gone for dinner prior to the show and had our desert in a to go bag. And instead of this man directing us on where to leave said desert. He attempted to scold us after walking us in, halfway to our seats saying oh is this your first time here? You know you cant have that in here... I said well you walked us in with the bag? So show me where I can store my dessert... to which he responded in a nasty tone "first of all, your gonna respect me when you speak to me" I said buddy. Wtf are you talking about..... "respect"? You made a mistake by not having us set our bag down at the door and now you wanna act like im lacking respect because im asking you where would you like me to put our stuff??? This guy should not be working in the service industry if he cannot handle basic questions, with that disgusting attitude of his.... and levity live should not be employing these degenerates who want to cause problems with loyal customers... The show that followed was decent however, This dudes nasty attitude honestly ruined me and my fiances entire date night. And To top it off, I brought it up to the manager and his tone was dismissive at best. When I told him his employee mouthed off to me and my fiance for no reason. His only response was "ill talk to him"..... the staff and managment overall failed that night and as a result we probably won't be returning to this venue. We have been patrons here since 2022. Great experience the only thing that I don't agree with is being forced to buy two items on the food or Drink menu per person in order to be able to stay and watch the comedy show, they offer a free show but force you to buy so at the end you still wind up paying . Nothing is ever free lol but Other than that The setting is nice, the comedians were great & I would go again. We went to Levity Live to See Marcus D Wiley awesome show but the staff was rude. This is the 4th time that we have come here to see comedians but the first time we were taken back by the service. We arrived early and waited for the doors to open at 4:30. Asked the attendant EMILY would we be able to go to the bar and received a firm NO with the whole attiThen asked what time would they be letting the line in due to it already being 4:30 she said SOON and closed to door in our faces. Well that didn't go well because my husband is big on customer service. The manager came out and tried to smooth it over and said she she didn't mean to be rude he knows EMILY and that's just her tone. If that's her tone she doesn't need to be dealing with PAYING CUSTOMERS. As a resolution some comp tickets were given for the inconvenience but I don't think we will be returning. We came here on a Saturday night as a group of 4 to see Tim Dillon. The show itself was wonderful & Tim's amazing. The drinks were watered down and the food was ok. I ordered their chicken sandwich with fries and the fries were soggy. For drinks, by the time the server came by with our 1st drink (30 min after we ordered drinks and the show was underway), they closed the bar & kitchen. Imaging the horror of a comedy club in a suburban shopping mall. Whatever you're thinking - not even close. The venue itself is a joke. So many thing wrong, it's impossible to list... - The place is impossible to find. The entrance is inside a shopping mall and there's no sign visible from outside, so there's no way to find it unless you happen to be shopping at the Target next door. - Ticket says doors at 8:00 PM for a show scheduled to start at 9:30 PM. Ticket holders line outside the venue stretches out of site at 9:15 PM. This is the first sign the management team has no idea how to... manage. - After entry, I asked to be seated on the upper level. I was told to wait at the bar. When I tried to order a beer at the bar the manager "Sony" told me it was a service bar only. Why not just seat me and let me order from the servers like everyone else instead of sending me to a bar where I can't get a beer. - Even after the first opening act finished, no one on the upper level had a drink on their table. Drinks finally started arriving after the second opening act went on. Service? What service? - Prices are outrageous. Charging $10 for an 8 ounce draft beer doesn't make anyone want to come here. Good show but poor table service If you find a comedian that you like, they should deliver a fine show. We saw Michael Kosta and there were two openers, who weren't as good but were ok. In terms of seating, the view all seemed fine. I read that you had to buy 2 things per person but it didn't seem enforced and no one communicated any policy. The menu is limited in terms of food (a few apps, 2 salads, and a few traditional entrees like pizza, burger and quesadillas) and drinks are pretty pricey. Also I ordered the Buffalo cauliflower bites which didn't come with carrots or celery as advertised. I didn't bother to say anything since no one seemed to care. The cheapest drink was $6, which was just bottled water, soda or ice tea. There's a qr code on the table that you can scan but then someone came around to order drinks and then disappeared. You really have to flag someone down or you'll get nowhere even with utensils. You can sometimes get free tickets but it's recouped by them if they have a mandatory purchase of food or drink. I've visited Levity Live twice now and had a great experience both times. The venue is a nice size with plenty of seating and very efficient staff. They have a decent selection of drinks and food to choose from, with a surprisingly good mojito on the menu. I should also commend the cleanliness, as every time I've visited, it has been spotless. Fun comedy club not based in NYC. Even though it's located in a mall, it is a great place to go for a comedy show. They get quality people and have attentive waitstaff throughout the show--you can either order with them or with a QR code. Food is bar food appetizers or entrees--the times I've been I've ordered appetizers to share and a drink, which hits the spot for me.
