We feel that they genuinely appreciate us. The view of the Hudson only adds to an already great experience. The food was amazing. My favorite is the Seafood Tower for Two. It is fun to eat and delicious. The shrimp and scallop kebab is also a definite win every time. All the food is great. The drinks are wonderful also. We will definitely be going back soon! They were really understanding with dietary allergies and worked to modify menu items. Definitely a win!

Old-school Piermont, beautiful Hudson River view, and a little taste of Cape Cod…read more We stopped in on a beautiful summer evening, partly because I was on a mission for one of those frozen piña coladas or margaritas - and it absolutely hit the spot. Sitting right on the marina, with the water and boats in view, gave me just enough of a "beach" feeling to pretend I was back on the Cape. It brought back some wonderful beach memories. The food was decent - we had crab cakes and a lobster roll - and the prices felt fair for Piermont, although, as you'd expect with the waterfront location, they're a little higher than what you'd pay in neighboring towns. This is definitely old-school dining: no fancy food trends or reinvented dishes, just the standard seafood-and-American fare you'd expect. And honestly, sometimes that's exactly what you want. Service was attentive, although a little slow when their system went down and they had to go back to old-school math to figure out the bills. The view is the real star. One thing I wish people would stop doing, though, is feeding the ducks bread. It may seem harmless, but bread fills birds up without giving them the nutrition they need and can actually make them unhealthy. Enjoy watching them, just let them find their own dinner. Another big plus: easy parking! Unlike much of Piermont, there's a huge lot, so you don't have to circle the village looking for a spot. And Marel, the owner, is a doll. The place has been family-owned for decades, which makes supporting it feel even better. So no, this isn't a destination for fancy dining. It's old-school, casual, waterfront Piermont, and on a warm summer night with a frozen drink in your hand and the Hudson in front of you, that has its own kind of charm.

We had a ~100 person wedding, and Ned did the flowers and decorations for our ceremony at the historic Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow and our reception at Windrose on Hudson in Ossining. Not only was the decor absolutely stunning, every moment of working with Ned was an absolute delight! Ned is an excellent listener; he took in our ideas for the wedding decor and helped give them direction. His suggestions were helpful and inventive; he really made us feel like we were collaborating on the design process. He also made it a lot of fun - we looked forward to every time we met! Ned was extraordinarily generous with his time - in person, by phone, and by text/email. Whether it was talking through ideas or visiting the ceremony and reception sites in advance, he always made sure we could rest easy knowing that he had things well in hand. Ned also collaborated well with our venues and our vendors, who told us how much they enjoyed working with him. Ned and his team efficiently and carefully had things set up on time at all of our multiple locations. My husband and I really appreciated that Ned worked with our budget, collaborating closely with us to keep costs under control while still achieving the look and feel we wanted. He was not territorial and partnered with us when we were able to source some materials directly at a lower price. Speaking of the look and feel, I'm pretty sure our guests took as many photos of the centerpieces Ned created as they did of my husband and me! Truly unique and stunning, they perfectly achieved our goal of blending the different cultures my husband and I brought to the wedding (Italian, Hudson Valley, Chinese, etc.). Ned also has a great attention to detail, helping us think through all of the little decisions about design and placement of peripheral items as well without making each series of decisions feel overwhelming or exhausting. All in all, working with Ned was one of our favorite parts of the wedding experience; we are so glad that we partnered with him to create our special day!

I grew up a few blocks from this event and had no idea this place existed. It was a little difficult to locate but once we did, it was excellent. We were welcomed inside the studio with a table food of libations and finger foods. A plethora of props and ample space to take some photos. I waited till the end to get some photos, which I regret, but nonetheless, I still had an awesome time. Some folks enjoyed the lights camera action more than others, but everyone was engaged and seemingly had a blast with the camera guys, who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Greta event and hopefully we have more like this in the future. Thanks Morlene and Jordan!

This event was held a photo studio so they had endless props we could work with. Before we could begin we took a group photo with a mix of people from group 1 and 2. While other were taking their photos we had wine, culture pop, chicken tenders and these delicious biscuits. The owner provided the food from Wings n Things (I think that's the name). As far as photo backdrops there a rose wall, a wall full of tv's, blue wall. For props I opted for a crown, a 90s cell phone, red lips phone and this huge book featuring Rihanna. This was a great event to catch up and meet other Brooklyn elite. The photos came out great. Highly recommend using them.
