Came here for a good friend's wedding, and it is an excellent venue. The space is large, and there are plenty of rooms for your needs. My friend had a room for the cocktail hour, a room for the main reception, and a room for the Venetian dessert hour. The place was tastefully decorated, and everything was coordinated well. The food was quite good. The appetizers were much better than the dinner, but the dinner was not bad. This was easily one of the top weddings I've been to, but I'm not sure how much was what the bride brought in and how much was part of the venue itself. read more

Excellent venue, this place is beautiful. The food and service is top notch. The steak melted in my mouth. The master of ceremonies was electric, this guy got people dancing and having fun. The staff were so attentive and fun to be around we even got one of them to dance with us. The manager came around to every table after serving dinner to ask if we were satisfied with the meal and to ask if there was anything else he can get you. This was the first time attending an event of this nature that I saw this level of service. We could not have been happier with Town and Country. Stuart was wonderful. He made the right communication with the bakery, the florist, the DJ, the tent company to be sure that everything is well thought of. He is so caring and mindful of many parameters that we didn't even think about. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. I have no ideas how they could serve filet minion and crab cake cooked perfectly for 130 people. My wedding day turned out amazing. Sergio helped plan it and he was very helpful and made it a memory to never forget. He was very pleasing to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Todd was our Maitre D who made the flow of the night the easiest without any flaws. He always had drinks and food for me and my wife. Our guests had an amazing time at a beautiful venue with amazing food & drinks. I came back a few days later to get my decorations and they had it all packed up waiting for me. They were so helpful, responsive and accommodating from the first meeting to the next day following the reception when we went to pick up some of our decorations. I had my wedding at Town and Country 05/20/17 and I have to give 5 stars for absolutely every aspect. From day one, Stu and Sergio went above and beyond for us. Anything we needed, they were willing to provide. I mean ANYTHING. They were beyond accommodating and the entire staff was great. As if the staff wasn't perfect, the hall itself was just beautiful. We were lucky enough to experience the brand new renovations. The uplighting on the ceiling really set the mood perfectly. I have seen many great reviews about this venue however I could barely get any information out of them when I inquired about having our wedding reception there. I emailed asking for information on general pricing and if we could use our own caterer and Stuart was not able to answer any of those questions. He actually informed me that he would prefer to have a call instead of typing everything out. I found this very odd and frustrating as every other venue, and I've contacted many, was able to send me a general overview of their location or a packet of information. It was like pulling teeth to get any type of information. Not sure how anyone was actually able to have an event there if getting general information is so difficult. read more

We had our sons surprise 21st birthday party on 01/21/17 at this beautiful hall and I have only good things to say about it. The service was second to none, the food was incredible, the Hall itself is magnificent and the ambiance they created for our room was perfect for our party. The manager Sergio was super helpful from the very start in the planning stages right to the very end in helping us load our car with our supplies after the party. The staff set up all the tables so elegantly and loaded our appetizer trays with our specialty foods which we provided on top of the already amazing spreads done by the hall. I would say the food was equivalent to any 5 star restaurant I have eaten at. This is a place I would highly recommend to anyone that is planning an event as you will not be disappointed at all. I recently attended a function at Town and Country and was extremely disturbed and disappointed by the inappropriate behavior of the staff. Towards the end of the evening, the manager stuck his bare hand in a popcorn bin intended for guests on their way out. He was also consuming alcohol in the presence of children while performing his job responsibilities.  When we confronted him he was dismissive and combative, saying "I don't answer to you" and rudely offering us the empty popcorn bin. I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue to reconsider. read more

I could simply write a short review, highly recommending Town and Country, but It would not do justice for my experience. We searched for quite sometime for a place to hold our daughters Bat Mitzvah reception. We saw the highs and the lows. When we walked into Town and Country, we almost walked out as it instantly seemed as though it would be a bit above the price range we were looking to spend. To our surprise, Stuart sat us down and worked it all out. He helped us figure out the difference between what we wanted and what we needed. He made great suggestions and when it was all said and done, we not only got what we needed, we got everything we wanted...and so much more! One day before the event, we lost our 21 year old nephew in a tragic accident. At first we thought to cancel the event. We were told by many friends and family that to cancel an event of celebration for a event of sadness would be a sin. Stuart was willing to do whatever we wanted. No questions asked. When we did have the event, not only did Stuart and Sergio personally make sure everything spot on, but my daughter, her friends and absolutely everyone else that attended raved about the unbelievably delicious food, service, selection, the beautiful room(s), winding stairway entrance...I could go on...so I will... From the lovely cotton candy lady, chocolate fountains and ice cream sundae bar to slider bar and every food station you could imagine. Amazing up-lighting, a "Cookies & Milk to go" table and a Potato bar. All an enormous hit! Plus, my vendors(DJ, Dancers, Photo-booth, MC, etc...) also raved about the staff assistance, accommodating special needs and the complete facility. I have two sons. Its nice to know I will not have to search for a location for their big events...and who knows, My Bat Mitzvah girl will eventually walk the aisle...(tear builds - sniff - EXIT) For any event you may be considering. Large or small. This place is an absolute winner!!! PS: My daughter wanted to make sure I mentioned the awesome bathroom (If it was not perfect, it would have been a deal breaker.) read more

Had 2 Bar-Mitzvahs and 1 Bat-Mitzvah there. No complaints whatsoever, ONLY PRAISE. Stu and his staff catered and delivered on every request and wish we presented to him. Fees were very reasonable, and they just went well out of their way to please. My only problem is that I have no more kids.
